Great family owned auto mechanic business. I had a noise that worried me and they checked it out completely. They set my mind at ease that everything was OK and then wouldn't take a penny. As a soon to be resident of the Pittsburgh area, I have one of the hardest things to find, a great, honest, fun mechanic!Thanks!

Excellent service! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Linda. The prices were very fair and they were quick! My oil change was completed with the hour. I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received at Duncan Auto. They are a mom and pop business that provided excellent service when I needed my car inspected and my oil changed. I wish there were more businesses like this out there these days. Extremely professional with very competitive prices. I had been using them for over 15 years for inspections and oil changes, with no problems. My son's car died and I had it towed there. He charged me $650 for a new fuel pump which didn't work, and then an additional $200 to tinker around with it over a two week period. After he told me I would need a $2000 exhaust system I ended up having it towed to the Chrysler dealership who immediately told me it was a broken timing chain which had absolutely nothing to do with any of the work Duncan performed or wanted to do. Never again will I use them or recommended them. If you need any more than an oil change or brakes, go somewhere else.Service: Engine repair

I was quoted 1 price and told another for transmission wires I had to argue with them a few hundred dollars difference and they ended up giving it to me because i told them what i was quoted by the mechanic after i heard him yelling in the background he then went back and said it's fine then i was told my headlight needed fixed that it was an easy to get to fix that they wouldnt charge alot then she tells me it's the hard one to take apart all of a sudden and I told him that is not what I was quoted he then said he will take off labor cost .I had an inspection test I paid for twice when I knew what needed done the lady told me all that would be on my card was the brake pads and that is when I noticed I had yet another inspection test when I knew what needed done!! I called her on that and never received a call back!! I think not only when they see a woman coming in do they screw you I think its the opprtunuties that they get they will.horrible!Also not only is this awful service , but the prices are ridiculously high..Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Jerry is very responsible and honest, much less friendly. Could have charged me for services I did not need --as a tire place out the road a piece wanted to do--but he gave me an honest response: save your money. I get my car back in working order. He is pretty good about getting you in quickly.

I was going to a party in Beaver Falls and my car broke down and stumbled across this fine repair shop. They took good care of me and didn t take me to the cleaner. I tell everyone I know about this shop - even my friends at the club I go to that they do a great job.

A nice convenient place for multiple shopping needs there is always a lot of parking many different types of businesses from getting your caffeine fix at Starbucks to getting some bagels it's a really nice Shopping Plaza and all the businesses and employees are extremely friendly like going here

Mechanic is disorganized,late and leaves early to go to basketball games.Never touched the car 5 saturdays he wasted for the owner to tell us that they cant fix the car.I will never go there again.Thank you for wasting our time.Very aggravating.
