I highly recommend Custom Diesel. Todd and Dennis have always rescued me in times of need when my truck broke down or gave me issues. They always put my needs first before money. Todd, Dennis , Anita and the whole staff are extremely kind and have always treated me like family. They're a true blessing to me. If or when you need a reliable mechanic , Custom Diesel is the one for you. I promise!

I was having a trailer transported to New York and a tire blew out in PA. Dennis not only drove to a store to purchase a tire for me, but fixed the whole problem in no time. After calling ten other companies and getting rejected, Dennis did the job no problem. So thankful I found him, best in PA!!

Honestly Custom Diesel for me is the best shop around, ive been taking my trucks there for years theyre skills are the best ,after so many years i know them they became like family to me Mr denis , Todd , Joe and kevin are the greatest guys i know they always willing to help me with everything also the office staff are the best always threat me with kind and respect thank you Denis and staff for everything.

Carriage bearing broke. Mechanic arrived in less than an hour, pulled off old one then was gone for ten minutes and came back with a new one and is installing it as I type this. In my 30 years of driving, I have never had roadside service this quick. Highly recommended!

Our first ever experience with this shop late yesterday afternoon. They were very pleasant on the phone, and basically said get the truck here and we will fit it in for you. We got there only 30 minutes before they were supposed to close, but they stayed late, kept working on our truck, found and fixed the problem, and got us back on the road in a couple of hours! AMAZING!!!! And I was blown away by their very very reasonable prices. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them. It's getting harder and harder these days to feel like you can trust a shop. If I were you, I would definitely add them to your trusted shops list and take your stuff to them if you need help or work done in the Allentown PA area.I would give them 10 stars if I could!Thanks again guys!

This is one of the good shops..I ve been over the road for 14 years & I ve never seen such professionalism..I called there shop for road side assistance at 2:30a.m on a rainy night because my truck was not airing up at all.A nice gentleman name Dennis came out before his estimated time & tried a few different things but my air compressor just wasn t pumping air..He aired me up with shop air to get me to a safe location & then gave me 3 different reputable towing companies.He wasn t worried about getting paid he just wanted to get me going .He immediately got my part number & advised me on what I needed to do & what i would possibly need so by the time I got to the shop he was already on a mission to locate my part.The nice man took a 3 & 1/2 hour drive for me & left me in the shop with a guy name Todd who was professional as well & he notified me of everything that was going on step by step.He even offered me food while waiting you could tell his His parents did a very good job of raising this young man . They got me up & rolling the same day like they promised & I would highly recommend this Shop for there world class service & treating me like family ..I would give a 10 star rating if possible & I rarely leave good reviews but this company actually deserves to be complimented

Have used Custom Diesel many times. Whether its a road call or an entire hood repair you can really count on Dennis and his staff to handle everything professionally and in a cost effective manner. No complaints here and we plan to be a customer for many years!

We have an older yard truck that we use to move trailers in and out of our docks to preload orders for certain customers. When our truck has issues we trust Custom Diesel to get us back in business and to keep us running. They are fast and reliable and give us the ability to keep servicing our customers. My truck broke down in Bethlehem PA. I got recommended to Custom Diesel by the tow company. The mechanic Joe was very empathetic, understanding, professional, thorough and very very detailed about his findings. I would recommend Custom Diesel any time and thank you for a great job.

Have used Custom Diesel many times over the years and they are a phenomenal shop. Todd and Dennis are great mechanics and really nice people and will do whatever they can to work with you and get you back up and running as quickly as they can.

My radiator was leaking very bad. Called shop they said they will take and do the job one day. It was friday and I thought I will stuck atleast till monday. But they get the radiator and installed same day. Im back in bussiness and very happy with their job. Nice and friendly people. Definetely I can recomend this shop. Also they charge reasonable hourly rate.

Broke a tie rod end...didn't know the truck had been modified so parts according to my Vin didn't fit. The tech went above and beyond to find the correct parts and got me rolling again..and gave me a great price!

