I recently purchased my WRX from Daniels BMW and I can not say enough great things about my car buying experience with them. From start to finish, Justin, my Client Advisor was professional, answered any questions I had and was truly a joy to work with. His personality helped me feel at ease and apart of something I could trust. The Sales Manager, John made the finishing paperwork a breeze and his personality was amazing! The dealership itself is absolutly magnificent, super clean and honestly they have some pretty delicious coffee while you shop. If you're looking to do business with a one of kind dealership then look no further!

I recently purchased a vehicle from David in sales and he was amazing from start to finish. He was honest, upfront and made buying the car a fun experience. He made sure the vehicle was clean, and in perfect working order, and even filled it for me the day I picked it up. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Great guy who even played monster trucks with my 2 year old when he got impatient. The gentleman in finance was professional and made me feel like he had my best intentions at heart, this is the best vehicle and car buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend!!!!

We rolled up without an appointment desperate for some car help. They were super accommodating and quick to serve us. Start to finish, we only spent 2.5 hours waiting for them to fix the car. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. My one constructive criticism is that the waiting area left something to be desired. The furniture was old and saggy and there could have been more refreshments to make this the ultimate driving/waiting experience.

I recently purchased a car from here and it was truly one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car. Big shout out to Tim Noble who helped us along the process. He truly made the process of buying this car a lot more enjoyable. Daniels BMW service is really one of a kind. If you are in the market for a BMW don't look further and ask for Tim. What a wonderful experience it has been, purchasing a car from David Simoes at Daniels BMW in Allentown Pa. Brian Amill, the business manager was so helpful as well. There was so much for me to learn and to absorb, about the car, which optional coverages to choose, leasing vs purchasing, etc. When I picked up my beautiful 430i convertible, David took the time to show me how everything works, and he set me up on the BMW app I had to call a few times after I got the car to ask various questions (including how to turn the car off, because it actually goes off by itself, well sort of) , and David picked up his phone or quickly returned my calls I really could have been considered a pain in the neck, but if David felt that I was bothering him, he never made me feel that he was inconvenienced in the least. I had to bring my car in, to get an optional coating that I chose, and while the work is being done, I have been driving a beautiful top of the line electric loaner car which has been fun to use while I wait to get mine back all in all, Daniels BMW is fantastic! This is my first BMW, but it won t be my last! Thank you David and Brian for all of the help you ve given me in the past few weeks! It s been a great experience.

Ran credit before we gave the OK. Felt very pressured into my purchase. Gave up a car I adored with a much lower car payment for a car that doesn t fit my needs at all. Was pressured into not paying the loan off early. Just a bad buying experience overall.

Excellent experience! I bought a brand new BMW X 6 2023 M Sport. My advisor was MR Bradford Gerhart. He was great, very good communication and excellent costumer service. My father also bought a Brand new BMW X6 from Daniels BMW also, back in 2020, I was there with him for the whole process and it was amazing. Now we have 2 brand new X6 in the same household and more coming thanks everyone that works here! Keep up the good work

I just bought my third BMW from Daniels. I worked with Ivan Zheng. As with all the people I've have worked with, in sales and in service, Ivan was wonderfully helpful and responsive. He answered questions with a smile and searched for answers when he did not have them immediately, following up in a very timely fashion. I am very pleased with the experience with Ivan and with all of Daniels' personnel.

This is a great dealership with a transparent sales and finance team duo. An overall slam dump in customer satisfaction a huge shout out to Tim Noble and Brian Amill for being knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient with my questions and most importantly having the delivery process run so smoothly! Went to look at a used, orange range-extender BMW i3. BMW " geniuses didn't know anything about the car. I was also told over email that they had all service records documented at the dealership, but only provided most recent CarFax. They could not confirm if the vehicle received an oil change or not, and did not properly prepare the car in order to inspect all dynamics (as in, allowing the gasoline engine to run during test drive). The salesman was young and inexperienced, would not negotiate on price or involve supervisor, because even apparently $1k-2k difference was non-negotiable. This was a niche vehicle with some cosmetic and suspension issues that they would not negotiate on in good faith. Left the dealership and wasted 4+ hours of driving to and from Daniels BMW. Later they emailed that they could discount the vehicle by less than $800, which was insulting considering the effort I went to inspect the vehicle. I would not recommend Justin Dressel, if going to look at a car, ask for Dmitry Kukuy the supervisor, who later apologized for the bad experience and said he would've approached us in-person if notified properly by his staff. Even if we liked the car (and it drove great), bad experience = no deal.I LATER RECEIVED A CALL FROM DANIELS BMW MANAGER DMITRY KUKUY ASKING ME TO TAKE DOWN THIS REVIEW!?!?!

