I have been a Binder s customer for over a year now and have been very pleased with this family owned business. Inspections have been thorough and easy to review. Last week I had my front 2 tires replaced. Quick and easy! They have a 3 year guarantee on parts & labor. In addition to their excellent service, they are great people to deal with, kind, polite and trustworthy!

Excellent experience at Binder's for 3 state inspections. They are honest and fair! I really like being able to see all their findings and recommendations in print and having the opportunity to review them first and either approve or decline the work with a simple tap. We will definitely continue to bring our vehicles to Binder's.

This a great place to get your vehicle serviced. They are honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them! I ve been only a customer for a few months, but their quality of work and honesty is the most important. Plus they offer a great 3 year warranty service on their work, so yeah, I wouldn t go elsewhere after finding them online and you can read others reviews and it validate what I am saying. Excellent quality repairs/maintenance. Fair and honest. They explain and show evidence. Always helpful and courteous, with great communication by phone, text and emails. I like supporting a family owned local business and have used them for multiple cars over the decades, even in their old location. Easy and accommodating. I give a 99.9% rating and deduct a fraction only because they don t have weekend hours. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend! If you're a "Subaru person" you will find no better care for your car than at Binder's. Even if you're not a "Subaru person" the same applies. Everyone in the shop is friendly, welcoming and above all else honest and upfront. Whether it's something as minor as a valve stem needing to be replaced or major leaks, the fine folks at Binder's will take care of you every step of the way. They've gained a lifetime customer out of me and I will always refer friends and family to them.Thanks guys. You all rock!Gia

Binders is top notch! They are my go to shop for any auto service. They are honest and trustworthy. Anything that needs to be fixed or replaced is documented with pictures and sent to you to show what is being done. Hands down they are the best in the entire Lehigh Valley! I have over a dozen service centers near me in Bethlehem but I still make the 35 min drive to Binders because I know I will be treated right and the work will be done correctly. Wonderful service, as always! I was supposed to be a waiter with an appointment for inspection at 10:00 am, but I had a change of plans and dropped my car off the night before. I got a text first thing in the morning recognizing this change and asking if I needed my car done by a certain time. I did not. My car was done before my scheduled appointment time! They were in contact via text the whole time and were knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn t trust my car anywhere else!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Our mini van needed brakes done badly. With needing to be sure it was done right the first time since my wife and kids use our mini van daily it was a no brainer turning to Binders with our needs. This is a great family owned and run business, with expert, reliable and trustworthy service. I value the way each service is meticulously documented (before and after) so I can see where the problems were and how they were solved. The most honest group dedicated to exceeding expectations. I will never go anywhere else for service. They installed a faulty part and covered the 8k bill to fix. They also covered my rental while my car was out of service. They are the best. I have never felt so welcomed and appreciated at an auto repair shop. The owner unlocked everything one night when I got there just after closing, so my girlfriend (someone he doesn t even know) would not be stuck without her car.The service at Binder's is top tier.

I am 22 miles away from Binder's and take all our vehicles to Binders as I have for the past 18 + years. When I leave there I never think about what work has been done because in that time I haven't had to return for a problem. Compete waste of money. Took a tire in to have a valve stem fixed and the guy did it fast and he said at the time its 10$. So i go to pay and give the guy my card and he said since you made an appointment to get something else done just pay then, which i thought was very honest for todays standards. Was i why wrong when i went to pay for service i had done. They charged me $18.75 for the valve stem $30 to replace 2 bulbs which doesn't take more then a minute. So all together it was almost $100 for the simple service ( state inspection but emissions exempt) which is why i will not return as well as tell other to be warned.

Unless you have $$ to just burn I would not suggest going here. Took almost a month for what they said "was a cracked oil pan" $1200 later I had to take my car to Four Jays in Allentown..They replaced everything Binders did to my car for under $200. Lesson learned.

Honest shop with friendly staff. They walked me through everything that needed to be done with my car and they gave me a fair price to fix it. I could tell they did quality work, too, since I could feel the difference in my car after the repairs were made.

I took my car there for an electrical repair in 2012. It was a complete waste of time. The old desk receptionist lady (MJ) explained the breakdown of their pricing one way over the phone. It turned out to be much different when I was there in person. After explaining to Troy what I had been told, I got a refund and left. These are very irritating people who don t communicate with you in a straightforward manner. There are better mechanics around the Lehigh valley.
