Brian was great to work with! He provided me pricing and quotes in a timely and accurate fashion. He was considerate and understanding of my financial needs, was not pushy at all. I did a test drive on Thursday and went home with a new vehicle that Saturday. Overall the car buying process was extremely simple and easy! Would recommend Rothrock and Brian for new vehicle purchases.

I purchased a 2019 Tacoma from them on Halloween I have since experienced transmission celanoid problems diagnosed by Roxbury trans in nj. Had to bring it to Toyota for violent shaking above speeds 50 mph and greater Rothrock made good and replaced the tires because of an factory defect and paid Toyota to replace drum hardware that was missing from rear driver side . So essentially what I m getting at is fast forward six week later after telling Rothrock communicated from Toyota In Clinton. Initial examinations indicated no problems well with the naked eye you can t tell a rotors warped at the initial diagnosis brakes were bad now mind you I came to a jeep dealership to buy a Toyota because I whacked a deer at 60mph Halloween morning totaled my truck googled the same exact truck I had found it at Rothrock. So Friday 12/15 in traffic for 3 hours with my daughter in my truck brakes are non existent and look like a chimney smoking. I replaced the rotors and pads Saturday as I m taking off the calipers I noticed brake fluid dripping down and that s a wrap I m driving a seven year old kid I m fixing it all! I go to Rothrock to get compensated halfway for my troubles of this $35k truck they sold me six weeks ago these educated trio of supervisors who haven t seen a a wrench or dirt under the nails in quite sometime tell me theirs not giving me a penny towards it. I have receipts for the parts over $500 bucks thanks Rothrock I ll be going to brown daub jeep for another grand Cherokee

I purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from Rothrock and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Dustin F. was my salesman, and he was truly a gem! Car salesman can be very pushy, but Dustin respected when I asked for time to discuss things in private with my partner. He listened and answered all my questions, and was transparent when he didn t know something, and made an effort to get me an answer. I appreciated his honesty, and patience. I had concerns about the tires on the car, and after some discussion they agreed to replace the tires on the car with 4 brand new tires. My extra key fob battery was dead and they replaced it with no issues! Our finance guy was fantastic as well! He explained everything to me thoroughly, and answered all the questions I had. My experience was great, and would highly recommend purchasing from Rothrock!

What a experience I had went to look at a 2024 Dodge Durango. After doing the road test farther looking at the new vehicle with a bright flashlight. Durango had lots of dings and scratches.Inside vehicle had 2 scratches on interior asked about replacement. Dealership famous line it can be buffed out. Happy to say I walked out won't be going back.

We recently purchased a new Dodge pick up there, and we were very pleased with everything . Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and explained everything to us, answered all of our questions and took their time going over everything. I would highly recommend them. It was an all-around very positive experience, we dealt with Brendan Kelly as our sales person who is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful with our purchase.

Very difficult to get through to the service counter. And then when I finally did, I was only met with resistance, lack of listening, and lack of knowledge.I called for a warranty repair and a recall. The service advisor kept mistaking my warranty repair for a recall, saying it wasn't listed. I repeatedly corrected her, saying this was part of the powertrain warranty, already diagnosed by another Ram dealer, and confirmed it was still covered. The recall I called about was issued to all covered Ram owners. I had to reiterate multiple times which recall this was, and that I was definitely covered.I decided to go with the other Ram dealer, despite them not offering loaner vehicles. At least they want to help new customers. I got the feeling Rothrock did not want me there.

I requested info on a truck i was highly interested in, thinking i wasnt going to be able to get it anyway. But immediately Christina reached out and then continued to respond to my texts EVEN ON HER DAY OFF. Now i know sales people just want the commission, but this girl genuinely cares about the customer and making them happy.I live 2.5 hours from their dealership and did pretty much everything via text. Then when i showed up i signed some papers, wrote a check, and out the door i went with my new to me 2020 silverado. A dream that i never thought would actually come to fruition Christina made possible.Yes i will be back will future purchases for my tree business.Let me also add that ive never financed a vehicle from a lot, always paid cash or used buy here pay here places. But never again.My next purchase will 100% come from Rothrock motors, and i hope Christina gets to be my sales person! I 100% will be their voice and recommend others reach out to them.Thank you Christina and the Rothrock team-Alan Kendall

