They had to reschedule me from a Monday to a Friday. They called the night before to let me know. Friday they did show up on time. I have had no issues with the new windshield. They don t provide Easy pass stickers. Friendly service and they came to my home and installed quickly. The price was great. I would recommend.

Set up an appointment on a Friday. They couldn't come to me until the following Thursday. I had to call them Thursday to confirm. They then told me their independent contractor could not get the glass until Friday... I was asked what time works for me. Noon. They told me Friday morning .. by text.. they will be there from 2 to 4. Called them back.. Was told.. Have a great day! Click. Never calling them again .

I would NOT recommend Auto Glass Fitters. They were completely inconsiderate and careless. I was waiting for 3 weeks for my windshield. 3 different scheduled appointments and no apology or care for their delay. I had to call them and find out that my appointment was AGAIN being rescheduled, and the worker didn't apologize rather he just ended the call.

I called the phone number and it took 9 minutes for them to answer. I commented on that and the lady said it showed a 3 minute wait. I tried to ask about the service I needed and she was extremely rude and hung up before I could explain. This company clearly has no respect for customers.

"Disgusting". I went there with family after reading some reviews. But it was totally opposite of the reviews. This was my first & last time. Meet was dry, hard, over cooked & tastless. This place is not even worthy of 2 stars.

Carlos was courteous and seem to do a pretty good job young my only complaint is that your company doesn t clean the glass up so I m stuck with the rear part of my car full of glass that I m trying to clean out and I have to go to the car wash to do it and I ve already cut my finger picking up glass pieces so I don t think that should be part of the services that you clean up the broken glass p
