Billie took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism.He was upfront about pricing, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart. Even when we arrived late on one of our appointments, he was very respectful, and it was an honor to work with him.Overall, our car buying experience exceeded our expectations. The exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, and transparent process made my husband and I feel valued as a customer. I am thrilled with my new car and grateful for the outstanding experience I had. I would highly recommend this dealership and Billie to anyone in search of a great car buying experience.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the improved customer service at the Allentown location since my last visit in 2021. I was pleasantly surprised when the service center promptly answered my call and efficiently scheduled my appointment for an oil change. In contrast, during my previous service, I had to schedule with the Philadelphia location because, for several days, no one answered my calls.I would like to commend Brian, who assisted me during my recent visit. He was not only helpful and polite but also provided excellent customer service. I hope Jaguar Allentown will continue to uphold this standard of service.

Service is not like it used to be. I have had a poor experience for quite some time. Spending thousands of dollars for a luxury vehicle should also include luxury customer service. From never having loaner vehicles, to being told different problems with your vehicle and even walking into the showroom while waiting for repairs the salesmen fail to greet you or inquire if you re being helped. You would assume that at least someone working there may want to engage with you mostly because future customers are usually previous customers. More recently, I was even talked out of buying a new Range Rover, because of the alleged problems they have, by an employee of the dealership. Although I live in PA, if I do decide to purchase a Range Rover I will drive all the way to NJ to utilize their sales and service departments.Hopefully owners and management revisit their goals, mission, and company values, seeing as how they have many other dealerships, as well. This one is lacking in a lot of areas.

Amazing experience with Sam, Moe, and Jared on purchasing a used SUV here. Flawless execution of all paperwork and no hidden or unexpected fees. Friendly, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. Even when an issue came up after the deal they owned it and took care of it. You really can't ask for more. Thanks very much!

I wouldn't recommend bringing your car here for any kind of maintenance, unless you would like your investment to be destroyed.I brought my Evoque in for a warranty fix on a faulty wheel barring, which took an entire weekend to get to. When picking up the vehicle, the service tech brought it around to me in such a condition that was mentioned "the window must have been cracked when putting it through the car wash". The seats were wet, water marks all over the doors, every screen fogged over, floor mats with puddles, a wet headliner and wet steering wheel. I was told they would take the car back and figure out what happened immediately.The dealer took an entire week to get back to me with ANY information about what happened. The only information given was "they don't know", "they weren't there" "they hire independent contractors and the person responsible was fired so they can't get information"I was given a half wit explanation that my seats were shampooed (full detail and shampooed seats on a warranty fix doesn't add up , but okay.) and when bringing the car around the heat from freshly shampooed leather seats caused the car to fog. They then took in total a week and a half to keep my car airing out with fans... for "shampooed. seats".I still to this very moment have zero idea what happened to my vehicle, the general manager will only give an explanation that he doesn't know, and he can't get any further explanation because they fired the person responsible and he wasn't there. It went in smelling new and it now smells like a bowling shoe, the screens have such a haze that they aren't viewable in the sun and every part of my car including the steering wheel has a sticky film on it..... But don't worry they made it all better with two bottles of red wine and an offer to get my car detailed. Which if you've read the above statement they swore the reason my car was soaked was because it was detailed.... But the seats were never cleaned, there is still regular wear ( dust, a rogue bobby pin, pocket change, the things you would assume would be removed in a haphazard vacuuming let alone a 45 minute detail including shampooed seats at the scheduled time of pick up?) in the corners of the seats.So just beware, if you hold any value to the car you own. Find somewhere else to trust. The only thing you'll find here is a costly mistake and an entire team willing to lie to you.

