Chuck did an awesome job getting me my Lexus IS350! He was so responsive and made it happen in just a day. The dealership was clean, the staff was friendly, and they had such cool cars! We are loving the used Camry we purchased here. We received outstanding service from Jake B. He was responsive, professional, and friendly. He made our experience seamless. Rich George was my service advisor and Greg was the one who programmed my second key. Wanted to take a moment to come on here and speak of the amazing customer service received through the entire process.I am in car sales myself and I am a firm believer in good customer service! This dealership has it and all the staff are absolutely the best. It was definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive! I will be back for sure :)

We have purchased 2 cars from here. My review is only related to sales dept.In both cases the prices listed online was not the price in he purchase order. The price listed in the purchase order had an increase of $398 (I think that's the number) . This was added to the price of the vehicle, this wasn't documentation fee or any required fee. I was told "Oh, we always do that with every deal". The other thing i didn't like- For the 1st car we were overcharged for the registration and received a refund (this is the case for many dealerships), for the second car nothing was refunded, and i was told there was $135 messenger fee, so a registration transfer of $4.50 + title ($85) cost me hundreds...Overall, it is a nice dealership, similar to all Lexus dealerships, they are customer focused. They have a nice inventory of vehicles. Their personnel is professional. My only issue was that the numbers were not fully transparent; and to me this is very important.Do I recommend it? I do but proceed with caution, look at the numbers and understand where your money is going.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Lexus of Lehigh Valley, 2022 IS500, and 2023 GX460.Each time, the experience has been top-notch. I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Jake Boyle for helping me out with my purchase of my new car. Jake Boyle was amazing and made the process really smooth. There is a reason why I keep coming back even though I live 90 miles away in a different state.

The experience with Lexus of Lehigh Valley was by-far the best car buying experience I've ever had!!James Kelly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the process of buying a new Lexus NX remotely. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and completely transparent with the whole buying process. Recently upgraded the wife's ride from a 2022 Acura MDX to a 2023 Lexus GX. Simply put, this is how a car buying experience should be!!! No pressure, no haggling, and no sales tactics. Just good old-fashioned honest and fair dealings! Their "peaceful promise" is explained as "Luxury is feeling a sense of peace at every step of the purchase promise. Luxury is that sense of peace lasting throughout the ownership experience. Choose a dealership that can provide you with that peace of mind." I can attest that this promise is totally legit as every interaction was outstanding. Lexus Of Lehigh Valley is the best car dealer I have ever worked with. Kudos to the ownership and management team for instilling such an awesome culture and customer experience. Keep up the great work!

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Lexus of the Lehigh Valley! Jake Boyle was so helpful and attentive. I was looking at cars at a few other local dealerships but Jake s outstanding service won my business. This was a Mother s Day gift to myself and when I got in the car there was a Mother s Day Card from Jake and everyone at the LoLV. Before I left Bryce spent a ton of time walking me through how to use all the technology in my new car. He even helped me set up the Lexus app on my phone and helped me sync my phone to the car. This was hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had thanks to Jake and Bryce!

My wife and I purchased 5 brand new Lexus vehicles from Lexus Lehigh Valley in the past several years. Any visit to the dealership has been a very positive family like experience.Personnel is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We have dealt with Allyssa, Dan, and another Dan sales manager. None of them tried to push car on us or made us feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.Purchasing process was straightforward and transparent from the beginning to the end. I really wish all car distribution channels were as professional and respectful towards customers needs as Lehigh Valley Lexus is We have purchased many cars during the past 20 years in the Lehigh Valley region and I can sincerely state that dealing with Allyssa, and both Dans were, by far, the best we have ever experienced.Keep up a great work and continue to listen to your customers needs. I called and was interested in purchasing a vehicle they had advertised on google advertisements. However they will not sell me the car because I don t love locally. I am leaving in New Jersey but have rental properties in Allentown. I personally have never heard of something like that. Why bother advertising if you would sell to people outside of your town. They have lost a customer and will be brining my business to another Lexus is dealership

