Mad props to Ciocca Subaru of Allentown for being so patient, helping me get both carseats out of my car and into the loaner, and distracting my babies so they didn't cry (2 under 2). They were the real MVPs this morning and honestly it made my day. The past few days have been really difficult because of teething pains and I was dreading dropping my car off for inspection. Thank you to all the excellent employees that helped me when I dropped my car off for my 8:20am appointment on 29Dec2023.

I've honestly never seen a dealership less interested in selling a car.I went to test drive a car and noticed a grinding noise. I liked the car and would have purchased, but asked them to have service look at that first.When the manager came, he asked me to just buy the car and we'll deal with whatever's wrong later. I asked him to come listen to it with me and he didn't want to even though the place was empty.I asked if we could have someone from service look. He said service was closed on Saturdays which isn't true.Left, telling them I'm interested but would need service to look at what that noise was first.A week later, no news. I had to email and call and finally was told the parts had just been ordered. Another week went by and still no word and I had to follow up again. Was told they hadn't even started working on the car.I finally asked my salesperson to get an ETA on the car. He said he'd call me back but never did.According to the salesperson, he had "a lot of people interested". So you had a lot of interest and a buyer ready and you and your service department can't be bothered to make the car a priority? Or maybe keep me posted about other cars I may also be interested in?I emailed the manager and salesperson again to express my disappointment at the poor communication and never heard from them again. Not even an "Hey were sorry about this."Went to another dealership and found a much better deal.Their loss

Good service and great selections. We test drove and they walked us through everything. We immediately had help without having to hunt for everyone and the cars are reasonably priced.

Took my Subaru there because wasn t turning on spent over 1k for them to run & do test & made me buy a whole new computer for them to still not find the problem & tell me the car is beyond repair wasted money & time for nothing took it to a mom & pop shop & they was able to get it to run & drive in less then a week !

Pretty good service but very confused by their car battery policy. Bought one that was supposed to be covered under warranty but when I asked to bring it back because of a problem they said they would charge me if there's not an issue but then if there is an issue, the diagnostic is free but I'd have to pay for the battery repair. Never heard of a warranty in which you have to end up paying one way or the other if anything's wrong with it

Best Subaru location I've been to! Well organized and aim to win your trust through customer service and being fully capable to provide care to your vehicle no matter the issue every staff member looks like a team player witch could only mean a healthy work environment witch could only mean employees loving what they do witch could only mean customers leaving with a sense of comfort & Satisfaction

Employees are helpful and polite , clean environment they do good work a little pricey but is guaranteed, they offer loaners so u don't have to wait there all day. U could go and run errands while your car is getting service when your car is ready they text you

The service department has improved considerably over the last few years. Devon is likely the best service advisor they have ever (and maybe will ever) have.

I was the only car in the garage and eight service techs typing away. No one acknowledged that I was there. I waited over ten minutes still no one said a word. I went up to one of the service advisors and he just looked at me and mumbled we will be with you in a bit. I waited five more minutes and a lady came by asking if I needed help. I told her I do and she went to find someone. The porter told her not to bother because no one wants to help anyone. All in all very disappointed in the level of service. Very different from the express service they have next door.

I definitely do not recommend having your car serviced there. I brought my car there for an inspection. They failed it for rust on the rotors which is not part of the PA state requirements. Meanwhile I bought the car from them a year ago and they had no problem passing it for inspection when I bought it from them which makes it seem like their mechanics were shopping for work. In addition their service advisor was not very helpful. After telling us that he would call when the car was ready, he never called. I called half an hour before they closed and someone told me he was gone for the day. When I called him the next day to let him know how unhappy I was with the service, I asked him to leave the failed rotors in the car. When my son went to pick up the car, the rotors were not in the car which caused us to go back again. A service manager called me the next day and apologized and tried to explain their made up requirement about rust on the rotors. She asked me if there was anything they could do to make up for it. Nothing was going to make up for the $250 I wasted for rotors that did not need to be replaced so I told her I was not coming back. Very disappointed with the service.

So Brought the car in for repairs, I have a code reader and told them exactly what to do. They charged me $150 to read the code on top of the repair, when they were instructed exactly what to do. So stayed away for a while, and then needed a wheel bearing done on a 2014 Cross Trek. Close to work and I could get a loaner and so I thought I would try again with a written estimate. Got an Estimate of $710, for one bearing. Called my local garage, got an estimate of $430. Probably would have paid a premium of $100 bucks for dealer service, but no way almost double.

The rear view mirror became loose on my new Crosstrek. It was fixed within a few short minutes in the service arrival center! Barely had time to look around at the displays! LOL

I brought a 2012 Forested with previous owners... I have not had a problem with service except this week...I ordered a new key and 2 fobs...one new key and fob..(.my alarm was going off any time)...over 500$ and they never reprogrammed my old key and didn't put a battery into the old fob to see if it worked I used my old key and the car alarm....don't understand!!! Will try repair man ever again!

I ve purchased multiple cars from here. I ve brought my cars here for general services as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The sales men are not too pushy. They listen and work with you.

Very easy to schedule; did what was needed for car service; But due to me having a bike rack on my car, they're never able to wash vehicle; I would like to see a car wash voucher for each visit, since they are unable to do this at Ciocca. Thanks

BEST PLACE EVER TO BUY A CAR! COURTIOUS, POLITE, RESPECTFUL, HAD CLASSES ON HOW TO OPERSTE THE NEW FUNCTIONS ON THE DASHBOARD, THEY CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO BE SURE THINGS WERE GOING WELL ETC. COULDN'T BE NICER! DIDN'T GET THAT FEELING AT ALL WHEN WE TRIED TO INQUIRE ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM PIAZZA IN POTTSTOWN. THEY SHOWED ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST IN SELLING US A CAR WHEN WE WENT THERE, SO WENT BACK TO CIOCCA WHERE WE BOUGHT OUR FIRST SUBARU.