I have never experienced a more stressful customer experience or incompetent luxury dealership in my entire life.I had a new car delivered and from day 1 the car had issues. My car was dead in the lot on day 1.Having to jump my brand new car every 2 days just so I could drive it.My brand new car s battery kept dying after being parked for 1 hour, couldn t lock my doors, car would turn off while driving, car going into limp mode, etc.I brought in the car on multiple occasions for the same issue and it couldn t ever be fixed.I had to constantly call and follow up about progress. I was told lie after lie about technicians being brought in from over seas, etc. They had my car sitting without being serviced for months when I brought it in on May 5th, 2023. Even though after 30 days they should have informed me that the car was a lemon. I still continued to trust them. Huge mistake.Only to receive the service records that show they NEVER even worked on my car and lied about it. They just let it sit for months.I asked repeatedly to be let out of my lease and I was told by Jose & Desiree I have to ask about that .They had my car for 8 months and couldn t fix it. I have been expected to pay for this vehicle I hadn t been able to drive in 8 months.I was pressured into taking my car back after they claimed it was fixed . 2 days later the car died in a parking lot at a mountain while it was -13 outside and my children were with me. After that, the car went into limp mode on the highway and I couldn t accelerate past 30 mph. While my 3 children were in the car.Again, upon receiving the service records showing they didn t fix the car, it wasn t even worked on.The lack of communication, lies, run around, empty promises, lack of professionalism, lack of accountability or care for their customers is HORRIFYING. And don t expect anything different from Landrover Corporate.I was promised that a rental car would be covered by the dealership & corporate because of my horrific experience. I was assured by Jose & Dennis Kelly that if I took this unsafe car back that he would take care of us .I have yet to receive one call, text or email from anyone in Upper Management who can make this situation right. They handed me a bottle of red wine when I picked my car up and said we d love to take care of you for your next purchase ..I ve asked to be let out of my lease multiple times to no avail. Every single time I call no one who is in management is in the building .I went to pick up my rental that they graciously offered to pay for. And then didn t. The rental receptionist told me that no credit card was left by Bennett and I would have to pay upfront for this rental. My credit card was charged $1400.The management staff will avoid you and constantly claim they are unavailable .I have just been informed that if I would like a vehicle to drive I must pay out of pocket until my repairs are done. On a car that is literally unable to be fixed.They had my car for 8 months last time. I m expected to make lease payments & and pay out of pocket for a rental for the next 6 months?? The service records state the car is not fixable and is being slated for RECALL for the battery issue and while it was in their shop they didn t put the windshield cover back on and water got into the electrical system and shorted the entire system.DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! It has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare!!!!!!The entire establishment shows a clear lack of leadership and any sort of accountability or ability to rectify scenarios for their customers.

My experience with this dealership has progressively gone downhill. I do not trust their ability to service my vehicle, do not feel they are honest, and feel they couldn t care less about helping me. I love Land Rover vehicles and have driven one for 10 years, but no longer want the hassle and decided to go elsewhere

Great overall experience, my sales rep was Emily. She went above and beyond answering all my questions and assisting in ordering a defender with the spec, options, and colors that I wanted. The reason for the 5 stars, other than the above and Emily being a rock star, is due to me not even being more than an 1 hour at the dealer to pick up my new defender. Everything was ready to go, sign and drive, quick and seamless! If you give her a call she ll discuss what is inbound to the dealer and what cars they can adjust to your preferences!

So unprofessional service. Paid so much money, less than 1 month 4 time visit, car is still not fixed and not enough time. The service manager was so ignorant and lied to us that the car will be done clearly not so true, they keep turning us down, let s see 4 times visit driving 2 hours to and from the company is not so important for them. I don t recommend them at all whatsoever corporate should definitely look at their staff before they falsely report stuff and service people s car and waste expensive money and time. Not the right way to run the business

I wouldn't take my Land Rover anywhere else. Superb customer service. The friendliest staff and upper management I have ever met. Chelsea, my service agent was so nice. Mike the Service Manager amazing! Even took a test drive in my car. Unlike Willow Grove who wouldn't. And not because of Covid. Just gave me lame excuses.This place is a no brainer. I live in between Will Grove and this one and hands down Allentown exceeds Willow Grove above and beyond. Even if I lived in Philly I'd still drive here. That's how good they are here.The waiting area is nice. Free coffee, water and sodas while you wait.I'll definitely be using Allentown again.

