This is a review of the experience we had with Foreign Traffic Import.Dealt with Rob and Lisa. I must begin by saying I am a customer 1500+ miles away and not the easiest customer. Though pricing was firm, they tried their best to accommodate our budget. They made our out-of-state purchase as an active duty military a pleasant one.The good:-Responsive: They are keen at responding to our messages/calls; Rob responded to our inquiries even after hours and updated us with the paperwork process.-Purchase Process: Lisa handled our paperwork efficiently; assigned a remote notary via MavSign with speedy processing of the paperwork in less than 3 days and mailed the final paperwork afterwards.-Delivery: Rob communicated after the vehicle was picked up and provided quick walk-around videos, pictures, shipper information and ETA date before she was loaded onto the truck.The bad:-Transit time: Original promise was delivery in 2 days. No communication on the promised date; after reaching out, delivery date changed to a day later, twice. These unforeseen changes forced me to alter my plans several times to coordinate delivery.-Vehicle Flaws: After delivery, we noticed the wheel and interior trim were damaged; hood and the windshield had numerous unsightly chips. Further, the delivered mileage was 1755 miles over the advertised mileage. Dealer photos did not show any of those, and touted you re getting an amazing car, made it seem like they re trying to hide the flaws and hoping we don t find out. Further, the rear tires were already at 3mm, costing us over $1000 to swap out the tires. After reaching out regarding the flaws, we were ghosted.We enjoyed the easy-paperwork process but do not appreciate their slight dishonesty.

Just updating my review to show as new. Been coming here since 2011, hands down best customer service I've ever dealt with. 3 year warranty on parts is something that is hard to match. Free loaner cars if requested in advanced are great. I went from foreign to domestic and they still service my car and I'm extremely happy.

Nick and everyone at Foreign Traffic are always great to deal with. My Audi is always fixed right the first time and with a good turnaround time. Best of all are the exotic cars there to check out. Last week they had a Mclaren in the showroom next to the 911's!!

Foreign Traffic is great! I have a 2016 Volvo XC60 and I only take it to them for service. The staff is courteous, professional and easy to work with. The mechanical team is highly skilled and always give an honest assessment and are helpful at avoiding extra costs. They won t tell you need something if you truly don t need it. Really appreciate their honesty. Strongly recommend.

One tire mount and balance is all I needed to trust this place. I was recommended to Foreign Traffic by some friends. I had some Nexen N Fera Sport R 315/30R15 tires to be mounted on Apex forged 18x11 wheels. By the time you re done with TPMS sensors and tax, this is a $5K setup. I didn t ask them explicitly to be careful or anything, just dropped the tires off. When I got back to pick the assembled wheels up, the service manager informed me I saw what these were and told my tech to be careful and take his time, I checked them myself after and he did a fantastic job. They were indeed perfect with the tire grease being cleaned and not a scratch to be seen. That level of care will have me back there countless times, even though it s 30 minutes from my house

Foreign Traffic is the reference for customer service in relation with vehicle services. They don t try to sell for the sake of selling, and they don t lie to you. They give very good and detailed support and explanation. Also, very respectful. Even my daughter confidently goes to visit FT. Finally, I like the follow up that they do after each service. Thanks

This was my first time using Foreign Traffic and I could not be happier. They were very upfront with the cost and didn't try to "up sell" me. Having a loaner car available was also a huge bonus. I have definitely found my new mechanic.

Brought my BMW in for it's 50k mile service. Spark plugs, diff fluid, brake fluid flush, inspection, and various other small things. The service was done quickly and at a good price. I will continue to bring my car here!

We are very pleased with your service there at Foreign Traffic. The noise in side the cab of our Mini is gone thanks to the shock bushing replacement. I asked the garage that installed the shocks to check the noise and they said it was the bushings on the rear stabilizer. Zack also observed that the right side ball joint needed replaced.My wife and I have decided to allow Foreign Traffic to do all the maintenance on both our vehicles. The Mini Cooper and Toyota Rav-4.Thanks so much for checking in.

Kept me updated and mechanic I spoke with was helpful, but that is about the only positive I have. $4,000 bill and check engine light was on when I stopped to pick it up. They came out and cleared the code. Half way home I found out why the check engine light was on as it had an ear piercing squeal the rest of the way home. Was not offered a loaner car, didn t know it was an option until I happened to get put on hold and hear about it on their automated recording.

