They will make false recommendations and take your vehicle somewhere else. They have a quota to make. A relative of mine took their car there. They recommended over 4000 worth of work that did not need to be done. I looked it over, and my mechanic looked it over. Nothing needed done except one small issue.

Had issue with new tires. Warrantied for 60k miles. Back 2 got balded at 13k miles. This issue was my shocks went bad. NOT THE TIRES. They fixed my shocks and prorated me for the tires. Only $20 each for 4 brand new tires. On top of the mechanical change out of the worn shocks. Highly impressed.Collin took good care of me. Will be back. Also, get their credit card. Switched to mastercard so you can use it there and anywhere else MasterCard is taken. So convenient.-Jim M.

Jason and (I'm sorry the other guy with beard and glasses, name started with a D),We're very nice and helpful, I was having a problem with my battery that was installed at this location Oct 2023, they did a scan for me, battery was OK but told me that I can call and make an appt to leave my car overnight soon so they can diagnose the issue further. Thank you guys!

We were filling tires last night before leaving for a road trip this morning and broke a valve stem. Went there first thing in the morning for a 10 min repair and would have paid anything. They weren t even willing to help us out at all and guy was a jerk about it.

Made an appointment for 8:30am for an oil change and told them when they asked when I needed my car back that I had to work in the afternoon and needed it back as soon as possible. Called at 11:30 to check the status and was told it had not been started yet...... Why even take appointments and ask when the car is needed back if you are going to let it sit there for 3 hours. wasted my entire morning and had to pay 2 ubers all for nothing because apparently on firestone's time is important. Last time I spend my money there.Service: Oil change

Mounted and balanced my tires in an hour. Checked to see if I needed alignment but said I didn't. Was reasonable, friendly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Got me scheduled fairly quickly also.

The store has recently experienced managerial change. I'm not sure I agree with it. Search other alternatives. I'm willing to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I will let you know in future posts.

Zach at the front was awesome! Friendly and very helpful! This was a great experience..!! They did a great job on my car and had it done in a timely manor! Also went the extra mile to help me on deciding what to do ! Thanks so much!

I was in a pinch to get my serpentine belt replaced and a tail light replaced and Chris took very good care of my car and he was super down to Earth and got me in and out in no time!! Zack was super fun and singing and dancing, they really know how to have a good time over there!! I always bring my car Tripp here, I love it here and I won't take my baby anywhere else!!

I drive half an hour to get to this store because of the quality service that both my car and I receive.Zach McCarty is an excellent service manager, and he has been helpful on more than one occasion. When additional issues were found with my car, he showed them to me in the garage and explained what would be recommended. And, never pressured me to add that repair service immediately.I am driving a car with almost 200,000 miles on it and I trust the knowledge and expertise of Zach and the mechanics in the garage.I've had a couple poor experiences trying to receive service and repairs at more conveniently located stores (not Firestone) this year, and both times I've ended up going back to Firestone to correct what other shops have done/left undone. I leave Firestone feeling safe and comfortable again driving my car.Many thanks!

Zach is always very helpful. (I also enjoyed that he had on the baseball game!). Got me right in for a state inspection same day and I was out in under 30 min.

Quick and great service. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Manager George was exceptionally professionally and listened to my concerns. Job was completed thoroughly and quickly with updates. Scheduling was a breeze; this shop always gets my car in when I need service.

They started to act scetchy. The tire sale manager told us that we needed new tires. They were approved by a Auto mechanic friend 3 weeks before the visit. And the Tire sale manager told us there was a 70,000 mile warranty on the 2 front tires that were replaced. After waiting about 3 more hours, she said that the warranty was now 55,000 miles. There isn't much of a difference in the warranty, but it just seemed like it was sketchy because they're two different deals. I don't mind a 15,000 mile decrease in the warranty, but it seems like they have the power to change the same tire's warranty. Everything was put on correctly and nothing seems to have been touched that we didn't ask for.

Zach worked tirelessly to get us the best deal on our tires and struts. Everyone is very patient in explaining what's wrong and what needs to be done. I would highly recommend this store.

My experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Allison Park was Awesome! I saw my check tire air pressure sign was lit up in my car omw to work and called them. They told me no problem ,come on down and we'll take care of it and they did just that. Put air in all my tires free of charge...I didnt have to wait or anything. I maybe was there a total of 5 mins. They were very professional and kind. I will definitely come back when im in the area for any of my auto needs.

Had to have rear shocks replaced on a TJ Wrangler. Notorious for rusted and frozen upper bolts they are easy to snap off. Having recent shoulder surgery I wasn't able to tackle the job myself. I made an appointment and they finished the difficult job at the written estimate amount. I think they only charged me 2 hours labor which I thought was a deal.Unfortunately I had to buy a set of their shocks as they said they don't install customer bought parts. Just as well as I didn't have to deal with rusty frozen bolts and install/weld new ones.Guy at the counter was very friendly and courteous. Would give 5 stars if they would have installed the shocks I already purchased elsewhere.

Manager Jason was great! Saved me time and money by correcting a potentially costly situation down the road with my oil pan. Very friendly and got a free oil change by opening a credit card with them! I will trust my vehicle to this group from this day on!

Their website say alignment check included ....but you have to ask for it!! I've never heard of anything so ridiculous. After spending 90 minutes or more waiting for new tires put on I go to check out and find out they didn't do an alignment check! YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT! Plus there is tire glue all over my chrome trims.

Great costumer service, answered any and all questions we had. We got 4 new tires, a proper alignment, and an up to date inspection and emissions test all for a good price. Car is running fantastic. Thanks guys!!!

Went here on a recommendation for new tires. I anticipated buying new tires and the price was good for four new tires. However while I was there they also identified an issue with a valve and pressure sensor in 1 of my tires on a vehicle that was one year old. I had them replace it and repair the issue however I have had a tire pressure monitor sensor warning on my dash ever since that day and have had issues with all of my other tires not holding air and I am hard pressed to believe that my valves on my one year old OEM wheels have all gone bad. I have refilled the tires multiple times. I find it far too coincidental that my tires started losing air after I visited their shop. Because of this and other stories I have shared with people about this location I do not trust this location or the Firestone repair shop brand and will seek my repair services elsewhere.As a side note I will be having the dealer look at the original valves and if I am incorrect about this post I will edit it and make a correct update after the dealer appointment.

Totally ridiculous, I had a 10am appointment and they looked at my car at 1230pm. The woman who works there told me they only had 1 technician working,. I think that it is no excuse.If that is the case they should have told me when I made the appointment. She is very poor at customer service. There was a line of people waiting for help and there was no one helpings them. I will not be back. I will be going elsewhere for service. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