Run as fast as you can from this dealership! Bennett Land Rover of Allentown is one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with multiple vehicles that my wife and I purchase from them 4 years ago. Three days apart when my wife and my vehicle broke down. Had vehicles both towed to dealership, and that s when the nightmares begun. I understand you don t have a loaner in the first week or two. But then it becomes three weeks four weeks five weeks six weeks and no loaner for neither one of us who purchase two vehicles from Bennett, how can you NOT have 1 loaner, that s all we were asking for. Second time around I had to deal with the dealership again, my vehicle was in for some noise that were coming from under carriage. My service advisor didn t inform me that there will be a diagnostic charge of $225 an hour. They took all four of my tires off without my consent and then turn around and tell me that my Lugnuts are stripped. It s going to cost you $250 for a set, plus taking them off and putting them back on. So I can go on and on and on about my horrible experiences with Bennett Land Rover. You re better off going to another Land Rover dealership!

My husband and I had the most incredible experience at LandRover Allentown! In the past we always dreaded the car shopping process but our sales girl Emily Dahlgren totally made our experience FUN and EXCITING! She helped us custom order our vehicle and didn t want us to settle for anything short of exactly what we wanted. She kept us informed on the delivery date because she knew we were nervous due to COVID delays and were skeptical that our Defender would come in on time BUT to our surprise it came in a month early Emily was a complete ROCKSTAR, no one will ever top the experience she created for us! We are now proud owners of a 2022 LandRover Defender because of Emily Dahlgren . (we love you)

Jaguar Land Rover Allentown is my favorite place for my car. Their services are excellent and worldclass.They do everything for your vehicle: screenings, cleaning all included in the service.I highly recommend this dealership for their quality services

Have to say my first experience with Bennett Jaguar Land Rover was quite positive! Great vehicle care, fair pricing and service that went beyond what you'd expect at an auto dealership. What do I mean by service that went beyond normal? How about bringing the vehicle of interest to me when our schedules and location made it difficult to see the car conventionally. Yeah, pretty incredible if you ask me. Purchased the car and am very happy. If you're in the market for a quality pre-owned or great new car, give them a chance and ask for Emily. Hopefully your experience will be as good as mine was!

THEY ARE RACISTIC.Please do not take your car to the RangeOver in Allentown number they are reaping people of their feel for overcharging customers imagine bringing your car inspection after they told me that everything was done unfortunately the engineering light was on asked them why they told me I had to go make an appointment then I told them that the car wasn't brought this way, later on, someone shows up and said oh sorry ma it was a mistake we fix it imagine charging unesserymoney for nothing after 4 months the car has 4 break problem after they told me that they have fixed it. They charged me almost 2500 dollars. To worsen the case THEY ARE VERY RACISM. BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF MY SKIN

Wow these guys are great! The sales team at Bennett Land Rover were able to get me out of my lease and get me into a GORGEOUS 2016 Chevy Colorado. So happy with my purchase and beyond happy they made the buying process fast and simple. A big thank you to Sabrina, Rand and Rob Calloway for making this happen. I will certainly be purchasing my vehicles from Bennett from here on!

The tire that was replaced was a good spare! They failed to replace the damaged tire that was on the the back of the vehicle! Now I still do not have a good spare after purchasing a new tire. They owe me a new tire!!!!

The worst experience I`ve ever had with a dealership. I`ve owned Land Rovers since the 1990`s. I buy and sell a lot of cars.Bennett installed a tow hitch for me on my 2022 Defender. The lights would never come on the trailer. I called them 9 times to make an appointment. They never called me back.Finally, I stopped by one day. Made an appointment. Took it back.They kept it for 2 days and said it was good to go.Took it home. Hooked it up to 3 different trailers. No lights.They did nothing!Called them back to make an appointment last week. Nothing.No call back. Nothing!I wanted to make an appoint for a state inspection and a 20k mile service as well. Nothing!I called Willow Grove Land Rover. They called me back right away. Offered me a loaner car on top of it.I don`t know how this business stays open.The top management people at this dealership are idiots.They just lost a really good customer.

