I dropped in without an appointment. My check gas cap late was on. The lady at the desk didn't report that specific information. When I went out to start my car again it wouldn't start. Christian, the mechanic, was fantastic! He ran the system diagnostic test and figure it out the issue. I was there for 3 hours, but considering I live 20 minutes away it was well worth the wait. I really enjoyed working with Christian, for he is very friendly, and very communicative. I knew exactly what was going on. He was very apologetic about the length of time I had to wait, but I was very happy because my car is fixed and I did not have to worry about getting stuck somewhere because my car would not start. The wait did not affect me at all. I played some games on my phone, read some of my book, and chatted with a fellow customer. I've been coming here for years and I really enjoy the people. I like the fact that I will not be charged for work that does not need completed.

Scheduled an appointment for yesterday 3/13 at 4:30 for passenger rear tire check and possible nail since tire will not hold air. Car was not taken in until 5:05. Technical did not ask for wheel lock to remove tire. And then confirmed there was no issues with the tire other than a small stone found. Left after over an hour of being there. Today an alert was on in the car and tire pressure was at 19 for that tire. Returned to Firestone today without an appointment and had a different technician who asked for the wheel lock, found a nail in the tire, removed it, patched the tire and refilled it. This could have been taken care of yesterday if the technician would have been more thorough.

Honest mechanics majority of the time. A lot better than the Whitehall Firestone. Prices aren't too bad. I don't know where they source their parts, I was able to get 4 brakes and rotors from Rockauto for 325. Better than oem.

I just want to come on here and leave a review. Firestone closes at 7pm and at 6:30pm on a Friday I see I have a nail in my tire! Luckily I stopped at Firestone. JP, the mechanic, came out to check my tire and saved the day! I m able to enjoy the rest of my Friday, nail free! Thank you so much, JP for the great service and thank you, Firestone!Service: Tires

I had a flat tire so I came in to Firestone on Mills Creek Road. Wow! I was immediately greeted by Phill. He explained all my options and pricing upfront. They fixed my tire, and checked over my truck. The price that was quoted was what I paid. I'm very happy with my service and will be back again!

I seldom write reviews but feel like my experience was deserving of one. I went in for a simple inspection, I was called 3 times within the same day with 3 different outcomes - initially passing, requiring some replacements to pass, and requiring a bunch of replacements in that order. They kept dodging the question of whether I passed inspection or not and kept trying to sell me on repairs which I get is part of the job but something I was not interested in. After sorting that mess out, I was consistently hunting then down over the next 3 days to see what the progress was on my car that was said to be completed within roughly a day. All in all it took 4 whole days for an inspection and tire change. Seems like the management and employees need to get their act together and at least be on the same page, I went to a separate mechanic for the rest of the work that was completed same day. Would highly not recommend coming here, I personally will not be.

Made an appointment through the phone number listed. Got to Millcreek only for a very rude gentleman to tell me that that it was sent to him by the appointment desk and he rejected it. Can customer service get any worse? He told me to check my email which is exactly what i wouldn t be doing while driving to an appointment i confirmed on the phone. Good news is that the one on Turner street was amazing and Derek saved a very bad day.

Came in to fix a repair that someone else originally did. They had me in and out in 30 min. They were honest and reasonable with cost. Sean was very helpful. Kyle the mechanic took the time to say hi and let me know it would be fixed.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

My daughter's car had a flat tire. We didn't have an appointment, but Tim told us to bring the car in on the weekend, and they would put a new tire on. They did the work on a Saturday and we were very pleased.

Went to this place to get my tire fixed cause it had a huge nail in the tire not even 20 minutes later they called me and said it was not repairable and told me to go to my dealership to get it replaced and new tires from them. What a crock. So I went to another service place and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes.

