Loving coming here, they get you in and out and give you quality service at an affordable rate. I appreciate Chris and Jeff and what they provide for the community of Aliquippa.

1000% better than #1Cochran West Hills Nissan. First time in three years my car didn't need anything for inspection (after being told in December by #1Cochran West Hills Nissan I was going to need brakes to pass inspection), this is officially my mechanics.

These guys are quick but thorough in their work and very fairly priced! I took my car here after a Ford dealership quoted me a higher end price for the repair I needed, and I'm super glad I did. They identified a second issue and repaired that as well for still less than what Ford quoted me for the single repair. 10/10 recommend. Will certainly be a repeat customer.

I've come here twice and haven't had any issues at Roland's Pennzoil so far. It's in a great location for me and the people here have been friendly. I've had an inspection done (and everything went well, no issues with that process), and more recently and oil change for my husbands car (the check engine light came on after which is odd but so far hasn't presented any issues).The shop is small and on the edge of a couple of streets, and if you plan to wait there isn't much for seating there, but otherwise they are quick and seem knowledgeable. I recommend them.

Fair price. Fastest inspection I ve ever had. Very, very incredibly honest. No upselling. Just facts. Honest hardworking shop. People are constantly in the door and out, lots of customers. Great rating. All for a reason!! Another 5 star review!

These guys are really awesome, quick, and fair! They don't overcharge you and they fix what needs to be fixed, they will tell you what else needs to be looked at if need be and let you know if you should worry about it asap or not honestly. And they don't try to pressure you into getting unnecessary things fixed. I love coming here for any repairs that need to be done

I only had second hand experience. I go to Express Auto on Franklin Street. They needed some help pressing a wheel (????) Took it to Roland's and had prompt service. I called with another problem. They were straight forward and honest. Offered fair prices. I've been through a lot of scam artists, but these guys are the real deal. Two thumbs up. I like when people don't pull punches.

Prompt, courteous, efficient service.We only found Chris by chance about a year ago, and we haven't taken either vehicle anywhere else since. I refer everyone I know to Roland's. I have found a mechanic that I can trust; they're willing to explain things in a way that I can understand without making me feel foolish; they don't suggest repairs or service that is not needed, and their price is more than fair.

Won't take my car or truck anywhere else now. Chris is personable, honest & fair. They're very reliable & have a quick turn-around time, especially for the amount of work they seem to have on their plates.

This is the worst shop I have ever visited!!! I called them last Tuesday to fix a water pump on my car! It is now a week and a day later and they still have not fixed my car everytime I call they say they are going to get it in today!! I have missed other appointments to get things done to this car. I would never recommend this shop! I only went because it is a few blocks away from the shop! A guy name Chris got frustrated with me and told me to come get my car! That is not how you conduct business at all!!! 0 STARS FOR ME

Would highly not recommend if you have only one car, I ve been waiting for my car for a full month with no updates or even a estimated price. When called they never answer. Very nice people but the customer service is very horrible.
