Great jiffy lube. I've been going here for about 3 years now. I get my oil changed every few weeks here in my work truck and it's always an easy and quick experience. They'll let me know if I should get anything else and I'm in and out in no time. They also put some air in my tires!

First and last time going here. Great customer service though. I never had an issue with jiffy lube until I came to this location. After I got an oil change my car was overheating and the thermostat was all the way up. Never had this issue before, only after I got the oil change. Went back and they forgot to tighten the cap. My engine could ve been permanently damaged. Probably going to be my last time even considering jiffy lube for an oil change.

Excellent headlight restoration. First time I had my headlights restored since 2010 and they look brand new! Techs have over 16 years experience and take pride in their work, which you don't find much these days. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable staff. Incredibly quick service, was in and out within 45 mins. Excellent attention to detail and superior quality work for a reasonable, affordable price.

My oil was filled a quart low resulting in my car being stranded later in the day. The worker was strange and condescending to me so I suspected fishy work but definitely nothing to this degree. Extremely unsatisfactory experience.

super friendly service! I came in with no reservation for an oil change and it was a great experience! Christian and the other staff were all super friendly! I will be back for my other car needs in the future.

Couldn t perform a basic cabin air filter replacement for my infinity g37. It was too difficult . Looked it up and it only required a couple extra screws than your typical cabin air filter access. $52 for a cabin filter change should cover that extra labor. A refund was issued.

I strongly recommend this Jiffy Lube. The team there is friendly and know their stuff. Prices are reasonable and affordable. There's no strong arming to have work done you don't want. They work fast and efficiently.

I was so focused on getting an oil change I didn't even mention the startup issues I had recently, but this pro crew tested my battery and got me a replacement. On top of that, this was one of the fastest oil change/tire rotation/ air filter combo services I think was possible. Also topped of my tire psi that I didn't look at since it got cold. Everything was quick, professionally done, and everyone was friendly. Definitely my first stop for services.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

One word Amazing and fast (that was actually two words) From the moment I pulled up, this team provided quick and attentive service. I have been to other Jiffy Lube s before, but none like this. Christian sat and explained their services and also patiently explained which help to repair my vehicle. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. This is an excellent team that delivers an amazing customer experience. I will be back!

Didn't check the tire pressure, even though they said they filled to factory specs. Came in with one tire at 20 psi, left with that same tire at 20 psi.

I took my truck in for an oil change and Miguel informed that I still had 2,000 miles before it was due from the last time it was changed. That it wasn't necessary to change it right now. He was very professional and honest! Plus they checked and topped off all the fluids as a courtesy. I am truly thankful and appreciative.

I'm a car nut and was pleased that I was in the car to watch the whole process. I mean my car is my second largest investment so that was awesome. They used an oil extraction machine which I've never seen used at a chain style oil change place. Kinda like that because no messing around with the drain plug. I brought my own oil and they took the cost off the price. (I like royal purple and most places Don't have that) The crew there... I will say they were super nice, they offered me a tire rotation (which I politely declined) they were verbal about each step of THEIR process again a huge plus.All in all I will go back, I don't normally trust mechanics but they earned my trust, I will recommend them to anyone. Good look going in and getting just an oil change. The upselling is OUT OF CONTROL.I usually go to a local mechanic. If I ask for an oil change, I get an oil change. He MIGHT mention that something should be checked out in a month or so. If something's urgent, he'll let me know. But I have never felt upsold or manipulated by him.Last weekend Jiffy Lube wanted to do $500 worth of services to my car. I declined about 80% of them.I'm going to my regular mechanic this week with their quotes and fees. I'm interested to see what he says.If I'm wrong about Jiffy Lube, I'll come back and change the review.Service: Oil change

I hope I am reviewing the correct jiffy lube- I m from out of town, But Thank goodness for these people! My check engine light came on and my Kona was making strange noises. I pulled up and right away I was greeted by a nice woman with cool purple hair and she seemed concerned with my issue and listened to everything I had to say. She offered me to look up a coupon which was very nice to mention. They diagnosed my issue and gave me an oil change but also lowered my anxiety by 100 percent! Turns out my car just had too much oil and needed a change. Gus was so great that I tipped him. He even knew the issue before he ran the diagnostic. They did not try to pull one over on me and did me a favor, very grateful. Thanks guys !Service: Oil change

They overcharged me, tried to upsell me unnecessary things, gave me the incorrect fluids, overfilled my engine fluid, and when I pointed it out, destroyed my engine cover out of spite. Don't go here, in no way is it worth it. The follow up repairs from the damage they cause will end up costing you a lot more in the long run. Also, how do you mess up an oil change? Really.Edit: I took it back to have them remove some of the engine fluid, and they again messed it up. I have to have to fixed elsewhere, and they essentially just stole $100+ from me and wasted a significant amount of my time.Service: Oil change

Great service team that was super friendly and fast. They offered additional services and were not pushy when I declined them. My only reason for a 3 star rating is at no fault of the particular location, thee cost was a bit pricy for a synthetic oil change with an additional quart of oil being $12. Overall a good place in a pinch when my local shop is to busy but will definitely not use on a regular basis.Service: Oil change