2022 Lexus NX 350. Went there for recall (something was wrong with the breaking system) in October, since then my Steering Wheel crooked. I don t know what happened there, I noticed as soon as I left the dealership, but first I thought maybe it was road little curvy that s is why and went home didn t wanted to make big deal out of it. And then I thought maybe the system or software is going to fix itself etc, nope still crooked. Called them back after a month wanted to do the diagnostic with them to find out what is causing this problem and they asked me around $180 plus if they find something I have to pay that extra. So guys before you go there for any recalls make sure that everything works properly and if you notice something unusual go back immediately. Btw now they keep telling me that I just need a wheel alignment.Update:Paid $200 to do the wheel alignment. Had to go again cause they couldn t fix it the first time and after 2nd time my steering wheel still crooked. This place waisting my money and time.

I purchased the 2018 Lexus LX570 , on 05/17/2023. Since the deal was good , I went All the way from Maryland a 220 miles to get the suv. The dealership help me with financing and got the SUV. Since there was a missing truck mat and the sales man Mr Jake Boyle gave me a WE OWE voucher for the mat.Since then I am calling 2 time in a week to ask for the update shipping for the mat, and they keep ignoring me. Just advising the we will call you back, which they never did in this 23 days yet. I call yesterday to the sales manager and left VM. But no one call back. It s quite disappointing.I already purchase the mat from eBay. But didn t like their service.

Very grateful for my experience at Lexus of Lehigh Valley. Extremely easy and stress-free shopping experience thanks to Shannon. She did an amazing job going through my options and giving me the best experience when purchasing my 2021 NX. Dani also did a great job with the tech class and signing all the papers. I had a really good experience here. Purchased a new 2023 Lexus GX460. Went through Dan for my sales associate and James for the finance side. Everything was very straightforward and reasonable, good communication. Only spent an hour or so at the dealership to wrap up the deal, everything else was done through email/text. The process went very smoothly and was basically my ideal experience. I'd definitely use this dealership again.

I bought a Lexus/Certified ES 350 F Sport from these guys and my customer representative LouAnn was so easy to deal with, as were the used car manager and everyone involved in the deal. It is so refreshing to deal with up front, honest people who are not trying to rip you off. My experience was very good and I would have no qualms dealing with them again. I'm very grateful to LouAnn and the whole team. Good guys!

My wife and I picked up a 24 NX350 Luxury from LOLV and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the dealership experience ! Cody our salesman was terrific . Yanni the sales manager made sure everything went to plan. Tim the technology coach made sure that we understood how everything on the vehicle worked. We drove an hour from Bucks County and it was well worth the trip ! These guys are very professional !

This is truly one to trust! We had an issue w/ our RX350 while traveling on 78 on a long trip south. Not only did they take us in immediately, they got us back on the road quickly and their fee was less than a tank of gas! Dealership has such sincere & professional employees, was immaculate and relaxing environment, and and very efficient! Would trust for service and buy! THANK YOU!!!

Lexus of Lehigh Valley is true to their commitment to excellence. They were professional, kind and courteous throughout the whole car purchasing experience . My sales person was Dylan Reid. He went above and beyond to help insure I left with the right car that suited my lifestyle. He remained upbeat, friendly , patient and helpful throughout the entire process. His knowledge of cars is amazing. So much so, that my 71 year old father made sure he came back a second time just to talk with Dylan and "enjoy a car dealership that isn't pushy and has a high quality sales rep and team". We have never been to such a professional and relaxed dealership. I highly recommend this establishment and especially Dylan to find the right car for the customer. Worst place ever. Buyer beware. Purchased a used car from Lexus of Lehigh Valley on a Friday. On Sunday two days later service engine light came on. When I tried to start the car the next day there were no dash lights. Called them and they had me bring the car in. They didn t find anything wrong but said that the battery needed charging. Picked up the car and the next morning no dash lights again. Brought the car back in that day and was told that there is a known issue and it would cost me 700 to fix it. Very very disappointing.