Great experience at Juguar Land Rover of Allentown! I bought a car at different dealer a month earlier and it was sketchy and even felt adversarial at times. I was apprehensive about going through the buying experience again so soon but after arriving at the Jaguar Land Rover, I knew instantly I was in good hands.My girlfriend and I worked with a super nice sales rep, John, lovely guy. The finance manager Moses was great to work with as well. In fact, the whole staff there was very attentive, and transparent about the process, from the time we arrived to the time we drove off. They got us in and out in a timely manner too! The dealership is super clean and spacious unlike other dealerships I've dealt with in the past.Overall, a five star experience!

Pretty terrible experience. Repair took over 80 days to complete, cost a fortune and the car broke down again 2 weeks later. Another dealer did the real repair that actually worked in 2 days. Run away from Allentown.

Worst Land Rover dealer ever.I have owned land rovers since 2000. Discos, range rovers, defenders, etc. I adore the brand but detest this dealer. I live 4mi from this dealer but drive to other Rover dealers when buying a new or used Rover or any time I need dealer help (willow grove is fantastic!). Land Rover Allentown has poor service, zero enthusiasm for the brand and product, limited knowledge on late model vehicles and to top it off difficult to buy from. We actually tried to buy a new defender from them but just couldn t get it done. My advise, avoid this dealer. Drive to Willow Grove or Main Line or even Delaware if you want a good Rover experience.

First I want to say I have been a loyal Land Rover customer for many years. I was in the market for a new car. A pre owned LR4 popped up for sale at this dealership. So I drove an hour and test drove the vehicle I put down a deposit and waited to have some service items taken care of. This is when the problems started. I was told the vehicle was ready to go, I got halfway to the dealership and I get a call that it wasn t. Finally I took possession of the vehicle. The biggest issue overall was the seatbelt in the 3rd row seat was broken and was a safety concern. The dealership agreed to fix it at the time I purchased the vehicle. So I dropped the vehicle off a few weeks later while I went away on vacation. They had the vehicle for two weeks. Not only in those two weeks was I passed around to three different service advisors, but when I got home and went to pick up the vehicle. They hadn t fixed the issue it was there for. Instead of replacing the broken seatbelt they just put a used junkyard third row seat in my vehicle. To add insult to injury they didn t even bother cleaning the seat or the car. It was rusty, covered in mud, the leather was torn, and when I say covered in animal hair, I mean covered. It was absolutely disgusting. So I was not happy. I walked right back inside and expressed my disappointment. They said they wanted to make it right so I then left the truck there and went an hour back home. Another service advisor called me again to tell me it was fixed now and they d deliver it. Do you know what they did? They put my old seat back in the truck with the broken seatbelt and delivered it to me that way. Haven t been able to get in touch with anyone since. They haven t returned any of my calls. I m not usually someone to complain but I am very disappointed. This is not the experience I expected from a luxury manufacturer and I have never had this awful of an experience with a Land Rover dealer with any of the ten plus Land Rovers I ve owned. There s a reason this dealership isn t even at four stars and there s a reason their most recent reviews are all one star. After dropping a large chunk of change for a vehicle I expected better service. Each time I talked to them during the incident they would play dumb and I could never get a straight answer. Whether it s a new $170,000 Range Rover or pre owned vehicle I expect the same level of treatment. I m sure those customers aren t getting treated this way. This dealership has lost my business. My entire experience from the sale of the vehicle to the service experience after has been poor. Good luck getting in touch with the GM. Left him a message never heard back either. So here am five months later with no response from them and a seat I can t use because the seatbelt is broken. I shouldn t have to chase them down for a continuous screw up on their part. Apparently they don t stand behind their customers so it seems from all these recent reviews. They also don t seem to care about selling you a vehicle that has safety concerns. No quality control.
