I am so pleased on all the worked performed on my 2015 Porsche Macan. The technicians that have been working on my Porsche are second to none. From the service manager (Chad) to the carrier who returned my car, I want to say this is the best place hands down in the Lehigh Valley area. Thank you.

Very helpful with my request for a quote, working around my schedule, and keeping me updated throughout the process. Kyle is also very attentive in the post-work follow up to make sure things are going well and to answer some questions I had about preventative maintenance that he wanted to check with a service tech before giving me an answer. And pricing here is very competitive if not outright better than other shops.

Recently I needed to have my dash in my 2019 Cayenne replaced .Chad the service writer identified the the problem and got the warranty work approved though Porsche .The project was Scheduled and the dash ordered and installed in a very timely manner .The Porsche technicians did a first class installation the fit and finish of the installation were as if the car came from the factory.The service I received at Porsche Lehigh Valley excellent from start to finish.

Brought my 2015 Panamera in for service. Very accommodating in terms of scheduling and providing a loaner. Everything was completed on time and I was kept informed on the progress at all times. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to others.

Fantastic customer service: from setting up the appointment, dropping off the car, getting loaner, all the way to pick up, could not be happier with this experience. Cost was exactly as quoted, car was vacuumed and washed and ready at time scheduled. You will not regret buying or servicing your Porsche at Lehigh Valley Porsche!

Clean dealership with polite employees. However basic things like a car wash, vacuum and multi point inspection with recommended service, like infinity does, was not even done. Had it been done they would ve notice my oil was at the minimum, backup camera picture is not clear and who knows what else. I just bought the car used, from a non Porsche dealer, a month ago and I m just learning about the car and Porsche.

Excellent care from Lehigh Porsche and Kyle who took the lead with his sales manager and got a few days out of warranty hugely expensive repair covered, despite Porsche North American saying NO. on a 162k car new with a known problem on these, not happy with the manufacturer for their lack of responsibility but this dealer and the service manager Kyle are to be commended for stepping up to protect their brand.

Another great service experience at Porsche Lehigh Valley. Got me scheduled with a loaner promptly. Did a great job on the car including some complex diagnostics that saved me some money in unnecessary part replacement. Kept me in the loop and finished on time.

Leigh Valley Porsche performed a PPIon a 2009 Porsche 997.2 Carrara convertible which I was considering.They provide a prompt appointment to perform a per purchase inspection and send the recommended items to consider repairing.A Big Thanks to Chad and his team!

Traveling from Massachusetts and my Cayenne Turbo needed a new coolant pump. The entire service team at Porsche Lehigh Valley was friendly, efficient and responsive. Arrived right on time. Service tech greeted up promptly. We provide. License and insurance info and we re on our way in a loaner. Needed the car ready no later than 3. We arrived right on time and our 992 was coming from getting a thorough cleaning. Tires mounted were as specified.I was uncertain about alignment on a car with so many active suspension components. Boy was I impressed. Started north towards our place and gave the car gentle speed limit break in time for 20 miles or so. Then I just needed to check out what the new setup was really like. SMILY FACE. New rubber and performance so perfectly precise. Like new.It s a 2.5 yr old 911 with 27000 fun miles on it.Great job guys!!!! I m very happy.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
