I ve been a loyal customer of US Auto since 2018 and have always been impressed with the professionalism and meticulousness of the team. As someone who is not car savvy, I have confidence in my car s performance and care becuase of my trust in the folks at US Auto. They are experts at what they do, and they care for my car as if it were their own.On more than 1 occasion, I ve dropped my car off without an appointment and they have graciously accommodated me, helping me quickly get back on the road. Brad will also send text updates throughout the day and send photos of repairs or issues, keeping me informed and aware of progress.Their waiting area is exceptionally clean, spacious, and has nice amenities like water and children s toys. It is comparable to a car dealership s waiting area, much nicer than any garage I ve worked with before.US Auto is not the cheapest shop around. However their attention to detail, accommodating scheduling, trustworthiness and friendly customer service easily make up for the price differential.

Brad and Don explained the process for state inspection and that they would let me know whether it passed or needed repairs. Don explained what needed to be repaired and how long it would take and the cost. They both were courteous and realized my constraints and very knowledgeable. I recommend US Automotive who wants the job done right the first time.

I've only had service from U.S. Automotive twice in 6 years but it was for mounting and balancing of some 200 treadwear rubber onto two sets of pricey Japanese forged wheels. These guys do not disappoint!From my calls and interactions with Brad, Derek and Don to the finished product, there were zero disappointments. They were transparent and very communicative every step of the way. And in light of a small delay due to work load and some last minute emergency repairs of other vehicles (nature of the business), Derek was sure to update me and came through as promised.Their Hunter machines are top notch and not a mark was left on any wheel. Don is as detail oriented and picky as I am and goes the extra mile for a perfect finished product and one happy customer. I'll be back!

We have been using US Auto for more than 20 years for all types of major and minor repairs on Dodge, Mazda, and Honda minivans and they have always been great. Honest, fair, reliable, accommodating and highly skilled. We just had a major recommended 100,000 mile replacement on the Honda which came in significantly under their estimate and many hundreds under the dealership. The van drives like new now. U.S. Automotive identified things on my vehicle that were unsafe and torqued out of spec caused by work done at another shop that I went to previously. They also did a wheel alignment and my steering wheel is now perfectly straight after the previous shop I was going to failed to do it correctly four times.The other shop I was going to had it aligned off spec. Thanks to U.S. Automotive My vehicle now drives like new! and it was all done at a very unbeatable price$ Thank you! I will be returning.

Don is awsome. They are always very busy, but we can understand. Don installs our GPS gateways and Dashcams for our fleet vehicles. They do a great job with attention to detail. The car always comes back clean and the wiring and equipment installed is a seamless job. Thax guys. Darla

They sent a notice that looked like an official card to my mom that was a scare tactic. The card warned us that the car may not have insurance and to call as soon as possible. When we called we found out that they were just trying to sell a warranty. This is phishing at its finest and unethical. I would not trust this company with anything!

Worse place ever..charged twice for them to tell me they couldn t do an alignment on my mother's car, but still charged full price. First said I needed a tie rod and charged 350 then 135 for a alignment, even though they were unable to do the alignment, but I still had to pay.The car drove horribly..there was nothing wrong with the steering when I went in. I purchased new tires which they charged 400 to mount. So I figured I would get the alignment to keep my thread and warranty on tires. Then they said the second time, inner tie rod wanted 400 to replace rod and charged 135 because for alignment that they couldn t align anyway. Car drove even worse . I asked why do I have to pay if they couldn t align? The guy said, because he has to pay his guys. So I went to another shop got it done 125.. no problems and they gave me the print out and said they were no where close to specs . Wish I could put the print out up. If you want to be bullied by the owner and forced to pay Ridiculous labor fees for no alignment and be told that his son car has a 10000 suspension to act like he is credible..insane and highly disappointed 500$ down the drain, Minus 350 for a outer tie rod. Very unprofessional , owner has a major attitude.Service: Tires

Great communication. I feel Don and Dave are true professionals. Their office is handled by their wives and they do a phenomenal job as well. The shop is spic and span clean, which is important to me. It proves that they are organized. You will pay above average pricing here. I am a business owner myself and understand you get what you pay for. It's worth it. My experience here has been with a pick up truck and a dump truck. They do a fleet service program with a 2 year parts AND labor warranty. So far my experience has been 5 star. I will update if necessary.

Had a water pump issue. Coolant leaking. Car was about 98000 miles so I know it was going to happen. Towed it over to them and they worked on it. They also replace my timing belt. Brad was great at answering my questions through out the whole process. When I arrived to pick up my car they did a complementary inspection and showed me my tire with dry rotted. A technician also showed me my broken water pump which was the propeller that broke. Great service. Waited about 2 weeks after service to review just to make sure there were no issues. There weren't any and will be taking our family vehicle there for maintenance and repair. Thanks again guys

Best Shop in the Lehigh Valley from the standard maintainence needed on your vehicle, too some higher tier maintenance needed to keep your vehicles up and running. Great shop called dropped my truck off everything was taken care of quicker than expected told me of other problems and fixed them no problem. Great prices never met them in person a everything was taken care of. Awesome for finding getting a diesel worked on without being taken to the cleaners on price and awesome job when they were done.

Solid Family run business . Dave and Don and their wives work their tails off to provide the best service I have had on my diesel trucks . They take the time to inform you of options along the way and are on top of the latest changes in lubrication and equipment. The did a cummins conversion for me on my F350 when the 7.3 went bad . Best decision I made , runs like a top with over 5 K miles, absolutely no issues since it left their shop. This was the first one they ever did and it looks like factory right down to the wiring harness. Now they doing a Excursion Conversion for me. Fair pricing and attentive workmanship .Rare and hard to find today.Dave did the impossible ! Wired a dodge computer to work as a stand alone controller for a 47RH transmission . Eveerybody said it could not be done !! Dave did It ! should be the new shop slogan .

I been getting my car fixed and will stay getting my car fixed here i never have an issue with the work they do you pay for the whole package great communication great work a welcoming environment they are truly great honest people. I dont know anything about cars and they always show me what they are talking about and what needs work if i have friends that need work done this is were i tell them to go. They deserve more then 5 stars this is a great family owned buisness
