I had a reservation at another location and without being informed was sent to this location which was 15 minutes further. The vehicle I received had no heat and I froze the whole hour and a half to my destination. It was a horrible experience. The staff was friendly but he failed to inform me of the broken heater. I can t recommend this location.

Chris and AJ were excellent to work with and very kind people. My only two problems were that I pointed out mechanical problems with the vehicle to pretty much zero response. Furthermore, once the car was sold they offered zero different options.

Bill Hav and his staff were amazing to work with! A true 1st class operation. Once I picked out what I wanted Bill and his team went to work to make it happen in a efficient and seamless fashion. In and out in under 2 hours. I would highly recommend Bill Hav Motors to everyone.

I was supposed to rent a U-Haul at another store. When I got there, they had 0 vehicles available to rent. I had this reservation confirmed for a week, and had to meet movers, so I was put it a frustrating situation. MTS, however, had multiple trucks available for rent. Sterling squeezed me in and I was on the road in a few minutes. He really helped me out when I was stuck, and was incredibly professional and respectful of my time.

Any negative reviews please ignore! I got my car here over a year ago and the car is amazing. If you are looking for a car or need to get any service done on your car this is the place to go !

I went there after work expecting to just test drive the vehicle and return the following day for paperwork and I walked away with the car I wanted that same day. Very fast professional help. I cannot thank Miriam enough for the way she handled everything. Would highly recommend!

Bought a truck and they lied to me about the condition. Shouldn t even be allowed to sell a vehicle this way. Of course it was as is too so now I m stuck to do the work. Don t go here if you want quality
