Had a great experience. Had recently came in for a few things, did have to wait a bit (staff shortage- completely understand) but the manager (Darrel) did inform me from the beginning. Observed him trying to help customers with thier needs, regardless of what was going on at the shop, speaks values. He was professional and appreciate you working with on my bill. Thank you again, would recommend.

Went in for a abs speed sensor issue and they told me it was going to be $600, I went home and got the part for $30. Also they gave me a list of things needed on my car it just included a new battery and new front brakes and the total was at $1,600 with $1,200 of it being just on brakes. One last thing they say free battery installation big on the front and then charged me $70 just one big scam!!!

Great place to bring your vehicle. They listen to their customers and you'll leave with peace of mind knowing your car was fixed the right way in a reasonable amount of time.

The two times I ve take in a car have been good and the employees have always been friendly. Just be careful if you set an online appointment since they can try to change the time on you with any text notifications.

This place is terrible. They either don t know what they are doing or running a scam. Charged me $2k and get my car back worse then when I brought it in. Will NEVER go here again!

Had one of the best experiences working with Darrell Donelan, Store Manager. He was extremely informative and kind. Took care of my needs and went above and beyond to reach customer satisfaction. I will always return back to Monro for my vehicle's needs. Highly recommend!!!

Shop manager kindly fit us in for a last minute oil change. Very fast and efficient service. Friendly personable staff and didn't feel like I was being tricked into anything which is often the case at chains these days.

I was visiting from out of state on an holiday weekend and had tire issues. Stopped at this location - they got me in immediately, fixed my issues right away and at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and professional.

My first time going here. Stopped in to have a tire looked at, on way home from work. They were able to accommodate me right away. They found the problem and fixed the issue within minutes. Will definitely stop here again for service in the future.

These guys were on point. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Got a step by step detail of what was wrong with my van and any future problems that would need to be taken care of. Definitely recommend coming to this place.

Have you ever wished you had a close friend who was a mechanic when you have a problem with your car? Do you feel a little uneasy trusting your car's state inspection with a service center you're not familiar with? I did until I met Darryl at Monro. He is knowledgeable, personable and honest. I urge you to stop by and give them a try. Ask for Daryl he won't disappoint you.

Poor service. Gave me my car back after inspection with the top back brake light bulb burning on plastic. Took the car back and they told me it was a dealership issue. So now I have no top back brake light

On Christmas Day as we were Driving the Muffler Fell Low and was scrapping. Dec 26th we drove to Monro and they took care of us Immediately. New Muffler and it wasn't budget busting 1 day after Christmas. Jason and Team you all are amazing! A true community blessing I recommend your facility 100%God Bless you allRenee Jones

Our SUV had a flat tire on I-78 near Allentown at around 5:30 in the morning, a mere hour and a half into our 15-hour drive to Atlanta from New Jersey. After calling our insurance company for road assistance in replacing our tire with the spare donut, we proceeded to nearby Monro since they open early. A few minutes before their official opening time of 7:30 am, Darrell examined our tire and said it was repairable, so he quickly went into action. He was soon done in almost no time, and after remounting the tire, helping stow the spare underneath the SUV, and doing a little chit-chatting, he said "you're good."Thanks, Darrell, for going above and beyond what would have been just another tire repair for a passing stranger!

Walked in and got an oil change right away, Technician Dan looked over my car and and got me out in 15 min. The Assistant manager Josh was very professional, personable and great to talk too. Those guys freakin rock! Thanks again and I would recommend stopping in.

Great experience with Chris & John- have a loyal customer for life! Honest and thorough! Went in for oil change and break pads- told me I didn t need the break pads right now- still a lot of life left! Gave me a coupon for the oil change too! Fast service too!

Made an online appointment which didn't show up in their system. They said they could fit me in for a quick oil change. 1.5 hrs later it was done. Tried to charge me $50 for. Standard oil change but I saw online on the monroe site oil change is $30 until 4/1/21. When I showed them then they gave me the correct price. Becareful here to not get overcharged

The assistant manager Steve and tech Jason are so sweet and friendly!! They fixed my car with a smile and made my first Monro experience since moving to the Lehigh Valley simple and super easy. Thanks guys! I ll be back for my oil change in a few thousand miles. ~ A Satisfied Customer

I went into the Lehigh street shop for an oil change, inspection and emissions stickers. The service was great! I was treated with respect, and the service was done right and in a timely manner. The manager there greeted me and went over the work done and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with my experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer at this location!

The best service I ve seen in decades!! Mr. Slaaz got me in for an oil change much earlier since I was able AND saved me money. What s better than that? This manager of this branch must have monetary compensation when due so you keep men like this that know the meaning of customer service. My first time here. But now I m going to be a regular client and I live in the Poconos. So remember that.

Great service! They try to figure if ur covered for the work before starting it, they'll give educated rough estimates to give an idea of how much something costs prior to looking at it. Dude gave me like 6 different case scenarios and the amounts they would run for my pockets for my vehicle. Amazing! They also have plugged in the data do-hicky thingamabob down under the steering wheel where the safe driver discount thingy goes to see what's wrong with my car and didn't charge me a dime to do that like other places do. Good people serving humanity with kindness!

Went here after being told repairs would be well over $1000 dollars at midas. When I came here they told me everything I needed to repair. The prices where cheaper and they even broke it into parts that made it more manageable. They even told me what I should prioritize when repairing. I also appreciate how they showed me simulations as they explained things to me since I don't know much about cars it was a good experience for me. I would go back again. Even the oil change was a great price ($20) including labor. Highly recommended, ask for Chris when you go. He'll definitely be able to help you out :)

I came in with almost no advance notice with a screw in my rear passenger tire. Darrell, the manager was very kind, calm, and understanding. He put my car on the lift right away and fixed it immediately. He communicated additional parts on the car he noticed will inevitably need work but did not pressure me to do it on the spot or make an appointment. I will certainly be back for subsequent service for my vehicle.

Our family of cars have been going to Monroe specifically for their impeccable service and have actually driven to shops not near our house knowing we will get the same service every time. All of your techs are friendly, their managers are very knowledgeable and willing to take the extra step to ensure we come back every time. Thanks!

I went for an inspection and oil change last week. One of the workers named A.G. quoted me a price about 743.00 to pass inspection. Saying I needed new brakes, control arms, and a wheel alignment. I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue, no issues all year so I took it to another shop, and they told me my brakes were fine and I passed my inspection. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle, they saw a single woman and thought they would hustle me. Such a shame! Never going back there again!

I have read all the reviews and understand what people are saying, but for me the people there where amazing, my son got into a car accident on Sunday which punctured a hole in his radiator, he was on his way back to college and we where 7 plus hours away in New Hampshire. The car was towed there with the hope they could fix it somehow... they did, not only did they fix it right they also stayed 2 hours extra after they closed to make sure my son could drive the other 7 hours back to school, the person I talked to was Will and he promised me he would stay as long as it took to get the car fixed(and it was not an easy fix) and he did! It was good to see that this shop made it so easy for our family and the pricing was more then fair, Will knew the situation we where in so far away and did not take advantage of us. I can't say that would be so at other places....Will you are a man of your word and we will always be thankful for what you did and the great work that was preformed!! I recommend giving them a try!!!