Where do I even start?? Let me start with the best part in case you opt to stop reading this entire review: My salesperson, James Kelly, was absolutely phenomenal! He was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely a joy to work with!Upgraded my 06 Hyundai that I have been driving for 18 years (you read that right) to a 23 IS350 F Sport and James made the process simply amazing. This was my first car purchase and not once did I feel overwhelmed, pressured, like I was asking too many�questions, or rushed to make a decision. I told James what I wanted and the budget I wanted to stick with, he respected that and didn't try to slyly force me over my comfort level. He answered each and every one of my questions honestly, thoroughly, and made sure to keep me routinely updated. And may I add...COMPLETELY OVER EMAIL! Other dealers I was in contact with seemed like they couldn't be bothered unless it was via phone or in-person. Their loss, because if I feel dismissed I will take my business elsewhere without looking back as�I won't beg a soul to take my money. James got me through 99% of the process via email as that was the easiest method of communication for me. I definitely�appreciated that accommodation.The no haggle methodology that LOLV has also aided in the simplicity of the process. The prices were upfront and I didn't feel like I had to go in with my war gear on to get a fair�price. James explained every fee that was included in the OTD price, and trust, I asked for clarification on just about all of them. He also presented me with the additional add-ons and gave me some food for thought without at all being pushy and LOLV didn't "mandate" any additional add-ons. Being from MD there were some extra things they had to do on the backend for my purchase but it all seems to be progressing along nicely (haven't received my updated registration yet but that takes time).Not only was I able to complete the process virtually, LOLV even delivered the vehicle to me in MD without an additional fee! Tim R., the Technology Specialist who delivered my IS, was also a joy to encounter! He helped me understand all aspects of the paperwork I was signing, and if I had any questions he was ready to answer or call James in case he needed additional clarification. He was extremely knowledgeable�on the car and had a professional yet fun spirit so we were able to laugh half of the time which made the whole transaction�lighthearted and fun!It's encounters like this that make a company gain "a customer for life" and I 100% wouldn't hesitate to purchase with LOLV in the future! I've already passed James Kelly's contact information on to a friend. I recommend asking for James if you're in the market for a vehicle at LOLV!To Conclude: I absolutely�LOVE my new IS350 F Sport!! Shannon George was our customer service rep for a Lexus we purchased this week. I use that term because she was not a salesperson in the normal term. I am 65 years old and we have purchased many cars in the past and this was our best experience to date! Shannon answered any questions I had via e-mail very quickly. When we finally were able to get to the dealership to make a potential purchase there were no high pressure tactics!! This dealership was fabulous from start to finish. I was working with Dylan Reid since July to find the exact car I was looking for and he was very communicative throughout the entire process, updating me as it was being built and then in transit. Dylan answered all of my questions, got back to me promptly, and made the whole buying process easy, stress-free, and clear. It's nice to leave a dealership and not feel as if you've been dragged through the mud.Additionally, I only ever worked with Dylan. There was no "bringing in the manager" or "sending you to speak with the finance people" who try to work you over. The only other people I spoke with were the two women (I forget their names) who explained aspects of the car and helped set-up the tech features in the car. I have already recommended this dealership (and Dylan specifically) to my friends and family and know that, should I be in the market for another vehicle, I would definitely go back. Thank you!

My experience with Lexus of Lehigh Valley consisted of a strictly online/delivery transaction. I first spoke with the Customer Experience Manager, Dylan Reid, who communicated with and worked me through the entire process. I was in need of a car quickly, and the service team that performed the work on the car I was looking to purchase did the job in a very timely manner. With a few phone calls and texts, the car was in my driveway (very clean too). The two who delivered my car, Christina and Jim, were super nice and efficient. Overall I couldn t have asked for a better experience, again thanks to Dylan.
