Joe is amazing!!! AAA dispatched him and he was great. I only needed a new battery. He brought one out, tested it multiple times, was efficient and quick. It's a shame he is retiring cause this was the best experience I ever had with someone coming out for road service. Happy Retirement sir and thank u very very much.

I needed my car taken to my mechanic this morning. Ryan called within 10 minutes of me calling AAA and was to my location within 1/2 an hour. He was very courteous, professional and caring about my car. I will definitely recommend and request Yocum Towing if I ever need the service again! Thank you, Ryan!!!! I'd give you 10 stars if I could!

Thieves! Towed our car from an accident without our permission when we had our own tow truck on the way and then wanted to charge an outrageous fee so we couldn t get the car back. They like to screw working people and sad part the do it along side of the police.

Needed to have my car picked up and towed to a repair shop. Don't have much experience with tow service or the process. Yocum towing was wonderful from the minute I called and spoke to Madi to the time Kyle picked up the car. I can't say enough good things about this company and the professionalism they all had along with all the help they provided. Pricing was known from the very start and no hidden surprises. Great communication along the way. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Great job!

Dave from Yocum is the man! Professional, Courteous, Safe and very knowledgeable. Yocum came through when others wouldn t and I m glad they did b/c it was the best tow service I ve ever received.

I contacted AAA for a flat tire, and Yocum Towing & Recovery arrived at my location in less than 30 minutes. Jordan was extremely pleasant, funny, and changed my tire in just a few minutes. This was truly the best experience. Thank you!

We have called AAA several times the past few years for towing. We are always happy when Yocum Towing and Recovery come to our rescue! They are more professional and provide better service than other companies I ve experienced in the Lehigh Valley. Yesterday was the most recent time AAA sent them. As they left, my husband said -I m so glad they hire the nicest people! Thanks again for being a business we can depend on!

I recently had to be towed from a customer site. Driver Joe for Yocums towing was there promptly and had both trucks switched around quickly. He was very courteous and knew exactly what to do. There should be more workers like him!

Terrible experience with communication and wait time. Arranged a tow through AAA at 4:30 pm, with quoted arrival of 90 minutes. They kept backing up the time via text and was then 7:30. That time came and went, no calls/texts/updates. Finally a dispatcher called them to find out what was going on and they called me with a new estimated time of 3:30 am. No notice and 11 hour wait time from a tow company 5 miles away. I would not recommend.

They are top notch! I own a Tesla and they sent a driver who knew how to handle a Tesla specifically! Their dispatch person is also very kind and courteous.The person who came to help was also very friendly! It s crazy how a kind interaction during a stressful situation goes such a long way!

Dave came out to pull my sisters 2019 trax out of the yard. He did a fantastic job and was great, HOWEVER, I told him that the way he s pulling the car out, it s going to mess with the vehicles alignment and the balance of the tires. He insisted that it won t mess with the alignment and balance. Well, the next morning after being pulled out of being stuck, what do ya know, steering wheel is shaking like crazy at 50-60MPH. Took it to Mavis tire and they balanced and remounted the wheels, did an alignment and now the wheel is not shaking anymore. So, Dave costed me $140 when I could have put some wood boards under the car and got the car out without messing up the wheels. I even gave him some baked goods as a thank you, but I ll take those back now because I was right and he wasn t.

Dave was extremely helpful, knowledgeable with a great personality. My sons car wouldn't start after trying to jump start it with our booster pack...Yocums came for roadside assistance and was able to get it started with their booster pack. He checked out the battery and showed us how swollen it was and gave us his opinion on where to get another battery that would install it for us. He also recommended a different better booster pack. I appreciate him coming out at 12:00am with such a great attitude. Thank you! I recommend Yocums.

Called AAA for flat tire. Richard from Yocum arrived quickly. He was efficient, pleasant and a lifesaver. I appreciated the fact that he helped me arrive home quickly and safely.