My vehicle was at their shop for service for almost 2 months. Such a terrible experience. AVOID.I have the bumper to bumper Mopar warranty so everything that needed to be done to my vehicle was fully covered. Rockrock representatives told me that the delays were due to the Dodge union strike and that I should call Dodge directly for updates. Dodge told me that Rothrock should provide me with a rental car for the ENTIRE duration of service. Rothrock said "they do not offer rental cars at this dealership." After my vehicle was at their shop for nearly six weeks, Rothrock finally offered me a rental car for the last 3 days of service on my vehicle. Prior to that I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop for a service that was FULLY covered by the Dodge supplied warranty.Rothrock's service department did not want to help. They did the bare minimum and recommended I call Dodge directly for updates. Usually a service department is an advocate for their customers, that is just not how Rothrock operates. I could not recommend this dealership any less to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced. Incredibly disappointing experience.

After taking my 2010 Chrysler Sebring to 2 macanic and was told that I needed to go to the dealership. I drop off my car at 8:30 am and after 7 hours, I had to call them for some kind of update. The dealership did the same the 2 companies did, ran a diagnostic and cleared codes. Was told that they drove the car and no codes came back but when I picked up the car and started it ALL codes came back. I went back to let them know but NO ONE took the time to speak with me. They just sent me on my way with the same problem. I never even spoke to the macanic that service my car to find out what's needed to get my car fixed. Very poor service if you ask me.

Please be aware of Car Dealerships.I went in 2 get 2 new batteries for my car FOBS. I was told that the code said I needNEW FOBS. I was told that they put 2 new batteries in which they did not. What they did do was turn my batteries that were in originally and turn them upside down. Then they told me the only way I could start my car now, would be to push fob up against start button. Before I went I could use all the button functions. They wanted me to pay $563.32 for 2 new FOBS. I said let me think about it because of XMAS.Moral to the story, they never put new batteries in. What they did do was open my FOBS and turn the batteries over knowing it would only work if pushed up against start button.Do not go to dealer for new batteries for Fob you can open yourself and purchase batteries for $4.00 to $7.00 and replace yourself.If you don t how to open and replace them look it up on YouTube and save yourself $563.32 minus what batteries cost.This happened at ROTHROCK DEALERSHIP ON PLAZA LA 18104

Duston was a great help to me. He truly listened to what I wanted and helped me narrow down the choice that was best for me. There was no pressure to buy, and I didn't feel like he was talking me into buying something I didn't want. I highly recommend Duston for a service person you can trust. I, myself, will continue to use Dustin when looking for another car in the future.

Tommy was GREAT!! He helped us get into two new cars and made sure our payments were within the price range we had requested. It was a long day there but Tommy was great, he made us feel comfortable showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was our best car shopping experience ever. Tommy was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don t do enough and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Tommy delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I'd also like to say that everyone there were extremely friendly and polite.We will be coming to your showroom for the years ahead and will recommend Rothrock to family and friends.

Absolutely worst Jeep service I have ever had. Do not go here go somewhere else. Customers are not treated like a customer should be. I am so upset with my experience today and how I was treated. It was awful. Stay away and go somewhere else that will treat you and your vehicle so much better.

I ve called this place over and over again for over a month and I talk to the receptionist s and leave messages for the service manager or a service advisor to return my call so I can have my vehicle serviced and no one will return my call and when I m transferred to Mario it goes to vm every time. At this point I m willing to drive further just for better service and attention

The absolute worst Jeep dealership in the area . I stop in for an oil change for there express lane the older gentleman that works in that area acts like he can t be bothered and tells me it s going to be a 2 hour plus wait on a Monday . Not sure why they even have a so called express lane because it s always a 2 hour plus wait . Ridiculous . They also charge extra to rotate tires with an oil change when the other Jeep dealership in the area does it complimentary.

Since they took down my review and block anyone who leaves a negative review on social media, I will repost: The whole process of buying a car was easy. I didn t feel pressured and Jose was very knowledgeable and down to earth. However, since then I had been trying to get in contact with the service department and no one ever returns calls. Plus two days after I got the car, the batteries in both fobs started going and even though I have the warranty and just got the car, I still was charged for them. This place is good for purchasing a vehicle but nothing else. It wasn t until I contacted the BBB that I was finally called back and got my money back for the key fob batteries I was wrongfully charged for.

