I recently was in need of new battery for my 2011 Ford Escape. My mother-in-law recommended NAPA in Fogelsville so I took her up on it and gave them a shot. I work very strange hours so I searched their website, found my battery and gave the part number to my mother-in-law to call in while I was at work. That way I could swing by after work and it would be set aside for me. Simple. Guy she talks to on the phone is not her regular, and gives her a hard time about simply buying the next best battery at a higher price. Already off to a bad start. So after work I swing by and pick up the battery. Price is good and I leave. Discover later they picked and sold me the incorrect battery. Go back and explain what happened. No apology for mess-up on their part; same dude who sold me the incorrect one is eating at the counter while doing my exchange. Just largely unprofessional. I won't be back here unfortunately; shame their prices are pretty good.

Got there at approximately 5:15 p.m. on a week day and was told that my purchase had to be made with a credit/debit card and not cash. Why?? Because the guy working had already counted the drawer! If it weren't for the fact that I was pressed for time, I would've walked out and gone elsewhere. Yes, he did take my cash, but not before trying to guilt trip me into using plastic. That's very poor customer service. And fyi - I was ready to pay for my purchase by about 5:25 which was about 35 minutes before they closed. I would absolutely understand if I had walked in 10 minutes before closing, but it wasn't.

Chris is amazing. Everytime I come in it s something off the wall I need that might take 10 minutes looking it up for calling a couple other stores. Whether 5 minutes before they close or waiting at the door for them to open with broken parts in my hand, Chris always goes above and beyond with a great attitude. Thanks Chris. See ya on the next disaster I bring to you haha

Always great service. Very knowledgeable. And understanding to the novice car enthusiasts. Willing to explain to the best of their knowledge. If that's not enough there's their reference books for your vehicle. Great store. My favorite for sure.

These guys are Great!!!! They have excellent knowledge of car's and the parts you need!!!!And if they don't have parts in the store. They will have them the next afternoon!!! A+ A+ A+

Napa stores have always been A Cut Above the Rest of the other auto parts stores. The last of a relic from the days of Circle S Auto Parts, Big A Auto Parts and places like that. The staff is always attentive and very helpful. Have more than the usual amount of knowledge when you go seeking a part. Store display has changed a bit over the years, but they still are able to maintain a very good selection of tools parts and products. NAPA Auto Parts is the first place I go before going to the other parts stores.

These guys have been great to deal with they seem to have a lot of items and if they don't they can get it by afternoon or next morning . So far no complaints store has a good amount of items to browse through also.

I have been in the automotive business for 30 plus years and i don't think i've experienced the amount of contempt this store has for their customers. It's a competitive business, if they continue to operate this way, i don't see this store lasting much longer

I ordered online and received price A then go to the store to pick up the product and they could only offer me a much higher price B as if Prce A was non existent

Attention to the customers please stay a way from this location I never knew this people still existed you got problems you should stay home I wouldn't even give 1 star and wouldn't recommend to anyone horrible sound the other end of my phone I wish they coud train him

They are very helpful and have a large well stocked inventory. They also have weekend hours. They speak english and are very courteous.
