Had a bad tire with a nail in it and little tread I was filling up about twice a week. Had about 450 mile round trip planned for Saturday and it was Friday at 7pm. Most tire shops close early but Rocco's is open until 8pm. I called to see if they had my tire in stock and they did. I pulled up and told them the tire I needed. Within about a minute they had my car jacked up and began the process of removing the tire. It's cash only but there was a 7/11 next door. I came back and a few minutes later the gentleman who changed my tire provided me a receipt to take into the office. Flat rate of $60 for a very high quality near new tire, including changing it and disposing of the old tire. Fast service, quality work, good product, and an unbeatable price while keeping hours most automotive places do not.

Needed a tire right away. These guys had many of my size to choose from. The gave me the best one that was almost new for $45.00 mounted and balanced. The service was awesome. They were super busy and they got me in right away. Service with a smile.

Guy got me taken care of fast. Nice people. Average prices... in the middle of everyone else. Quick friendly service means something though.

I had called asking for the size tire they said they had it.When I got there. The guy was so nasty and yelling me he never spoke to me and that they didn't have the tire. I left with a flat tire again..I want to give them a zero

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced and ended up with a flat the next day! Went back that same day and they said the valve stem was no good. They refused to fix it for free, even though the valve was obviously fine before because it wasn't flat! Went to K&S and they couldn't believe that they didn't change the valve stem! They should have fixed their mistake! Terrible business

Went there yesterday new name new owners the guy try charging me 60 dollars for a used tire that cost 80 brand new i use to go to roccos alot now im staying as far as possible.

Let's use Rocco's for what it's best at:Fixing your tire after a flat or getting you an affordable used tire or two. Especially those times when you just aren't flush with cash. Speaking of which , bring cash. Easier transactions, although they do take cards.Is there a line? They'll go as fast as they can but you might want to circle back. New tires come in twice a week, Friday and Tuesday I think, so if you have a more rare tire or need several, go then.It's a very Spanish-speaking spot so prepare yourself for a Spanish carribean cultural experience, buckle up gringos. The music is good, the pace is chill. They face a lot of subtle racism, based on that cultural misunderstanding I think, so try not to dog on Rocco's pace and laid back attitude the guys are funny and whip smart if you take time to crack their exterior. Their English is a hell of a lot better than my Spanish, so I respect that.You don't ask me to do brain surgery..don't ask Rocco's to hustle like the triple priced place down the street.I think they do a high volume of car repair, but I've used only their tire service fo10 plus years

Happy to take my money. But when I came back with concern on a noise after install on front tires. They became argumentative instead of trying to resolve my concerns. As well as speaking a different language to clearly avoid having me understand what they we're saying. You know 10 years ago I had no problems speaking with employees now there's a barrier and its called lack of customer service.

The worst ever!!!!!!!!!!!Bought one tire from here lasted me 20 minutes driving home stopped at the gas station to put gas when I looked tire was flat. Tried to pump air n it stood flat. I called them they were than already closed. Took it to another tire shop when they checked the tire it had a big hole in it!!!! I will be going back tomorrow for my money!!! Never again. Than the manager seen my kids w me standing outside was rude all he was worried about if my kids were to get hurt it will be there responsibility!!! Okay never again or will I ever recommend anyone there. Pieces of crap! They get no stars

Stay away from this place. They're not even good at scamming you. They make it clearly obvious that they are making stuff up to pull more cash out of your pocket, it's strange. Extremely unprofessional. The man at the front desk asked ME 3 times; how much was HE was charging ME... Why is he asking me??? I don't work there. Look at your paper work and you'll see what your charging me.... it was strange. They already looked at the car and gave me a price and he still is asking me how much he's charging me... I can tell he wanted to keep upping the bill LOL. I told him, I'm dropping off the car, I have to go now, what time should I be back? He said, he will go ask the mechanic.. he didn't, I sat there for 15 minutes listening to him and another mechanic complain to each other about personal health problems. It was strange and unprofessional, like something out of a movie. I finally got up and started to walk out, he stops me and says hold on, he goes to the garage and comes back, finally tells me what time the car would be ready.... smh.

This was one of the worst buying experiences of my life. I waited hours for their techs to install a pair of tires. I was charged more than what I was quoted for tires that ended up lasting less than 6 months. The 2 tires I bought from them were directional and 1 of them was installed wrong. I will NEVER go back there!

Roccos is a great place for service and inspection. A bit crowded but overall great tires and inspection service. Very courteous and always putting the customer first.

This place sucks now! The tier guy is extremely rude and even ignores you and walks away leaving you with you words in your mouth.I walked in looking for the tier guy who I found in a chair sleeping. I asked if he could help me with my tier and he woke up with an attitude.So what do you get paid for, seeping on the job?Never again, this place can shove their tiers.Rocco's is not what it uses to be ever since the new management took over.

Horrible... Got there went into office the 2 ppl stared at me... Then continued their convo i said um ineed 2 tires? He said ok go next doorand wait i waited after 5 min i googled another place who gave me cheaper price while this guy was still looking for tires... Smh horrible. 50 dollars per tire gtfoh

Quick and efficient. I've had my tires changed twice here. Make sure you carry cash on you because they're a cash only business.

Horrible experience don't speak English rude to the customer and of course didn't rotate it balanced like most do free of charge when purchasing a tire horrible place to waste money

Tried to sell me a used tire with a little tread left, when he showed me his tire it had a nail in, he said he would patch it, want $55 dollars for the tire with a nail in it. Total rip off

Asked for 4 tires and brakes...I got 4 different brands 2 different sizes. When I told them something was wrong they told me my steering arm needed be replaced... If you care about your car go somewhere else

If you need/want used tires then go there. Depending who is working you get good service, prices and tires. You get what you pay for. Wouldn't take any nice car there. Only one you really don't care about

Sat there for 1 hour and a half just for them to try to up the price the originally said. The slowest shop in Allentown hands down, a 20 minute stop will turn in to you sitting there for over an hour this place actually suck so much is should be shutdown

Been going here for years. If you need cheap tires this is a good option. The only thing is that sometimes you end up with a bad tire.
