I had an insurance claim from my car getting hit. This place is amazing,l. They were friendly and kept me in the loop along the way through text or call. Besides the hang up with an insurance payment (which was out of their hands) everything was fast and flawless. My car looked amazing inside and out. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a quality job with a friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Quality of the repairs was good for my Tesla. Looks like new. However it took too long for the repairs to be done even after parts were available. Communications from the shop could have been better. No timely response to emails/calls- just generic texts about "repairs being done". They are closed on Friday/weekend and it's hard to schedule even pick up on a working day when there is little communication. I would recommend them if you want to leave your vehicle and forget it for few weeks

Repairs were done super well. Indistinguishable from factory standards.After disassembly, it was determined that another part was needed. This did cause some delays but this was due to parts backordered from the vehicle manufacturer, not Mascari's fault.Communication could have been a little better... there were no clear channel for updates. I had to email/ call for any information. When I did reach out, I typically got a reply within a few hours.This was mostly fine but made it difficult to coordinate rental timing requirements and personal planning.Overall, fantastic work and great customer service. Would highly recommend!-----------------------------------------------I am updating this review from 4 -> 5 Stars I unfortunately had to come back for additional repairs after a weather related accident.Like before, Mascari went above and beyond to get the repairs done in a timely manner.There were some unexpected delays but this was due to the vehicle manufacturer's lead time on OEM parts & a small dispute with the insurance company, which Mascari resolved on my behalf.Service: Body & Trim

They do really excellent work! My car looks brand new. Great and friendly staff. Great facility! Do not blame them for how long it takes to get parts. Not their fault ... be patient. It just takes a while. Not like the old days.Now if I can figure out how to get that '56 Nomad out of the showroom ...

My car broke down on the highway and I had it towed here to figure out what happened - I received a call within two hours (that s amazing!!) with the result - my engine is dead (lol). I really appreciated the timely manner of the diagnosis, he let me know there was a recall on my engine so I had time to get it towed to the dealership within the day it went in and got diagnosed. They can get 5 stars from me for the professionalism as well as being quick and kind the entire time I was there. Hoping I won t need to be back again for awhile, but who knows! If I do they are now my top pick.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This review details our experience with Mascari Auto Body and Gina Mascari, the business owner.We were returning home to Canada from Florida, when we collided with a deer. Our car was towed to Mascari Auto Body and there we experienced the kindness and generosity of Gina.She helped us attempt to obtain a rental car for several hours. When this was not possible, she loaned us one of her rentalvehicles and guided us to a local hotel. She gave us her personal cell number and later checked in to see if we were alright.When we offered to return the car the next day, as we were close to several restaurants, she said we could keep it for as long as we needed to, at no cost to us.On Saturday morning we were ready to leave, and despite the fact that it was a rainy day, she met us at the shop to ensure that we had all of the contents from our car. As the car was being removed to a wrecking lot, she derived no business or revenue from us.Gina's actions were based on her character and her personal values. This woman embodies the principle of the kindness of strangers.Thank you again Gina!Claudia and Neil

Long time customer. Mascari always exceeds expectations. They always have the customer's best interest in mind. The rental car service is a must when repairs can wait several days for parts. Their prices are more than reasonable. The only complaint that I have is they are so busy that their backlog could be quite long and their hours are more limited than they used to be. It's not their fault, they are at capacity for their current location. Trustworthy and reliable. I wish I could leave negative stars. Avoid this place at all costs. If your insurance company pushes you to go here - fight back.I took my 2105 4Runner to Mascari to repair some damage from a branch falling on my vehicle. The windshield was broken, the post next to the windshield was scratched and starting to rust, the hood and fender were dented, and a headlight was cracked.I didn't mind waiting the 5 weeks for parts and the work to be done. I just wanted it done right. Upon pickup, it was raining and I didn't get a chance to do a thorough inspection until I got home. Once I did, I saw that the entire driver's side door had pitting all though the clearcoat. It had that orange-peel texture from improper curing and drying of the clearcoat. Also, there was a NEW DENT above the driver's side window. Thirdly, the hood which had been repainted, was covered in swirl marks from irresponsible polishing with a buffer.I immediately went back to Mascari to fix this additional damage that they caused. I bring it back home and find it's not complete. I went back two additional times for items to be fixed. As of today, the orange peel is still visible on the upper part of the driver's door. The hood is still scratched up. Now two new item have popped up - (1) the fender flare on the drivers side is coming off. It looks like they used cheap double-sided tape to attach it and now the tape is losing it's adhesive. Is this how this is typically held on?! (2) The hood scoop isn't attached properly and there's a gap between the scoop and the hood.Mascari called me on Monday at 6pm to ask for more money. They told me that I hadn't paid them enough to cover the additional expenses. However, upon pickup in January I was told it was paid-in-full. Once I explained to this gentleman I had other issues that were not resolved, he told me that someone would call me the next day to address these. It's been two days and I have yet to hear from Mascari. I believe I'll never hear from them because they'd probably rather "lose out" on their $250 than actually do the right thing and fix my car properly.Prior to this, my 2015 was in great condition with very minor wear and tear. Now parts are literally falling off because this business is 100% total trash.

