The manager (I presume) in which I had the pleasure of meeting on a previous visits was certainly accommodating. A mailer I received advertised a ramp for sale, but unknown to me was a Presidents Day sale which did not start. I was a week or so early so it did not ring with the sale price. He understood the issue and went about price adjusting this to reflect the sale price. Good common sense customer service. Thank you.

Bought a new tire and had it mounted and balanced, walked in and the employee came to the front and saw my front tire on the rim asked if I wanted the same tire went right back and changed it balanced it and I was only there for 20 minutes. Great service as always !!

Great staff, decent prices. 90% motorcycle stuff, 10% off road. Was hoping they had more off road items and apparel. Would have 5 stars if it was 50/50. Please carry more off road items!

This place is great. The customer service was wonderful. They helped me pick out everything that I needed for a first time rider. They have tons of stock. The selection is great. I'll definitely be back.

I am currently buying my first bike and needed some gear to get me started and they were so kind and helpful with finding the best fit and answer any questions that I had about riding and motorcycles in general. I would highly recommend.

I really appreciate the guys at cycle gear for recommending a different mount than what I was considering. It turned out to be not only a better price but more low profile and a better installation. Two thumbs up!!

Cycle Gear is my "go to" motorcycle retail store in the Pittsburgh area and NE Ohio. Great gear, prices and selection. Customer service has ALWAYS been excellent a cut above. In my experience 5 stars for sure.BTW, I'm not new to this sport. I've ridden motorcycles for over 50 years and still going strong. I own a number of different brands & models. And I have no relationship to Cycle Gear other than being a customer. So there you go.

That sounds person I work with was extremely knowledgeable and help me pick out everything I needed both in store and on the website. It was a nice 30 minute drive to get there but I would happily do it again to get that level of customer service! Thank you guys again for all your help!

First time, first bike, guy helped me out just as I was hoping for. Helped with style, selection, product knowledge, approachable and encouraging. I am a beginner and he was able to make recommendations that fit my budget and met my needs.

Spent almost an hour in the store. Never had anyone ask if they could help us or even just say hello. We were trying on different helmets, even opening boxes, trying to find the size/styles that we liked and still no help. Perhaps it was the fact that we were not looking for offroad motor sport gear, which seems to have taken over most of the store. But, we were prepared to purchase a helmet but decided to go elsewhere when no one offered any help. Extremely poor customer service and motorcycle gear selection.

This place has everything you need for your safe riding experience!!! And the staff are outstanding! My associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he was recommending as well he assisted me with filing my battery with its acid. I m grateful for trip this day.

Worked with Brian for a new helmet, boots and gloves. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing beats going into a store and trying things on and talking to people who know the products.

My husband and I worked with Brian. He was very educated on every product we had questions about. We bought 2 helmets, 2 Bluetooth headsets,1 jacket, and some riding gloves. We were in that store for over 2 hours, I can say it was a great experience, for the time we were in there.I would definitely recommend going in and working with Brian! He made the experience of spending lots of $$ less violating lol

Inventory was inaccurate. Staff refused to sell me a pinlock and had to come back to store to have it installed. Bubbles in the pinlock after staff installed it and was told that s normal. Made it seem like he was doing me some sort of favor. Could ve just installed it myself properly and saved the trip. In general, pretty poor to fair experience. Will be shopping elsewhere in the future. On the positive side, the store was pretty clean and did have another pair of pants that I bought and am happy with.

Alec was a great individual he is very attentive he also was taken care of several other guests while he was taking care of us made sure that he explained everything that needed to be discussed in regards to the things that we were purchasing the only bad thing that occurred is that yesterday when we got home and started taking some of the protective padding out of the b i l t desert Air jacket we found a lot of dead bugs that were inside the padding areas as well as the pockets and we are taking that back to him today I've already spoken with him on the phone other than that the experience was fantastic thank you

Good experience. I was just checking things out but salesman still checked in on me a couple times. No pressure. Bought a helmet and plan on coming back for more in the spring.

Very helpful picking out my new helmet. Associates name wasn't on the receipt (only his number 12158). Maybe his supervisor will see this. Associate made me feel comfortable in the store cause let's be honest sometimes being a female in a more male oriented activity can be tuff but he took his time and listened to me and educated me so I made a proper purchase.

Awesome store. They were able to get me a stator for my Harley way cheaper than Harley dealer and also picked up some cold weather apparel and the guy was very informative on what to chose he didn't just throw the most expensive thing at me and the employees will take time to make sure gear fits properly. Highly recommend

Ordered tire in came as expected made 2 call about tire mounting as I have a blue painted rim and didn't want it scratched and was assured it was in good hands. Well here we are with a rim that needs fixed I'm pretty upset!! nice people and all but I'm not very happy

I went in with no knowledge of what gear I should get for my MSF course, and the employees took initiative and helped me select everything, considering price and overall value. Will be coming here in the future for motorcycle gear purchases.
