I had a large screw in my new tire. The other shops in the area refused to even look at the tire without me making an appointment or leave the car for the day. I am disabled and unable to be without a vehicle. This shop was able to get me in within 10 minutes and was able to repair the tire quickly. Excellent customer service.

I called this location the second it opened at 7am and spoke with a gentleman (Luisito) regarding a flat tire that occurred overnight! He was very friendly, professional and kind. I was able to come right by and have my tire fixed in no time at all. Spectacular service and thank you Luisito for your time and help this morning!

Don t know how to put into words but the level of customer service and empathetic people working here, surpassed any expectations that I had. Called hysterical to schedule an appointment because I had to get on the road immediately. Prior to that I had missed my schedule appointment. Crying and talking doesn t really work well. I had just received impactful news and getting on the road was of high priority. Just so kind and compassionate. They knew who I was and my vehicle. Even mentioned how it s not safe to risk it with kids in the car. For me, that s invaluable. Kindness makes such a difference. I know I spoke to multiple staff members but only remember Mark. I just want to say thank you. From the bottom of my heart.

The service was extremely professional, helpful, and affordable even though it was an emergency visit and they were short staffed due to the weather. The 2 man team kept me updated through the entire process. The issue was quickly resolved and affordable measures were recommended to prevent it from reoccurring, in which I will have taken care of at the Airport Rd location. Thank you

Great service. They did a tire exchange, alignment and flushed the break fluid and all with a smile on their faces. I keep coming back to them because of the excellence of their work! Mark even went out of his way to help me out with some financial issues. 100% recommended!

I went for an oil change and inspection at the airport road Firestone around 3pm. Went to BJ, came back Sat for 2 more hours, shortly after 6 the check in guy came to tell me that, the inspection machine went down , and so they couldn't to the inspection. So I thought that they had done the oil change, he said no they didn't, so the 2 mechanics certified to work on the car had left and so I wasted 3+ hours of my Saturday sitting in their waiting room. The check-in guy was great, great customer service and he was sorry, but those mechanics did not even come out to say anything, they left him to come and explain, while they went home. Unacceptable behavior..time and nothing was done to the car.

The reason for the one star is so that I can put my review because if not my review would not be seen...my mother has been a customer for about 20 years and last week she went to put tires and unbeknownst to her all her lugs were loose and when she reached home that my father checked her car cause she told him of the weird noise they see that the tires were never tightened properly...now they want her to pay to get her car towed back to them...terrible service and they better count their lucky stars my mom wasn't in a tragic or any type of accident

I have been going to Firestone for a few years now, and I have never been more satisfied with my experience with them, they have been good to me and I recommend people to go to the Firestone on Airport Rd Allentown Pa. They are my mechanics and I wouldn t trade them for anything!!

The service was great. Jay helped me so much and was so accommodating to my schedule. The service was very professional. I highly recommend coming here if your looking for the best service. Mike Brader was so helpful and is a great technician. He was very patient and understanding !

I was at the airport road location yesterday for my car inspection. Mark, the store manager, was very helpful. His friendly, courteous demeanor made me feel comfortable and welcome. The staff and the front desk person were also friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I left feeling grateful about my visit.

I took my vehicle To fly a stone cause I was losing brake fluid It was pulled in the shop the nut was broken off my car If I didn't have to I would have left it so they could fix I called the nextoday to see how they were going to rectify what they did And I was yelled at and hung up on by Troy who tried to blame the guy who put the tires on for that situation

I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Disappointed because they could not fix my repair. Therefore had to invest in 4 new tires plus lifetime wheel alignment. Now after 4 months I look at paperwork to see when i need to get rotation and balancing done. Mileage stats 10 ! I know for a fact my mileage was 37480 when i pulled in there not 10! After calling 800 number and establishment I was told cant fix it! All I wanted was my mileage corrected so all my warranty is in place. No luck.. NOT HAPPY!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I ve been going here for years for state inspections, oil changes, and tires, and I ve always received reliable service at fair prices. Today I waited with my car and watched the new owner, Mark, provide excellent customer service to everyone who walked through the door. He told me what was going on with my car without pushing any unnecessary services, which I appreciated. The team in the back completed everything efficiently and I was on my way quicker than I expected. This is my go-to spot in the valley when I need anything done and I prefer this instead of going back to my dealer for service!Service: Oil change

I have used Firestone and specifically this location for oil changes and routine maintenance on numerous occasions. The team there is very friendly and honest. They are very flexible with switching appointments as well. I live closer to another Firestone location, but choose to go to the Airport Road location due to my prior positive experiences.