I have used Mascari in the past for body shop repairs and was always pleased with their work. I took my car there in February for a scratch someone put in my front bumper but they couldn't do the repair till June, which was fine. It was just a scratch. Three days before my appointment, I hit an obstacle on the highway, causing more front bumper damage. I called them to change my appointment and get a new estimate, which was set for Monday. On Wednesday I got a text confirming a drop off for Monday, them I got another text 3 hours later saying it was cancelled. I called and got a recording to leave a message and I did, asking for a call back. They didn't call. Called back today asking for another call back, indicating if I didn't hear from them I'd be forced to go elsewhere to get it fixed. No call back.Maybe I'm old fashioned but I feel like a call back is common courtesy, but I don't think they feel that way. The few times I've called there, I've never gotten a person, always the recording to leave a message.I'll be taking my car to another repair shop tomorrow.

Gina and company took such great care of me and my car. The car looked as good as the day I rolled off the lot with it. They went above and beyond with cleaning it for me as well and I didn't notice any greasy surfaces or weird residues when they cleaned it.10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was driven into on December 20. My Tesla was injured on the right passenger door and rear quarter. After a minor debacle with State Farm to have Mascari assess the damage, they concluded that they could fix it in July-August... Totally ridiculous. Are we blaming everything on Supply Chain issues? But - I am glad for them to be busy. Good for them - bad for me.

Absolutely wonderful service center. They took great care of my Tesla, and even detailed my vehicle for me after it had gotten hit. The staff is very friendly, and they are upfront about prices, timelines, and the work being done. (Please keep in mind, longer waits are happening all over the country and are based on parts availability through manufacturers. There is absolutely nothing that can be done by the auto-center itself. Transportation and manufacturing took a huge hit during the lockdowns) They're registered with carwise, and you can even track the service progress. This is an auto-body shop for the 21st century . Hopefully I won't need more body work in the future, but if I do, this will be the only place in PA I go to. Gina took wonderful care of my wife and I, and we couldn't be happier.

Our experience at Mascari has always been excellent. This time needing only minor body work their schedule surprisingly put us almost 3 months out. We will wait as all shop are very busy due to the pandemic. One of the most interesting things about their location is the unbelievable number of totally refurbished cars from the 50s and 60s. I am still in awe. This place is a small museum!!

Took a Tesla Model Y for minor body work (small dents) for a scheduled estimate. Instead they did paintless repair while I waited. Cochran Body wanted to repaint everything for $3000, this came in order of magnitude less and looks perfect, they were also able to buff out a couple of scratches. They told me a bunch of stuff about my car and servicing I didn't know. I learned more in this shop about the vehicle than from the Wexford shop and Cochran combined (and I've had Cochran work on it more than I'd like to admit). Mascari is my new Tesla shop, hands down. Don't get good service for some reason (everyone I spoke to was super nice and helpful), ask for Gina, she's awesome.Service: Body & Trim

I had to have some minor repair work done after somone hit my car in a parking lot, and Mascari was an approved repair shop. I had never been there before but wouldn't hesitate to go back. From start to finish...great experience. They took care of the rental, made my car look like new again, and even cleaned it inside and out (totally unnecessary since it was a little scratch on the back they fixed). Awesome experience. Truly.

I brought my car to Mascari for repair after a minor car accident. I encountered prompt and kind service with setting up my appointment and dropping off my car. When I picked up my car a few days later the repair was beautifully done but I was shocked and ecstatic when I realized they cleaned and detailed the whole interior and exterior of my car. It looked brand new! What a lovely surprise that was so unexpected. It made my day! I would highly recommend Mascari for your car care needs.

Originally had this review as a 5 star review but the last time I used this place is when my opinion has changed. I've been going to them for about 2 years for all of my vehicle needs and never had a problem.I brought my truck in about 3-4 weeks ago for some insurance covered body work and when i got my truck back everything looked good until i checked my change compartment. I have a compartment i use for change underneath my radio and I had that thing PACKED FULL, to the point that when i would open the compartment too fast and change would fall out. When i checked it upon getting my truck back it was almost empty. Im estimating i had probably 50-60 dollars of change in there, and now its all gone. I talked to the body shop guy Kirkland about it, to which he responded by opting me out of future correspondences via text.Overall i have never had an issue with this place until now. They do good work, but as far as leaving ANYTHING of value in your car when you take it there, dont do it.Service: Body & Trim

Works on Tesla and return my car better looking than when I bought a brand new. They were fast and efficient. They worked with Enterprise and were a pickup and drop off location. They kept me appraised of everything that was going on. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering getting any auto body work and especially anybody with a tesla.

