As new life is being breathed into downtown Allentown, a secret, gem is nestled only 1.6 miles from the historical tallest building in Allentown, better known as the PPL.I am speaking of Absolute transmission and car repair shop.My experience with absolute transmission services has been one of the best experiences I ve ever had in my life with any car shop !Staff, friendly and professional and masters of their crafts. I have dealt with this shop on a couple of occasions and see it being my choice of shops for the rest of my life owning cars. Anything goes wrong with my cars I m coming to .Absolute Tranmissions!Don t let the name fool you although they specialize in transmissions, they also specialize in a lot of other features that your car may need!I purchased my vehicle from a dealership and they outdid the dealership where I purchased my car from!I ve enclosed a couple of before and after pictures in my review .you be the judge. Go to Absolute transmissions for all your car needs.Trust me, you won t be sorry you ll be recommending all your friends and family go there too as I do!

Above average effort from Felix & his team. He exceeded any expectations I had for someone who is consistent in communication. He was straightforward about everything that was going on and even sent me photos during the process. I recommend Absolute Transmission to anyone in need of an honest mechanic.

Felix and his crew have worked on our family's car for the past several years. I always feel confident that I'm receiving reliable, efficient service at an affordable price. Just yesterday Felix and his partner went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my family. I was able to bring my vehicle right after calling him with an issue I noticed. He was able to decipher the problem immediately and determined it was unsafe to drive. He personally drove to pick up my parts and had them installed within minutes ,as he knew I was pressd for time to get my daughter off the bus. Very grateful for his attentiveness yesterday!!

Perhaps the best service center I've ever been to. Complete transparency through out my entire experience at this shop. No hidden cost, world class workmanship. Absolutely professional service beyond my expectations. Felix is amongst the most honest and caring owner I've come across. The work done on my transmission was beyond great I am completely satisfied with the job done on my 2004 suburban. My truck was up and running in no time. I don t know much about cars, but unlike other places I ve gone to, Absolute Transmission Service was so helpful and transparent about what was going on with my vehicle. The customer service I received was top tier. They made me feel super comfortable and well informed about what was being performed and where my money was going to-that s MAJOR for me. I haven t had an issue since, but if I did, I wouldn t hesitate to return! ATS has a lifetime customer in me. 10/10 highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Absolute Transmission services. They were able to get me an appointment asap, figure out what was wrong with my car, and get it back it me in no time. Super affordable and their customer service couldn t have been better. If you re in the area, I recommend them to be your mechanic.

ATS has been the only mechanic I ve gone to for the past 3 years; from body work, paint retouch, detailing, oil changes and even window tinting. Felix and his team are always timely and professional. Would recommend them over anyone in the Lehigh Valley Area

I had a power steering issue and struggled to figure out what was going on with it for 2 full weeks. I dropped my car off with a replacement power steering line and very little information, and Felix was able to diagnose the issue as a connector hose leak and fix it for less cost. He even stayed a bit later in the evening so I could finish work and pick up my car! Could not be more satisfied.Service: Engine repair

Brought my f150 to them awhile back and they rebuilt my transmission and they did a very good job recently there was a leak I took it to them yesterday and it was done today! They really stand by their work and know what they re doing when it comes to cars. They even brought up and issue on my truck that had nothing to do with the transmission work so I am aware of it! They are in my neighborhood, when ever I have car issue I just walk in and ask them to have a look, he never say no he always helped me, my car AC was not working he fixed it ride away and also change some parts of my car in short time period, I trust him with my car issue, you guys are the best. 10/10 Highly recommended. Best shop I've been to so far since I've been driving. They fixed my car in March and it's running better than it was when I bought it. I waited to write a review to show the longevity and quality of their service, its July now.My car was immobile due to the front end of my AWD breaking(transfer case). No other shop would take it because the wheels would not turn to get it on the lift and my car is difficult to work on. I have a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart. They had no problem getting it on to the lift and working on it. They knew everything they had to do and helped me find a new part and get it installed and back on the road as quick as possible. They even helped me with other problems, I had answering questions I had. Great people, very friendly and hard working. They treated me as if I was a good friend or family and I never met them before. Any time I ever have mechanical issues with my car I will definitely be taking it back here for the peace of mind they gave me and the hospitality they showed while working on my car.

What can you expect from Absolute Transmissions1. A friendly, independent, neighborhood garage.2. Felix, the heart of the entire operation, an expert in his field. Felix was professional and considerate, of my time. He was knowledgeable in his field and possessed the skills to problem solve, such as making the necessary adjustments to accommodate for such a large diesel truck. Felix quickly diagnosed my transmission problem and was able to explain it to me in a language I understood. Felix understands the value of money and provided me with the most cost effective repair. While under the hood, Felix found another problem, a rotted break line, which could have had serious consequences had I been on the road. Felix has a solid work ethic, working all day on a Saturday as to have my vehicle returned to me when he stated. As for cost, all I can say is I do my homework and Absolute Transmissions was under the average cost for the work performed. Finally, Felix has excellent customer service skills. If he says he is going to call, he calls. I definitely got a good vibe from Felix and I will be utilizing him again in the near future. Thanks Felix, Sincerely, Jennifer Bennis, a satisfied customer

I Got my Murano transmission replace here back in January and havent had any issues. Before I came to Absolute Transmission my truck was having all kinds of issues starting with the transmission. Felix was fair with the price and also made sure he didn't have me spending any more money than what I needed to fix plus he went out of his way at times for me. Overall I appreciate his honesty expertise and professionalism. Absolute Transmission is my GO TO for car repair and transmission.
