Excellent experience. They were very transparent. I received a very fair amount for my trade and they got me a good interest rate on my financing. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive.

We have bought many cars over the years and like to get right to it and not spend a lot of time trying to get to the bottom line. Outten Chevrolet in Allentown did that for us. They made it easy to zero in on the vehicle, trim styles and things that were important to us. Sales Mgr Sean Scerbo and salesman Dillon Crispin were willing to search out a vehicle for us that had just what we wanted. In the end we went with a vehicle at one of their alternate locations about 40 miles away. On the snowiest day of the new year they didn't hesitate to have the vehicle brought to us at their location in Allentown. They were very responsive to any questions or requests and very professional yet personable in their approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very good experience. I was able to get my car in for service quickly. First told me they had to order parts. Called back later and said they located the needed part and could replace the on the same d ay.

Great job but very long in shop. If I had known it would take more than estimated two hours I would have had them give me a ride home- they did offer but I thought two hours would be ok to wait. But it took over 5 hours! Still wouldn t go anywhere else and would recommend the shop to my friends because the work is superb.

All sales personnel and head salespeople were great. We spent hours looking, choosing, filling out forms, etc. Everybody maintained a sense of humor. Fortunately for us, Outten had a large inventory so we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted. The sales person said she will be glad to answer any questions about the vehicle that may arise in the future. The sales person truly did her best to make the paperwork process as easy as possible. We would not have been able to jump through all the hoops without her help.

I ve known the service manager, Mike, for a few years, and he has been incredibly helpful to me. Everyone at Outten is super friendly! I highly recommend. The young woman who oversees the car rental is the best!!

I started shopping online visiting many sites. Outten Chevrolet had a wide variety of vehicles in inventory a few of which caught my interest. Dave emailed me to offer any help I needed and I eventually narrowed my search, chose a vehicle to drive, met Dave at the dealership and took a test drive and decided to make my purchase. No pressure only help and answers to my questions. The entire sales and management team made it easy!Good job!!!

Had car inspection and was in/out in 1 hour. I have brand new car so it didn t need anything except oil change. I thought inspections, esp on a brand new car, were free, but I guess only when I had old used car that always needed something fixed. Gotta make $$ somehow! I should ve maybe kept my 2012 car maybe?

I had a great experience and an A+ service. Outten Chevy is a dealership that I can trust. I had bought my car from there lot 10 years ago and received most of my service from Outten Chevy and she is still running strong! John and Scott are the dynamic duo they are great at what they do and amazing with their customer service. I have no complaints.

my car needed service and they took care of it quickly and they found something a little bit more serious and gave me a loaner for a few days. And then I picked up the car the following week, and when I got home the day later, I realized that I had a slow leak in my front left tire, so I brought it back to the dealership and they fixed it for free. overall I am very happy with them.

They were very patient with the warranty company, but got the car back with inside floor board still open with access to the battery, the hood won t stay open like the piston that was on there lost its internal gases, and it smelled of fuel. I am guessing since the motor was replaced that s part of the breaking in part. The service airbag light is now on also. One of the wheel air pressure sensors isn t working now, and the final thing was they told me it needed a tie rod replaced on the vehicle. I was without a vehicle for almost a month and half because of the back and forth with warranty company. John in service worked with this very well.

Gave me an excellent deal allowing allow me to use an old internet coupon. That I found online they honored. It really surprised me your manager was very honest. full synthetic oil change. And a tire rotation. Excellent service with my appointment in and out on time. No complaints will use again.

Mike, and Scott in service were amazing to deal with. They got my truck in right away, and I had an answer to the issue in 2 days. We had to wait a week or so for the parts to get shipped in. Once ther arrived, I had my truck back the same day. To say I was happy with the way they conduct business would be an understatement.

My car needed attention in the worst way. The service department expedited the parts,and the service to my vehicle was extremely high. I notice the difference right away since my vehicle has 190+ miles!!I give the service department the utmost gratitude in reinventing the experience of a brand new car again!!! Great car buying experience. The sales manager and sales person were great with helping figure out the right vehicle and model. The paperwork and buying process with Sean and Dillon was very smooth and easy. Definitely go check them out for your next vehicle.

I came into the dealership with the expectation on just looking at a vehicle i was interested in. I was welcomed by Dillon Crispin with a smile and the willingness to help in any way. I do not like the car shopping process but i stated my wants and needs and Dillon delivered. The entire process was quick and easy. He had me out of their just in time for my personal event.

Went last night to purchase and trade in a vehicle. The customer service was friendly, honest and quick. I have spent hours in dealerships playing a back and forth game but not here. I was in and out in an hour and the staff couldn't have been more productive, polite and efficient. I'd give more stars if I could!

Leasing experience was seamless from beginning to end. My sales rep Anthony communication was amazing. Answered all my questions before I came to the dealership. He used my preferred communication method which was texting. I didn t spend all day at the dealership. I appreciated that he respected my time.Update 1/25/24 - I had my first oil change and the service was great. I received a warm welcome. My car was serviced and I was out in a hour.

I feel secure knowing when I take my car in for inspection, they will be very thorough. It passed inspection & emissions with no issues. However Dave noticed leaky seal and fixed it while I waited. Thank you for the great service!

I was very pleased, and had a wonderful experience at Outten Chevrolet. Mackenzie was pleasant, patient, and helpful in all aspects of my purchase. And Anthony (Finance Manager) made the paperwork and financial particulars easy and as "pain-free" as possible. I knew going in that if it was meant to be, it would work out. And they both made the experience a "win" for everyone!

Everyone there was very helpful. Not too pushy with the add ons, just doing their jobs. After all was said and done, I was there for about 1.5 hours. Quickest I ve gotten in and out of a dealership with a new car
