Bought a car from here. Have had constant issues with it from day 1. Took it back to get serviced and the issues were not resolved. Warranty is up now for them to fix the issues but we still struggle with em. Shame. Most i can say is don t even bother buying a car from here.

if the other reviews haven't already convinced you, this is the place to go! picked up this 2013 Lancer with only 27k miles and a week later I'm still in love with this car. very helpful and excellent service overall.

I was recommended here and I was not disappointed...This was the second time to get my car inspected....I find them to be fair reliable and close by ...Better than driving all the way into the dealership to be serviced...Plys, they are very accommodating with appointments & friendly....

This place is THE place to get a used vehicle in the Lehigh Valley! My husband and I had been searching for several months for a used car that we felt comfortable purchasing. Our family recommended going to Kris Snyder and I am so glad they did! The whole transaction was so easy and smooth. Kristin was very upfront and honest about the vehicles they had and so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. During our test drive we noticed an odd sound coming from somewhere around the brakes. We mentioned this to them and they ended up putting on new rotors at no cost to us. The turnaround time on this was super quick as we were able to pick the car up the next day and we have a warranty on the car for the next three months! Everyone, especially Kristin and Ryan, were so friendly and made sure we didn't have any questions at all before we officially bought the car. We are 100% going to be using them for the rest of our auto needs and if we ever need a used car again this will be our first stop.

If you're looking for a garage that's trustworthy and reliable, this is your place. Solid work, fair pricing, and honest discussion. I needed repairs that involved taking apart my engine. I was very nervous about taking my car to a new garage, because you hear so many stories from people about being swindled, especially women. This is not one of those places. My car is back on the road, running better than when I bought it, and my wallet isn't crying! I received honest advice from them as well, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be taking my car back here from now on.

Adding to my review I did over a year and half ago or more..Continue to get great service everytime I bring in my Rogue for whatever it needs.As stated below I purchased my current suv from them 3rd purchase total and since they already knew this suv s history, there is no other place I would have it serviced.But like most suvs, cars, and trucks they never breakdown or need to be repaired when its better for the owner. Im definitely no exception. Last Tuesday late in the day I was driving my suv when I heard what I was almost certain was noise from brake issue. Even though it was last minute and I was certain they were close to closing, Ryan the service department supervisor answered my call and was helpful to answer my questions and concerns and to work with me and my crazy-busy retail work schedule to get my Rogue in the fastest time frame and best day to get it serviced.Unfortunately with my work schedule today was that day, but I brought it in early morning shortly after they opened. Ryan and Justin were great like they have always been(and the rest of the service team there too). Justin was able to diagnose its issue with a road test and looking at my suv on their lift in a timely manner and after it was all said and done only waited two hours and they had my Rogue done and I was on my way.Like many others that have posted as I did before...They are the only place I would take and trust my Rogue to and I highly recommend them. I tell all my friends and family.Thankyou again for being so good to me and my RogueFrom one happy life long customer.Great place to buy...your not treated as a customer but more like a family friend or family member. Repeat customer, purchased 3 Vehicles total from them.Chris, Kristan, Ryan and team are terrific, knowledgeable, great customer service...My Rogue had a chipped windshield when I drove it off the lot. When I brought it to their attention Ryan and Kristan was quick to come up with a appointment to fix it and even covered the cost.And same day it started driving unnormal they were quick to look at it and correct the problem. Gave me advice incase need it...but since then...which has been like 3 weeks now...its been doing great.Not to metion they were great when i came to them this time. My old suv had to be sold quick and this was right around thanksgivingAnd they helped me to get into my rogue quick so that working holiday hours at my retail job i could get back to driving myself instead of relying on ridesLove my 2015 Rogue...got my black suv always wanted, its been a month now as of yesterday...couldn t ask for a better suv.Big thanks to you all

I've been going to Kris now for about 5 years for all my service and purchased my car from them!! I wouldn't go anywhere else, I love them! They treat you like family, give amazing service and they sell reliable, great cars!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Bought a minivan from them about 7months ago. Had trouble with the balancing, they took it on immediately and fixed it with apologies. Last month I needed to take it to a local shop because I thought something serious may have been wrong. Not only was the van perfectly fine, but the mechanic who checked it said the van is immaculate!Fabulous place, excellent customer service, and we hope to be back soon to buy a vehicle for our son!

I got referred here a few years back by another mechanic who couldn't fix an issue my car was having.I've gotten all my service there since, and my entire family does too now. They have a quick turn-around time, their prices are excellent, and I've always felt they've been very honest with me.I've had work quoted by other mechanics for over $1k that Snyder ended up doing for about $200. All their mechanics seem very good and I've never had to go back after a repair.Couldn't recommend this place more!Make sure to schedule in advance! They do get busy, but they always have someone to answer the phone.

I Bought a 2004 Subaru Outback Limited Sedan last March of 2018, Over paid for it by about $2,000, alittle after I bought it. I expressed to them it still needed work. They said there was nothing they could do. A couple of months later, issues got worse with the car, then a serious breakdown happened to the car on the highway with my son in the car with me coming back from picking him up. My uncle's mechanic of over 30 years of experience with all kinds of vehicles, and almost all of those years of experience with Subarus told me, if I would have checked it out for you before you bought it. I would have told you not to buy the car. I've blue booked the car since I bought it. I paid $4,500 for a car worth no more than $1500-$2,000. Since I've had it the last year. I've needed my uncle to help me put up the money for repairs on this car. I expressed to Kris Snyder's Auto sales that I needed a reliable car to pick up my son that lives 2 hours from me. I really liked how the car's body looked, and they assured me it was reliable. I've already put half in money on what paid for the car on repairs. Literally already put about $2000 on these repairs, and the car still needs serious work. I'm stuck with a lemon, and they won't do nothing about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

So my experience here was a little fishy so they do buy here pay here for the cheap cars that are less liability for them with a small down payment but for a Car they consider to be value to them they won t do it . So basically they pick and chose which cars would be a good fit for buy here pay here that are cheap to the customers. But if you try get anything pricey and you want to make a nice chunk of a down payment they won t do it. huh now why is that ??

I bought my very 1st car here 2010 Mazda cx-7. Im extremely satisfied!!!! My purchase experience was great. She made me feel comfortable and put me in a vehicle I could afford. I had a concern about my breaks and they took care of it ASAP. Kris Snyder's will be highly recommend by my husband and I. Thanks again !!!

Absolutely the best used dealership I've ever had the pleasure of leasing with. Every problem/concern/question is dealt with expeditiously and extremely fairly. I have had a few bad days and giving inexcusable attitude that is only met with professionalism and genuine concern to fix the trouble and maintain positive report with the customers. I applaud your tolerance to my unnecessary demeanour and I thank you for the great work and fair priceing. Kudos to the Snyder family. So, the reason for this less than great review is that I went there looking for a used car for my son, I walked around for 20 minutes looking at all the cars. Not one person came to assist me. There were people working in the service area. No one was interested in selling a car that day.

Car I wanted was there listed on the lot but I couldn't test drive because it still needed a part to come in and be replaced. That goes for 70% of the lot. They buy at auction. Replace parts and keep calling you weeks after expressing minor interest in a car you wanted to drive and buy that day to get to work the next day for example. Seriously. Waste of time for people who are really in a rush to get a cheap used car.
