Great experience every single time at MB of Lehigh.Juan from Service Team is always so helpful and happy to answer all my questions..My car is always well checked and leaves the dealer nice and clean.Mercedes makes great cars, but people make the difference between a good ownership experience and a great one.

Miranda took care of scheduling my appointment for service and inspection. She also sent reminders. Juan, my service manager went over the work I was having done, with an estimate of the cost. I also requested an estimate on some other services I wanted to have done. He went the extra mile and worked up the estimate. Every one was courteous, as always, and they took great care of my car, as they have been since 2019. Thank you, Juan, Miranda, the Service Department and Mercedes Benz.

My first time taking my vehicle to the shop and I am extremely pleased with the service I got. John Beck is a great guy very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me updated throughout my whole service took the time to explain everything to me and very polite great customer service and responded back to me very quick. I am very pleased with the service on my vehicle took it in to there shop and they got the job done right. Thank you John and the Mercedes Benz of the Lehigh Valley definitely will be back to them when my vehicle needs repairs.

As a first time visitor I can t say I ve been to a more accommodating and comfortable dealership. Check in was quick and service took under an hour. They even include a courtesy wash at the end! Definitely will be my preferred location. Very pleased with this service.

I ve been working with Mercedes since 2016. Service never disappoints. Booking a service appointment is never cumbersome, additionally, I get service updates throughout the appointment process and the team always goes above and beyond to ensure that answers to queries are given timely and in depth.I almost always work with Juan who is great! However, when I ve worked with other Mercedes staff they re just as great. Customer and technical services are top notch!

I Always feel cared for by the service team. They will not recommend or prioritize things that don t need remedy immediately but definitely advise when I should get it done. This is so wonderful when working on a budget. My baby is well cared for and runs the same as when I first got her thanks to this team.

It was so nice to meet John for the first time. Impeccable service, as always. I haven't waited at the dealership for a very long time, and your renovated waiting area is even more inviting and fabulous. We've been customers for well over 20 years. That alone says a lot!

Very professional service department! Got there at 8:30, there were numerous cars lined up for service drop-off, and just as many courtesy cars to accommodate the clients. Intake was swift and well executed. The service on my vehicle, including a new auxiliary battery, was quick, and cost less than I thought. Jonathan was my facilitator, and he was excellent. Communicated throughout the day, and made everything painless. In short the experience was as you would expect from a Mercedes dealership

I bought my first Audi at Knopf from Donato, so I ve been coming to this dealership for many years. Bought other vehicles from other dealerships but was there yesterday for an A service for convenience of location as my past service experiences were not conducive to returning. However, yesterday s service experience was pleasantly memorable. After the appointment and my vehicle was returned to me, I said to myself they finally got it . Thanks for the experience, Jonathan. Always great to chat with Donato.

Prompt and excellent service. Valet pickup was on schedule and my vehicle was serviced on time. Loaner car was received with ease and in great condition. Overall cost was a little pricey for schedule B service, but I guess that is what you should expect with owning a Mercedes. Juan was very helpful and made sure I was well informed on what was being done. Kept me updated on the work order and very professional.

Since 2005, I have come to this dealership for service. I've received nothing but outstanding service from Rick and his crew! Everytime I go for either service or yearly inspections, they keep my car running like it's brand new...on top of it, you leave this place with a car that looks like it's been waxed. A joyous site because in this weather, it's a challenge to get washed. I have to say, it's been nothing but a great experience, the last 19 years. This is coming from a person who rarely had service visit that was positive. Having owned a Cadillac which I loved, and several other brands that were not high end cars, unfortunately anytime I walked in the door, I rarely left without dropping a minimum of $500 plus, and that was 35 + years ago. That hurt. On top of it, the zero trust factor in the other brands service departments, were the worst. I never went without the feeling of dread, to any car appointment for service or inspection. On top of it, they have a hotel type lounge, for people who want to wait for their cars. With an amazing coffee machine, and any snack or pastry imaginable!If I'm not mistaken it may have been one of the first places, we had ever seen a waiting area for their customers, that was as tastefully set up as this one was! The dealership had my van to do a recall to which they signed off completed. However I had asked to have my driver's door looked at because it doesn't shut properly. They signed off it has been adjusted and is now working good. I can tell you the if anything it's worse not better. I explained this when the phone call came to see how the service was and was asked if I wanted to bring it back in to have another look next thing I heard was a phone ringing like I had been transfered elsewhere to do so but then there was a click and silence. They could have called me back but apparently have chosen not to do so. I will say that the curtasy car I was provided was very nice. But they have to do better in the garage

Our MB was in the shop for a recall of the fuel pump. I dealt with Jonathan who was very professional and promptly handle my visit. He had a loaner vehicle ready for me. We live a hour and 45 minutes from the dealership. He called me 2 hours prior to the completion of the recall service to let me know my vehicle would be completed by the time I would arrive there. The recall service was completed in 1 day. I will highly recommend this dealership and service garage to anyone interested in a Mercedes Benz.
