I purchased a Toyota Yaris sedan 2017 car on October 9, 2023, which is to be delivered to Benin in Africa. I have no information about the ship that transports my car after payment. No one gives me any information anymore. My car is lost. It's just a scam. Mr Harry FISH, where is my car? An African should not buy a car from you?

Was told several times that I would be contacted. Continue to get the runaround from Madeline. After the conversations we did have it is clear to me she only cares about making the most money and doesn t care if she has to be SHADY to do it. Don t spend your money here

Madeline is wonderful! The whole crew is friendly and does great work. Also explains everything which makes you feel like they care and aren t trying to rip you off!! Would definitely go back

Madeline is a nice person but I purchased a vehicle from her 3 years ago and I still haven't gotten a clean title. Now I have to get a lawyer because she keeps given me the run around

I'm so greatful I found Essential Auto. It is a family owned business and they actually care about you and your vehicle. I'm elderly and they could have taken advantage of me like several other repair shops tried to, but they didn't. They are honest. Take your vehicle there, and believe me, you and your car will be happy you did. : )

Madeline and her staff were amazing . Answered any question I had and help me in every way . This didn t feel like a business transaction , this felt like a family gathering and I thank everyone at the Essential Auto Center for making me feel at home and driving off with the car of my dream !

I highly recommend.. the owners are so professional and kind and are very honest.. their prices are hands down the cheapest in lehighvalley and their work is top of the line.. I found my forever mechanic

I don't recommend selling the staggered rubber bands. I went to change him. They didn't change it or give me my money back.No lo recomiendo vende las gomas escaloniadas. Fui a cambiarle . No me la cambiaron ni me devolvieron el dinero