Custom diesel service is a great service provider. Dennis and all the guy are amazing at what they do. I just had my liftgate rebuilt by Dennis. He had to weld all kinds of new steel parts on there and it is now working at 100%, like new! Great service great prices they help keep my fleet of trucks up and running thanks for all of the great work!

Custom Diesel Service did an excellent job on my truck, I busted my coolant hose while driving over a pump in a warehouse that was under construction near Allentown PA. The mechanic man checked it, bought a new hose from the dealer and installed it quickly. I was back on the road shortly. . I recommend their work to anyone who have mechanical issues around that area.

Don't call anybody else but Custom Diesel!I called these guys for the second time yesterday, once again they had me up and running within hours, at an extremely fair and honest price!About a month ago I got jammed up at a DOT inspection with dead batteries and an OOS trailer. They showed up promptly after making about 5 calls to other shops in the area, every one said it would be several hours to get a jump. They came right away jumped my truck and made all necessary repairs to get me back up and running FAST! The tech was also friendly and very knowledgeable.Yesterday I happened to be in the same area and my rig decided to shut itself down for some dumb emissions thing, couldn't go more than 5,mph. I immediately thought of these guys, made the call and they had my truck diagnosed within a couple hours. The tech was basically a genius when it came to emissions/exhaust matters, he hooked up his laptop and went to work! Also a very nice young man who went above and beyond to make sure I understood how the emissions system works to insure minimal repairs in future. He proceeded to find the part, go get it, come back and install it, Re-gen the system and got me going within the same day, AMAZING! All with even having to pay for a tow. Not to mention I almost couldn't believe how fair the price was.These guys are awesome.Thank you again Custom Diesel!J.R.

The team that works here are TOP NOTCH! Among the top three diesel shops in all my 22yr career. Honest to the core. Really! All the staff made me feel as if I were they're most important client. And they actually know what they are doing. The most pleasant repair I have ever had.

My husband stopped here broke down with his semi and although they were not able to fix it due to warranty complications Todd took the time to help him and talk with him about what needed to be done and where he should go to do it. Even spoke to the warranty company for him. Didn't charge him a dime but diagnosed the problem and took time to help him find the right place to fix it. Great people here. Thank god for these guys. I can't say enough great things about the customer service and the above and beyond efforts to get my driver back on the road, you guys are so APPRECIATED.. My driver blew his radiator on a Friday night with several stops yet to make. These guys got him taken care of and back on the road by early the next morning. What could have been a nightmare being down for the entire weekend, losing time and money turned out to just be a hiccup. Wish you were here in Florida. Best of luck to your company there in Allentown PA

I can t say enough great things about Dennis and his family. What wonderful customer service! I was having air problems with my rig, and Dennis came to my location and helped me get my truck back to his shop instead of having to pay for a wrecker. Once there he pinpointed the problem and got to work on fixing it immediately! He tried desperately to fix my truck with my existing parts but unfortunately they were too far gone... So he and his wife went to get me new parts. All in all... I was only down a few hours and Dennis and his crew made it extremely painless. He was more than fair on his labor too!! If you ever need an honest mechanic in the Allentown area, I highly recommend these guys! They are knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all HONEST!! Thank you so much Dennis for rescuing me!! Give these guys your business... you won t be sorry!! He even texted me the next day to check on me and his work. Who does that?

This is the most honest truck repair service we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They saved us thousands of dollars by listening to our issues and applying their wealth of expertise to get us back trucking. The owner of this company is the man! Busted a radiator hose and had a air leak on i78E. Came within an hour to rescue and fix my truck. Got me rolling in no time! Definitely will save this companys # if your on this side of town. Thanks again Custom diesel

This place was great and very reasonable. They did a great job on my truck and charged me a very reasonable price. Getting my truck towed off the turnpike did cost me a bit much but getting the repair done from them was worth it. They spent the entire day on my truck and made sure it was done by end of the day. Would definitely recommend them.
