Update: Went back for another repair job and I would give them six stars if possible. They handled everything with insurance, made sure I would be happy with the prices, and got it done FAST!Great service at an unbeatable price. The employees were great and didn t try to strong arm us into having unnecessary service performed. Highly recommend!

Once again, Adam and his crew did an amazing job with my vehicle. My vehicle was inspected and the issues were thoroughly explained to me. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and I even got a loaner vehicle so I could continue accomplishing my daily errands. I would never think about taking any of my vehicles to another facility. Thank you to the entire team at Allied Auto!!!

Long overdue review. Great shop. I bought a used car and I brought it in for a health check. The communication was excellent, and the detail of the report was top notch. Everything was broken down in detail with pictures and descriptions. Super easy to chat with (via text) and I even received a loaner car. No pressure on any of the repairs. I gave them a budget and they worked with me. Wonderful local shop.

Allied Automotive not only fixed my old car in a timely manner, but they provide loaner vehicles at no cost. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I lived closer to their previous location, but I continue to be a customer here even though I have to drive farther to get there.

Amazing service! They were prompt, attentive and very helpful when my car started leaking antifreeze. They got us in quickly when no one else could. AND they helped get us a tow to get the car to them! Not to mention the free cookies when I picked up my car. GREAT PROPLE!! And GREAT MECHANICS!

I ve taken both of my cars to Allied, for various repairs, inspections and I m very pleased with the overall service they provide. I especially like the estimate process, which is done via text. They send a thorough document, complete with photos, where I can review & approve the work, without sitting in the phone for an hour. Their admin staff also does a great job communicating timelines, costs and next steps. Really impressed

Allied is most definitely a 5 star garage. The staff is so helpful and understanding. They go above and beyond with each interaction I have with them explaining the issue and how to correct it. Took my car there for the first time and it was a great experience! I had an inspection and oil change. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. Drop off and pickup is smooth and simple. I will definitely be back for my future services and recommend them to my friends and family.

I couldn t be happier with the service I received. I had a leak in my fuel line over a weekend. Car was towed to the shop. By Monday morning at 9 am, diagnostic report was already sent to me by email. They were very transparent about what needed to be done emergently and what could wait until my yearly service appointment. Replacement part within two days. They were able to provide me with a courtesy car. To allow for minimal disruptions to me and my schedule. I am so happy I bring my car here.

I have been to Allied Automotive 4 times. I have gotten both my vehicle and wife s vehicle inspected and oil changed. It has always been a great experience. The entire staff is professional and very informative. I love the appointment reminders and state of health reports, where I can review issues organized by good items, require urgent attention and requires attention. I like being able to review and having the ability to decide what service to authorize or not. On one occasion I authorize the repairs and the staff were very accommodating and provided me with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was undergoing repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. They provide quality work and I am happy with the service. You are paying for quality work when you visit and they guarantee their work. I will be visiting them again for any of my automotive needs.

The staff was very attentive and took care of my concerns, the price for my new compressor installed along with a new serpentine belt was way better than I expected. I will now longer be going to the dealership, I will be returning here for my more extensive work!!

Allied Auto was the least scary car appointment scheduling and experience that I ve ever had as a girl who is a strong independent woman until it has something to do with her car. The waiting room was unlike any other car shop I ve been to, most I ve felt like I m sitting in a garage waiting to be kidnapped. Allied s waiting room was like a safe coffee shop. The phone calls were very friendly even when I felt absolutely clueless; the text message and email communication was great; the report on my car was easy to understand. I will only ever go here from now on.

I showed up unannounced at their doorstep on a Monday morning. They had my car issues diagnosed within 2 hours even with a full schedule. They also gave me an estimated completion date for after the Thanksgiving holiday, but had it done before the end of the day Wednesday. I appreciate their thorough diagnosis and pictures that come along with the explanation of the repairs that need to be done. Highly recommend!

I recently called Allied Automotive in Allentown, PA for help with my 2011 Mazda 3. Initially I'd just thought it was my car battery. But not only did they replace my battery, they also did a complementary check of the car's electricals.My car completely died so I had to have it towed! Their turnaround was quick and reliable. Very professional and friendly staff.

Called Allied when my car started shaking on idle while I was in traffic. They got me in within 15 minutes to see a tech, who knew immediately what the problem was. Allied has an online service that shows you your car's "stats" when they take it in, showing good things, things that need done, and things that need done urgently. Not only was my big problem on there, but as someone who knew they needed tires for a good while, Allied let me know my tires actually had dry rot, and that my car was unsafe to drive without risking a blowout. Their quote was super reasonable, and the tech I spoke with answered every question I had. Brought the car in on Friday, used a complimentary loaner vehicle in the meantime, and when I picked it up on Monday, all the problems were fixed. I felt like I was driving a new car! Thank you Allied - would recommend everyone in the area here!

Update to previous review: Once again the staff at Allied Auto impressed me with their level of excellent service along with quick turnaround completing the work I requestedI have been looking for a good Automotive repair shop to work on my wife s 2019 Ford Escape. Jennifer at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The building with multi-bay shop looks well maintained and organized. The customer waiting area also looked very comfortable. Prices were very reasonable compared to dealerships and a few other establishments that I have visited. Allied Auto sent me texts and pictures and a comprehensive invoice of suggested repairs or preventative maintenance items. They including the cost and a description of the work suggested. I highly recommend Allied Automotive and will continue to use them in order to keep the Ford in tip tip top running condition.

Sure would have liked to leave a decent review but I can't. Went down there a couple weeks ago to make an appointment to inspect my car, and with such a nice waiting room I said I'd wait...well, apparently they built that waiting room just for pictures because they proceeded to tell me I can't wait, that I'd have to leave and pick the car up later. So I left.I can't gauge their customer service because they wouldn't let me be a customer and offered NO service.I'll stick with Halyes Auto.

Great customer service and very affordable rates. Definitely gonna stop going to the dealership and support Allied Automotive. The loaner car made me realize how much I ve come to depend on the backup camera when parking (I had to go a little slower backing into a space with only the side mirrors) but beggars can t be choosers. The loaner car was a huge help in scheduling service right away (instead of trying to juggle daycare and work drop off with my partner)

I recently had my first service done at Allied on my 2020 vehicle after having a bad experience with a dealership. Everything went so smoothly from my first call with James to help me find a time that would work with my schedule and setting up a loaner car. I was kept updated with text messages and detailed reports for recommendations for the next service. I ll be scheduling again for my next service!

Allied shared inspection results and gave me a detailed quote on scheduled maintenance items and new tires. Being able to use a free loaner was a great benefit. All communications were prompt and professional.

I've been here twice in the last few months and both experiences have been great. Honest, kind people working in this place. Going to the auto-shop is on my list of least favorite things to do (on par with going to the dentist) but they make it easy and as stress free as possible.

I was in dire need for an Oil change. I gave Allied a call and the gentleman on the phone James was very helpful and able to get me in quickly. The waiting area is very clean and welcoming. Thank you team for getting me in :)

I highly recommended Allied Automotive. Their customer service and expertise is amazing. There is no other auto repair shop that compares to this shop in the area. They completed repairs within an important family deadline and exceeded our expectations in every way. The option of a loaner car was so helpful to our family as well. We were new customers, but now we are customers for life