Firestone is always great at squeezing me in last minute. I just had a quick oil change appointment and mentioned needing to schedule another appointment because my brakes started creaking and i knew it was time for new ones. They happily offered to do everything same day and went above and beyond finding coupons for me to help stay within my budget. Everyone is always friendly in the waiting room which makes the long wait way more pleasant. Definitely recommend this place!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Said 20-25 min to get wheel alignment check. 30mins car still at the same parking spot where I parked. They took it after 30 and went off test drive 1 min checked and came with 5 mins saying it is done. Front lady told me mechanic check and also fixed the problem, since I only addressed them to "check only". I took off and on my way couple meters and I noticed my vehicle is still same or worse. It started rolling to the right even without leaving steering wheel. Now I have to harden my arm and keep the wheel to its place in order to go straight.What a worse place to be and pay them to do something.Also they posted big board to leverage $10 discount thing when I give them 5 star on google ratings.

I couldn t be more pleased with the excellence customer service and timely service on my vehicle. I had called them last minute to see if they could get me in for brakes and Sean quickly got me in, trouble shot the issue and had me out the door in exceptional time. I was having a bad day, I had an appointment setup online with Firestone didn t work correctly. The manager here at Millcreek Road took care of me, even though I was being unreasonable. This man is a true gentleman and professional. They set me up with great tires and had me in and out quickly. I apologize to them for me initial comments. I will be utilizing them in the future. If you are anywhere in the area, I would use them.

I was so impressed with the speed, price, and professionalism of all the staff here! They were able to get me right in for an inspection with basically no notice whatsoever after Monroe Muffler in Allentown refused to honor an appointment I had made with them a week prior. Firestone got me right in and had my car inspected and ready for pickup within an hour of me dropping it off!! THANK YOU for your kind and professional service. I will be getting all my inspections and car work done here from now on!!!

I had to limp my car in due to some nasty mechanical problems. Scott got me a very good time estimate, as well as got me setup with the Firestone card so I don't have to pay it all in one go. They got me done and out the door quicker than they said, and even found a nail in a tire I didn't even know I had! Outstanding service, and would absolutely recommend them.

This guy's are bad. time wasters. I got there and they gave me a wait time of 3 hours. after 5 hours I asked for an update and they were like what car is yours again? they returned my key and said they can even work on it the next day cos they fully booked. if you got something urgent don't try here. plus one customer came back complaining about the work they done. I should have been wary when I saw this. find a good place for your car

I made an appointment online for a simple tire repair and rotation. The morning of my appointment I get an email saying there's been a change to my appointment with no reason why. When I called them I was informed that their online service is terrible and that there are no available appointments for 3-4 days. When I said I guess I would have to find another place to go all I got was "ok." Thanks for nothing Firestone!

came to this workshop to change the water pump, on My Ford Transit 250 Van, I checked the belt twice before I arrived it was in good condition! they offered to change the belt for $144 I refused and said I'll change it myself later! but after I paid $883.99 for water pump replace! Go out and started the van, the belt and tensioner pulley was broke and I don t know what they did do with it! And found one broken mount on the cooling fans Assembly! Not expected service like that! Shame on you Firestone!

Very very shady place! Confused and cold front end staff. Lack of communication about status of vehicle. Paid $95 for an oil change and they tried to get me to do a brake fluid flush and refill for like $150+ For my 2021 Mazda CX-9 that just turned over 20,000 miles. As soon as I questioned it and informed them it was a lease and only had 20k miles they quickly retracted their statement almost like it was a rehearsed thing they do with everyone to see who they can get to have extra unneeded work done on their car. They are extremely shady and based on some of these other reviews very untrustworthy based on my observations.They called my wife while I was there, which she assumed was to let her know her car was done. It was actually to recommend those additional services. When I walked back over from Walmart and told them I was ready to pick up the car they told me it would be 15 more minutes while they put the wheels back on. Why were the wheels off in the first place for an oil change I ll never know. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!Service: Oil change

Horrible experience. Classic get you in the store so they can up-sale. I went on their website and made a reservation at this specific store to purchase a specific tire. We I came to the store they told me the tire I was expecting to purchase was discontinued, but they have a different tire that cost $100 more. Firestone s website cannot be relied on. If products are discontinued, why are they offered for sale online?