Charged me 187$ initially then after 40 minutes was told now they needed "special equipment" to tow my car for another 90$. Scammers and absolute garabge company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My Subaru broke down last night while traveling on the highway. Got ahold of AAA to send a tow. When I got a notification that Yocum will be towing me. The communication between AAA and their contractors can be challenging so I called Yocum directly to confirm.Its worth noting that I requested a tow right after Christmas at 11:30pm so I can already assume I may be waiting some time with everyone across the country having travel plans. Ontop of that it's a holiday so not every employee may be on the clock at that given time.Bill in dispatch was clear, direct and helpful to my situation and made sure I was being taken care of so late at night.Kristin who arrived to pick up my vehicle was early to the estimated time given. Which to me is huge! She even called me a few times to give me updates on her way over to me. I learned she was at the end of a long tiresome holiday shift (with a few more hours left). Even then watching her assess the situation, loading the vehicle up and making sure everything was safely strapped down she was very alert, respectful, professional and communicative. She was really cool and had a great attitude the entire time.When dealing with Yocum towing I spoke to them clearly, calmly and with respect and I got exactly that back. My Subaru had a flat tire and AAA guys from Yocum could not get the wheel off. Edwin arrived on time, tried to change the tire, then recommended a tow. He was friendly and efficient and I really appreciated his help and concern for my car. Steve arrived for the tow on time, communicated well, and also tried to remove the tire. He then got the car out of a small space and on the tow truck. Very friendly and conscientious, really helped me through a stressful situation and took extra steps to make sure my experience and the service were good. Cannot thank these guys enough for making a bad day much better with their professionalism

The tow truck driver could not have been more courteous & apologetic towards the miscommunication he received from the police department that dispatched him to the seen of my parking lot fender mender. (Liability accepted be the other motorists insurance after 4 weeks)!He was looking for "major" front end damage to a vehicle on MacArthur rd. The poor recovery driver saw me wave him down from a parking lot. I felt so bad that he was pulling a 10 HR shift and didn't even have time to catch a burger. I Flipped him the keys. Thanked him for the outstanding personality he brought to the scene & told him to recover my car after he grabbed a bite to survive the rest of his shift.There is more to just towing a car from the scene of a mishap.There is the personality you show up with. Despite how my weekend started off, this tow truck driver sure put a positive spin on the hole situation for me.

Gentlemen with long brown hair helped today to get my car back up and started. He tested the battery and was incredibly informative. Even showed me the readings and how it works. Excellent service!

Have not used them for towing but after my experience watching one of their drivers drive aggressively dangerous on 22 this afternoon I never will. He cut me off that I had to swerve onto the shoulder and then proceeded to cut off another driver after that. I would not want my vehicle towed by a driver like this. He knew I was next to him because he just passed me. Please think twice before trusting them to tow your vehicle.

My friend had a car break down, and while trying to fix it we locked the keys in, and the gentleman from Yocum towing was a godsend. He helped turn tonight from a contretemp into a success, and the relief my friend has experienced is priceless. Excellent service!

Front desk dispatcher was rude, came to take pictures of my car for a no fault accident , he told me without my claim number I can t , even though the other insurance was at fault and I had their claim number , will be having my lawyer handle this the rest of the way, trash service and he caught an attitude quick , asked to speak to the owner he forwarded my call to another department

I called over 2 hours ago JUST for a JUMP! been sitting in my car in cold temperatures , just for the time to keep resetting later and later .. jumped from 530 to 730 !! Mind you I called AAA at 430!!! This is actually pathetic..what am I paying for at this point

I don t typically post reviews, but I wanted to recognize Richie from Yocum for exceptional customer service. My battery completely died with the car parked in the garage. It s a AWD with all electronic controls, and the mechanism broke to put the car into neutral manually. Richie stayed for well over an hour trying different things until we were able to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would recommend Yocum!Services: Battery service, Special vehicle towing
