I have been using this company for years now on for our construction and personal vehicles - they have probably serviced 8 10 of my cars. You cannot find better pricing or service anywhere else in the Lehigh Valley. They travel to you if needed, are friendly, efficient, and do a great job for a fraction of the cost.I m proud to see how much they have grown over the years as it is much deserved. Do not use! Took $200 deposit told me he would have glass in morning. Did not have it. Then was told to come back later did not have it. Avoids phones calls, no once can give me a clear answer what s going on. This has wasted a day an half of my time as a truck driver who s time is important. Not only was I charged $200 but I lost money by not driving!! I try calling no response!!!I will be reporting to credit card company if my money is not returned immediately.

Price was great but service was ehhhh..I give it 3 stars only cause the woman I dealt with was more than awesome but unfortunately the guy who replaced my window was like 3 hrs late and furthermore if I have to return to your shop 2 times after the insulation of my window then that s a major red flag..overall the people here are wonderful but the glass tech has to get it together.If this is how thing are done here then this Will be a 1st and last for me.. returning twice is a big no no.. My time is valuable and I pay for things to get done right the 1st time

My husband and i got our windshield replaced by them. 3 months later my windshield starts cracking. THERE WAS NO POINT OF IMPACT. The glass cracked on its own. When i called them for warranty procedure they told me they only have 60 day warranty on the glue. My car still leaks and the guy who replace the windshield destroyed the trim and I paid extra to get a windshield that when it rains the wipers turn on and that it s not the case they are terrible don t use them.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

Tried using this business but the person who answers the phone will hang up on you. When you call back, she will answer and not say anything and hang up again. Called from a different line... she answered and when I asked why she is hanging up... she hung up again. Super unprofessional!!!

Solicite un servicio de inspecci�n del veh�culo y le entregue las llave al administrador del taller, El administrador irresponsablemente no me entreg� las llaves y se perdi�. Cuando volv� a reclamar el se enoj� y no quiso resolver con los gastos de la nueva llaves.Son irresponsable y no recomiendo ese taller. No hay seguridad ni garant�a de que se pierda algo y ellos se hagan responsables.
