I needed a wheel alignment on my Tacoma, I researched long & hard for a shop with reputable reputation like J & T TIRE. I personally had a nightmare experience with them & will never go back or recommend them. took a total of 4 times dropping it off because each time I picked it up they said they aligned it but after driving a few miles steering wheel would become crooked & unaligned. The fourth time I called & complained. & asked to speak with manager but he wouldn t get on phone, they said best they could do is have their shop foreman perform alignment this time since other techs didn t do job correctly. Shop foreman called me & said he aligned truck but doesn t hold an alignment & steering wheel ends up being crooked after driving. I owned this vehicle for a long time & never had an issues with alignments. I ended up taking it to Toyota & was told last shop bent the cam tabs on control arms which prevents alignment specs to hold. It would have be nice if J&T owned up to their mistake originally & corrected what they damaged.

Had flat tire from pothole. Tire needed to be replaced. Was waited on immediately with tires ordered. Work accomplished by end of day in spite of being very busy day before Christmas holiday. Another great experience with J and T.

Beyond happy with crew at J & T Tire Pros and Auto Service. They have always been honest and up front about all work performed for me over the years. I have gotten tires from them for a long time, and recently switched to them for mechanical repairs. Highly recommend.

My stepson came here just days ago to have a valve stem replaced. They had him sit for an hour and a half just to try to hustle him on tires. The kids car is a $3000 beater and their recommendation for 1 tire that is leaking air was $275/a piece tires. The kid s 18, not an idiot. Not only did they refuse to fix a valve stem that would cost maybe $5-$10 and take 2 mins after making him wait 1.5 hours, but they tried telling him his tires are dry rotted which they re not. These people aren t helpful and are scammers. Not just scammers, but try to scam kids.

I had bad experience in this tire shop! I came to change 4 tires, I left car there and they called me 15 min before closing to pick up the car and of course I couldn t come that fast, so they suggested me to pay with card over the phone and leave the car open with keys inside. When I came to pick up the car it was a light TPMS on my dashboard. It was no light before I came to change tires. I decided to drive at least 30 miles to see maybe it s just a car glitch, but it was still on the dashboard.So I came back to this tire shop, explained everything, they check it and said the tire sensor is broken. So it happened right after they change my tires. I thought they will except their mistake and fix it but NO. But the guy said it s not their fault and I have to pay 65$ if I want to change that sensor. On my question what could be the reason he said it s probably a battery. REALLY? Everything was good before I came! I m sure TPMS sensors failed because of physical damage.I DONT RECOMMEND TO COME TO THIS SHOP!I don t want to pay another 65$ for somebody s fault and waste my time and nervous!

I have been taking my vehicle to the Pros at J & T Tire for a number of years now. They have provided wonderful service for my oil changes, state inspections, brake jobs and, of course, new tires. Recently, I had one of my vehicles to the dealer for some warranty maintenance when they told me I had suspension issues that would cost over $1,200. I suspected the price was high so I took it instead to J & T. After looking the entire suspension over they told me there was nothing that needed attention and didn't even charge me for the time to look it over. Amazing!! I can't recommend these guys enough! Excellent service, fair price and HONEST!!

I've been using J&T for many years maintaining my 19 y.o. full sized van. I have always been pleased with the work performed, the reasonable prices and, above all, the honesty of the company. I have never felt they were suggesting unnecessary repairs, and in fact, they have told me that what I was requesting was not needed.This time my power steering failed. They assessed the problem and told me a hose they had previously replaced had leaked. They replaced the hose, refilled the fluid and would not charge me, saying it was under warranty.That is integrity that sadly is hard to find in the auto repair business.I highly recommend them.

I went for a maintenance service today. I did not say what needed to be done, only that I was going on a long trip soon. They took care of what was necessary only and as a result, I spent so little I almost choked up, he he. They even went above and beyond as to fixing my add-on wide rearview mirror (as I did not install it correctly). I finally found my go-to auto shop.

J&T is one of the very best service centers in the Pittsburgh area for tires and vehicle repairs. I ve been dealing with them for over 30 years and I ve never had a bad experience. They always give you more value than you would expect. Great guys!

Needed an inspection, so I dropped off the vehicle in the morning but asked if it could be done by noon, I didn t wait for it. So I got a call at 11 telling me it was done. Very happy with the service I received, thanks.

Can t say enough good things about J&T tire. Above all, they re friendly, honest and trustworthy. Hard to find these days. They make sure that the job is done right and make sure to take care of their customers epitome of a small business that you can t find anywhere else. I m very meticulous when it comes to who services my vehicle and J&T Tire will always be at the top of the list. I highly recommend them.

First time here and they are exceptional! Moving to PA and getting new PA car squared away has been a nightmare because the dealership has been no help. Joe helped us get me get oil change, registration and inspection squared away with such kindness and patience.

I have had great experiences with J & T tires and gave them my business' up to now . I went down and spoke to a guy name JOE (older man mid 70s ) about the tires i bought last year for my dodge ram . (back tires wore down to the bars) he was more concerned about my alignment and Then was accusing me of OVER INFLATING my tires/?/?/ He was the most miserable person i have came across at J&T tires. I just wanted to see if i can get pro rated or exchange for new tires ( 5000 miles) . I done a lot of business' with this company and thanks to JOE i wont be back!!!

My experience with J&T was exceptional from the first phone call; I made my first appointment with them for a state & emissions inspection in 2021; the receptionist was friendly, professional and guided me to a coupon for my first visit. They are honest; they don t try to sell you anything that you don t need and are expedient. I m not surprised and it s well-deserved that their lot is always busy & they have been in business for many years. Thank you! I will definitely be back & will recommend your business!

They fixed my flat tire with a patch for 30 bucks in under 30 minutes. Awesomeness. I went back six months later for a new tire and they charge me 100 bucks and installed the next day again in 30 minutes. They are professionals and charging fairly.