I recently had my car fixed by Mascari. They did a great job beginning to end with everything from customer service to workmanship to backing their work.About a year ago I had them fix a few issues with my older car and they did a good job then. It was nothing serious tho but at the time the customer service wasn't anything to write home about. It was very typical of an automotive place. You'd have to be the first to call them and when/if you could get a hold of someone they would have to call you back a few hours later. Needless to say tho they got the job done well.However, I now had some front end damage on my less then 1 year old car and Mascari's was the closest Erie Insurance garage to me. I had used them before and I liked the work they did. I would just have to make do with the customer service end of it again. Remembering that it wasn't that they were terrible at customer service it was more that it was the standard for customer service. My adviser was Gina and she did an AMAZING job at the customer service end. She was very knowledgeable and would return my calls in a very timely manor. That took care of my customer service issue. Gina alone set a new standard and raised the bar majorly.Now like I said before I had some front end damage to my car. I took it in and had an estimate written up and signed off on doing the work. Shortly afterwards I started reading some of Mascari's reviews. A lot of which were complaints on the paint job which started to worry me a lot. My older car, although the work was done great, didn't have any paint involved with it and my new car would need a good bit of painting done. When it was all said and done my car looked great!! It had a few issues with some pieces being installed wrong but when I took it back and showed Gina there wasn't a shred of questioning, doubt, or excuse from her. It was simply "Sure thing we will get that fixed for you right away." Just as she promised everything was fixed in a timely manor and they ordered a new interior trim piece for me. She gave me the lead time upfront and when it came in I made an appointment to get it fixed.All in all I would HIGHLY recommend Mascari's to anyone now, friends, family, and all the in between. Not that I hope anyone has an accident but if they do I'll be sure to mention Gina at Mascari every time!

Horrible people who do horrible work on vehicles. They have zero class and act ghetto. No respect for their customers let alone people in general. Don t even get me started on the work they did on my vehicle. The paint job doesn t match and there are streaks everywhere. Sloppy job done by sloppy people in every department.

In the past two years I have had two vehicles repaired by Mascari and both times I had issues with the work completed. The first time I had to take my car back twice because water was coming in from the high-mount brake light on the hatch. After they stopped the leak the light did not work. I disassembled the light and found it was not plugged in. Corrected this myself.... This was approx a year ago. Two weeks ago I need to have another car repaired with front end damage. Picked the car up and everything seemed fine. My daughter drove the car for a few days and said the temperature was higher than it normally had been. Checked the car and there was coolant in both the reservoir and radiator. Ran the car and turned the on AC and the fan would not run. Found that when they installed the fan they did not plug it in. Plugged the fan in and everything is back to normal.This is very concerning to me because their attention to detail is lacking. Once is an anomaly and twice is a pattern. The body works seems fine, but missing two critical steps on two different cars is a problem. I would not recommend using Mascari to anyone. The reason I used Mascari twice is because they are a preferred vendor for Erie insurance. I will look for a different repair shop if there is a next time.

My car was rear ended on the highway, so I took it to Mascari s to get it fixed. It was mid-winter when the car was returned to me, so I didn t notice all of the problems immediately. However, once I detailed it, I noticed there were runs and dust in the clear coat, a new chip on my roof that was crudely covered up, and a piece of my bumper just randomly fell off. I took it back to get it fixed, again, and when I picked it up, the paint issues and chip remained.At this point, I may have given them 2 stars for at least matching the paint color, but the owner personally told me that they wouldn t fix the runs because it would require removing a window and that it might break. Apparently, if they create problems that require extra care and more work, they simply won t fix them. Furthermore, the manager said that they re just clear coat runs and implied that I should live with them.To sum up my entire experience: terrible work and even worse customer service. Whatever you do, do NOT go to Mascari Auto Center.

I highly recommend this place ! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They worked on my Tesla model 3 after being in an accident. I got my car back in amazing condition and it was cleaned inside and out! Would highly recommend!

Recently moved to the Pittsburgh area and needed to find a new auto shop for my vehicles. Would highly recommend Mascari Auto, they did great work on a vehicle on mine recently and provided excellent communication throughout the process. I will be taken all my vehicles to them for service. Thank you to the team there!