We had been looking for a new Jeep Wrangler and had been to several dealerships. As we went into Rothrock expecting either high pressure sales or ignored when we said we didn't know when we'd be buying. We met Tony Bittenbender, who started talking to us about a test drive. We were familiar with the vehicle but went on the test drive anyway. Tony proved to be knowledgeable about the car showing us all kinds of features that other dealers hadn't mentioned, we had our heart set on a red one, but the only one on the lot in the trim and with the features we wanted was in GOBI color. We left to think about it, We heard from Tony and told him we really wanted a red jeep. There was no pressure in the deal. He started looking for the trim and model we wanted and was able to locate an exact match. After discussion and negotiation, we were able to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted which made the decision to buy much easier. Tony has been following up to make sure that we are satisfied with the vehicle. Next time I'm searching for a car, my first stop will be Tony "Test Drive" Bittenbender.Two moths later I decided that it was time for me to replace my old car, I went back to see Tony and was looking tor new but inexpensive. My assumption was that I would get a Renegade, The smallest model. Tony looked around, and we were able to find a new Compass that had been on the lot for some time. After some discussions, We reached an agreeable price and I bought my second Jeep in two months.Kudos to Laura Beers, the delivery specialist, who set me up with a rental while a sunroof was added. Laura walked me through all of the major features, which were a lot different than my 10 year old car. I got 4 wheel drive which is controlled by a knob on these newer models..Thanks Laura and Tony..

Recently bought my Jeep through Rothrock and sales consultant Brendan. The experience was positive. Brendan was very easy to work with on my Jeep order. I believe they gave me a fair price and treated me very well. The delivery of the vehicle was efficient, informative, and low pressure. I will consider them for my next purchase and recommend a visit if you are looking for a new vehicle.Jan update: I was in today for my first service and my prior positive experience turned sour. I had a 1:30 appt for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I waited for over 2.5 hours before my vehicle was complete. Almost 3 hours for a simple service just should not happen..unacceptable...especially when I made an appt.Dropped my star rating to 2 due to the lengthy service wait time and poor experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for service unless you have a half a day to wait.

Last year we purchased a 2016 Chrysler town and country. Our sales man was named Barry. This year we purchased a 2017 dodge ram. Our salesman was Spence. Excellent experience with both salesman and management team. Love our vehicles.

Don t bother trying to negotiate or discuss what multiple data-driven internet models say is a fair price. The price online is their best price and they ll make you wait 15 minutes to tell you that. The sales manager also told me so maybe we made a mistake and overpaid when we bought the [used] car , as if that s my problem. Very strange vibe and the only time I ve ever left a dealership without a car. The test drive was easy and salesman Tony seemed like an ok guy, but savvy buyers should consider alternative options.

I m not an easy person to please when it comes to car buying. I went to 5 dodge dealerships to negotiate a lease for a Dodge Durango. Not only did the sales manager Brian Reichenbach go out of his way to find me the exact truck I was looking for, he gave me a price I was happy with and answered every call I made to them during the entire process. Wilson Guaman was a great salesman as well and worked with us to fix all of the hiccups along the way. There were no hidden fees or charges anywhere during the sale. I was never pushed to buy anything besides the vehicle.

Let me tell you about a GREAT experience I had with Rothrock Motors and Ed Long Jr. and Chris Andrews. My wife wanted the Dodge Durango, we knew we couldn't afford a new one but, still wanted a great one. With Ed and Chris working tirelessly to find just the right one in our price range, they exceeded our expectation. We live in south Jersey and could not just run up to see them they still managed to find it and Ed even took it one step further and delivered it to our house. When he dropped it off Friday, Memorial weekend i tell you, Ed took his time in showing us all the special features, and boy I tell you there is a lot of them. this is our 7th vehicle from Rothrock Motors and will not be the last. As long as Ed and Chris are there so our we. Thank you Rothrock Motors, Ed Long Jr. and Chris Andrews you totally our the BEST in the business, keep up the good work.