The team here was fantastic! Super attentive, clear on pricing, and up front about the process.Mason took great care to make sure everything was in order and that all my questions were answered through the whole process.Traded in a 2011 X5 35d for a 2020 X5 M50i. Prices were fair and the process was comfortable and smooth.

I've always wanted a BMW. My dad always had one when I was growing up. They are really great cars and so much fun to drive. My husband showed me a beautiful Alpine White BMW X1 that he found online from Daniels BMW, so we had to go up there and check it out! David was super helpful and had so much knowledge on the car. He showed us so many features during the test drive and he was very personable! We loved the BMW so much that we purchased it right away. We'll definitely be driving it up to Vermont for our honeymoon!! Huge thank you to David for all your help. Excellent experience overall!! 10/10 recommend

Guaranteed best bang for your buck. Unmatched customer service, purchase experience, and overall vehicle satisfaction. Service and repairs department is also phenomenal. Eduardo Shoy from Sales and Brian Amill, Business Manager, are both class acts and have become agents of trust. Would give six stars if I could.

my experience with brad and daniels bmw was absolutely incredible. i was searching for a kind of uncommon car and i found one at a local dealership but they didn t take me serious at all and sold the car before i even had a chance. i drove over an hour from home to this dealership and they made me feel like a truly valued customer. everyone there is extremely friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure this experience was a good one.

This dealership is truthfully what sold me on being a bmw owner- for LIFE. They actually corrected what was a very large error from the original dealership I bought my 3 series from.. and not once did they complain, or seem even the slightest bit irritated about having to deal with the situation. They kept me in the loop on every detail and did everything in their power to upgrade me to the best possible situation to keep us their happiest clients. I cannot say enough good things about the entire establishment. Very friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, and eager to keep your business. I can t thank them enough! WEB, ANDY, & NATE are my go to guys from here on out!

BEWARE: WARNING;My 2021 X3 with the Executive Package and I were gregiously treated, when my Blind Spot malfunctioned and I had an accident, which if it worked there would not have been an accident. When I brought the car in they said that I did'nt have what is supposed to be in my $7,000 Exective Package. All stated in the car window Sticker! WHAT! Plus, what I did have was not working either now. Imagine! The. Full Frontal Collision, the Blind Spot, etc. The front warning sounds used when parking used to stop the car a foot plus before the parking lot bumpers so you don't hit it, now doesn't work either. Tall grasses in my driveway used to warn me when they leaned toward the car. That's between the mirror and the headlight! Now does not work! All they wanted was to sell me tires that I did not need, they passed inspection. Less the 20,000 miles. Then they had the nerve to say that the tires caused the accident. Not the Blind Spot Malfunction! They are good at selling, not service, especially customer service! If I was a man I would not have been treated this way. Signed by A VERY VERY DISSATIFIEDEX CUSTOME. The whole process was great from the very beginning - I came in, I test drove the vehicle, I liked it, and I signed the purchase documents within an hour. David was terrific and knowledgeable, and guided me through the process. I had to come back next day to pick up the vehicle because it needed to be detailed. The detailing could use some more attention to details, but overall it was as pleasant experience as buying a car process can be.

All I have to say is TERRIBLE. My fiance and I went in yesterday to enquire about a vehicle and had to wait 45 minutes for soemome to help us. We got stared at like we weren't good enough to buy a BMW. I'm actually disgusted with the profiling they do and rudeness. If you want to get treated like you're a broke bum go there!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Had a very pleasant experience ordering a new X7 from Daniels BMW despite the current car shortages nationwide. John was very helpful and responsive by phone and email to keep me posted on my car s progress through the build and delivery process and answered all of my questions efficiently. The car is exactly what I wanted and the customer experience was excellent. I usually hate the car buying process, but this was stress-free.
