Previous visit was great.Today I stopped in for a headlight bulb, walked in, stood at the counter and no one came to help me. I went to AutoZone instead.

I previously had a good experience here. However, when I drove in with my dead NAPA battery, they told me they couldn't test it unless I brought the battery inside. I said, "Ok, can I just buy one and have you install it?" I was told no, they don't provide battery service. And they were not friendly about it.So I have a NAPA battery that is clearly dead. I park and shut off my car. What I apparently should have done is taken it out at home, drove it with my other car. Bought a new battery and installed it back at home.Instead, I had to jump my car in their lot and go down the street to Autozone where they took care of me.

I will not be back at this NAPA location, I had my online order number on my email but forgot receipt for window wiper which I purchased 2 days ago, the guy at store (Russ) refused to return it without receipt, I asked him I can give my card I paid with to lookup but he wouldn t budge, he said the owner doesn t like this, this has never happened to me anywhere in my 7yrs living in Pittsburgh. Not sure which generation the store is, they should make customer friendly and hire new blood.This place is also not a used oil drop off, well if the store expects people to buy auto fluids there has to way to dispose it off, the competition accepts it. A mile north of this store is advance auto they are polite and humble and they accepted my used oil, guess who is getting my business...

They had exactly what we needed in stock. Not only for auto but even battery for riding mower. Great customer service too. They are open on Sundays which is rare for NAPA store. I would definitely recommend and we will continue to purchase our Auto parts there.

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW!!!!! I purchased some fittings that I later needed to return. There was nobody else in the store and the man I saw (Andrew) was not helpful. He was, in fact quite nasty, and refused to try to find the part number so he could process the return because I didn't have the receipt with me (left it at home). He even stated "I can't do that". When I asked him why the other guy was able to process a return for me without the receipt he said "I don't know how he did that, I've worked for this company for 20 years, blah, blah, blah". I left very upset. I later returned and spoke to the manager (Tom) who apologized, told me that Andrew has been a problem in the past, said that he left, and went to work as a manager for O'Reilly's auto parts, and assured me that I would not have that problem ever again. Tom was VERY nice. I would give this review 5 stars except that 1) I don't know how a good company could keep someone with such poor customer service skills working for them for 20 years, and 2) NAPA seems to have still not caught up to the competition as of yet (I was also assured that this was changing soon) in that they don't have a key chain card that can be scanned to keep track of purchases, and you still technically have to have your receipt to return an item. Again, I LOVE Tom, and hope he stays the manager a very long time. I will continue to patronize this store, but if I see Andrew in there again, or have a bad customer service interaction again, I will NEVER go back!!!

Open on Sunday! Other local NAPA stores were not. Friendly service. Got what I needed and was on my way in a jiffy.

Needed a new battery for my john deere lawn tractor. I went to NAPA on route 8. Took my old battery in and had a new one in minutes. parked right at the front. The clerk knew exactly what I needed. In and out.. no problems. A good price for the battery. I took it home and put the battery in the tractor. Then I cut the grass. I'll be back.

Went there seeking employment couple months after my back surgery, I have to walk with a cane every now and then, but I'm getting stronger as time goes on, But never got a call, just an interview, questioning why I have a cane, I told them the reason, all of the sudden, I didn't get the job, but they hire older people with more health issues than me, I'm just sad because I didn't get the job, I could've done the counter position, but they said WE DONT SIT AROUND HERE!! oh well

Changed store hours and do not let customer know of the change. Make a trip to store at noted times and the store is closed.