Wow if I could leave more then 5 starts I would.. Let me start off by saying rob and Lisa were a joy to work with, especially LISA my goodness. Talk about being there every step of the way This process wasn t the easiest being from California and having a credit union that had a lot of info and doc s and specific things to need to be done to ship the car out to California. Lisa would answer every txt and call, would 3 way the bank with me and help with everything. I can t tell you how much appreciation I have for her. This was a big decision for me and she really made me feel good about it. The car was sent out right away once everything was complete and the shipping was great. Can t tell you how in love I am with this car. They legit made a dream come true for me. Lisa also sent me a Pittsburgh Steeler hat knowing I m a big fan :)For being in California and never driving the car or seeing it In person. They made me feel confident in my decision and allowed the process to be done in as best as I could have guessed with having a car bought out of state.They not only have future customer again prob.for another exotic later down the line but also made a few friends and hope to visit out there sometime when I go catch a Steeler game.Highly recommend if your event slightly interested just reach out and see what they can do for you. With my Maserati grand Turismo mc sport, the price/condition everything about it was ideal and rob really got me the best deal even had is lowered then what it should of been and it was getting a-lot of other buyers but he still honored the price..I could really go on and on but I m happy and really glad to write this review:)

Nick did a check engine light diagnostic free of charge, as something was overlooked during the service of another of my vehicles. The good news is the diagnostic was right on, and the repair of the cause of the check engine light is covered by the manufacturer as a faulty part that has been granted an extended warranty, The manufacturer's dealership found that it was the same cause as Foreign Traffic indicated, and they are, in fact, taking care of it under warranty. Took my Audi here after taking it to Audi Pittsburgh to try and identify a vibration in the steering wheel. Audi invoiced me 200 with no resolution. Foreign traffic was much less and they found the issue.I will be coming here in the future.

Nick and his team were able to diagnose a vacuum leak issue that was causing a lean idle and misfire condition in my Audi Q5. Nick provided a reasonable estimate and then kept me informed of their progress. I definitely plan to return to Foreign Traffic for future vehicle service needs.

The service was great, consistently kept me updated on what needed done on my car, and trying to help me out wherever possible with the cost. The only part I was slightly disappointed about, I was under the impression that they cleaned the inside and outside of the car before they gave it back, or at least I m pretty sure that it says that in the automated voice thing when you call and are on hold. But other than that 10/10 and I ll definitely be taking car back for future work

I was on the hunt for a sweet E39 car when I stumbled upon it online on a third-party website. I decided to reach out to Foreign Traffic Import Sales & Service, and boy, was that a great choice. Rob handled the entire sale for me, and let me tell you, it was for an $8,000 car! I thought, "Let's check out their website," and to my surprise, these folks were selling $300,000 cars as well. But let me tell you, the way Rob managed the transaction and went the extra mile to find a shipping company to transport the car all the way from Pennsylvania to Georgia was simply outstanding.These people are as down-to-earth as it gets, whether you're buying an $8,000 car or a $300,000 one. Rob was always there to answer my calls, and there was this one time when he even picked up just to let me know he had another customer and would call me back. I don't usually leave reviews, but Foreign Traffic Import Sales & Service truly deserve a stellar one, especially Rob. This guy knows customer service!

Took my vehicle in for service and was told the part was on backorder for 15 days. I call them on the 16th day and they proceed to tell me they won't be able to get the part for 6 months. They didn't even bother to call me to tell me about the change. Then the guy on the phone is extremely dismissive and literally zero help. I will never give these guys business again or recommend them to anyone that was completely unprofessional

A few months ago I was referred here as the top "preferred" shop for my car's warranty that I pay for. I had a Chevy Trax that was stalling, needed struts and both were covered by the warranty. I honestly didn't believe there would be any issue as they could have gotten everything they needed from the warranty company.They ended up charging me out of pocket for the diagnostic and the dollar amount left over that the warranty was not able to cover. According to my warranty company, the hourly rate that they charged was obscene and over the state maximum that they were able to cover... and this is their "preferred" shop. They also spent countless hours "diagnosing" the problem when they were told what the problem was at dropoff, and multiple hours replacing the strut and fuel tank release valve when they realistically should have taken at least half the time. The invoice only shows 3.4 hours... which I believe is all the warranty would cover, but they had it for days. Make it make sense how a strut part costs $43.94 and they charged $361.27 in labor just for that bit. I ended up biting the bullet and paying what I needed. My wife picked the car up and said the guy she got it from was rude and barely spoke a word to her. Not long after we realized that there was a crack in the windshield! It wasn't apparent as it was tiny and originated from bottom driver-side corner underneath the guard by a bolt. They send us a "how did we do?" text a day or so later to which I replied that there is a crack in the windshield now. Didn't get a reply to that.Fast forward a few months and the next service my car needed was an oil change. The crack has grown all the way across my windshield on the lower half. The local mechanic confirmed that the crack was a result of tightening a bolt on the windshield that did not even need touched at the time and was 100% intentional. I received a text from Foreign Traffic again a couple weeks ago asking if we might need anything else. Laughable.I do not recommend this place at all. I'm not sure how it has so many great reviews when me and my car got treated the way that we did. Sorry my car isn't foreign, I suppose, but this is where I was told to go by the people paying for my repair. They did not want to work with my warranty company and complained every step of the way through our communication. I wish I posted this sooner as I've been contemplating other avenues for this complaint, but this needs to be heard. The biggest irk, next to the windshield, is that THE CAR STILL STALLS. And I cannot take it anywhere else for this issue per my warranty and there isn't any way that I am dealing with these issues again.

The service was promptly well done. It also provide loaner car for you to use while my car was in the shop. Very convenient.