Arrived with a flat tire and was going to purchase all 4 tires because the rest were worn out also. Visit started off promising with understanding my vehicle would need to stay overnight because of closing times.Next morning I called around 10:00 am to get an estimate of when they thought my vehicle would be serviced. I was told later this afternoon . Ok, no problem I get it.At 11:30 I got a phone call from Firestone they had a question about my vehicle. The employee then confirmed my vehicle was in the shop currently being worked on.I arrived to Firestone at 1:30 to pick up my vehicle and it was still in the same parking spot I left it and none of the tires were changed.I went inside and another salesman apologized for the misinformation. He promised my car would be next for the mistake and it should be completed in another 1.5-2 hours.My daughter and I walked over to Red Robin, ate a nice lunch together, then walked back over to Firestone. (We took about an hour)When we got back to Firestone my vehicle still wasn t moved and still had a 1/2 flat tire.I immediately called up MAVIS on Schoenersville and asked them how fast they could get my car in. They told me immediately. I told the Firestone salesman to give me my key back and I was leaving.Firestone lost $850. Maybe it was just a bad day at Firestone,

How do I have both front tie rods damaged and this place still lets me drive off the lot after not 1 but 2 wheel alignments that they weren't even supposed to do if tie rods were damaged. Then not only do I get the parts fixed that they didn't tell me were damaged. I had to pay for another alignment which didn't even fix the problem I had in the first place. Thanks Firestone. I hope you go out of business.

I initially went here after work for my deflating front driver side tire. It had a nail puncture that I thought was patchable. They found out that there was second puncture to the tire that can t be fixed with a simple patch. Only option was to get new tires since my threads on all 4 tires are almost done. Andrew was very patient and professional throughout my experience here at this location. He s very informative on the deals and types of tires I needed for my vehicle. I wanted to do some research before I commit on buying so I went home and came back the next day.The next day I had Angela to help me and she s so kind and professional to help me with my final purchase. She had given me information on her personal experience with what tires she was using and the tires that I wanted for my vehicle.Troy is very kind to make it happen, the same day I m at the location to do the job.I highly recommend coming here for excellent quality work,service, and accommodation. They have a very good team. I appreciate all of the teams help. They work hard and they are awesomeenjoy the donuts and coffee.

It took 6 hours and 3 minutes to complete a motor vehicle inspection on a 2020 Jeep with no modifications. Costed about $103. Last year's inspection costed me $70 from a local mechanic and changed my oil for me. I'm not happy about the price nor the time it took to complete.

Have been using Firestone for 5 years now since I bought my 2015 Silverado. I believe that they generally do a good job working on the vehicle, however, there is one thing that has always annoyed me. The past 3 times I have taken it in for a service, I have asked for a tire rotation. I understand that this is a complementary service however each time I have requested it be completed, it never is done even though on my receipt it shows that they did in fact do the service. I have taken photos of the wheels locations prior to the service and every time I come to pick it up they are still in the same spot. I have never thought it was worth it enough to complain since it would mean they would just need to put my truck up on the lift again, however it is generally annoying. Especially when, as a truck owner, I spend $300-$400 per tire and the wear is starting to be uneven.

I scheduled an appointment online the night before which was so convenient. At check in, all my concerns were written down and handed to the technician. I was happy about this because other places take your car, do whatever, and then give you a laundry list of repairs recommended. My cars issue was diagnosed while I waited. I was a bit cranky that morning, and though the manager Andrew sensed my frustration, he remained professional and friendly and was super empathetic when I apologized and made him aware of the cause of my frustration (not car related).The technician recommended a few basic repairs.The price for all the work was reasonable, my birthday coupon was effortlessly applied as well. I was able to leave me car there and pick up in the evening. My car is now running great! Thanks to the whole team on Airport Rd, for you professionalism and impeccable customer service.

Family member had her vehicle in for service. ( Shimmy @ 40 MPH. Upon fixing ( or should I said instead of fixing ) other work was suggested. Motor mount states it was starting to tear and stretch. Bushing also starting to stretch. On the amount of, $1427.28 invoice number 163347. All this work was done. On 03/12/23. (Again for this shimmy, shaking ) when car was picked up. Still has the shimmy.After all this. A four-wheel alignment was done. Wasn't even asked. Can we do an alignment on your car? It was just done so over $1400.00 of work was done. The car left the same way it came in the shimmy the shake and the steering wheel.Show to the people at Firestone in Allentown PA 1751 airport road. How are we going to fix this problem?
