I have tried three times to set up my account here. First they told me they call me the next day when it processed. I go in because I got no call, and they don t even remember talking to me and they all insulted Rob the guy who helped me, saying that s where it went wrong. Unacceptable.The next day I go in and try again, they say I m not even able to set up a superior account for discounts, the opposite of what I was told the day before.Instead they set me up with an account and told me to go to firstcallonline website the next day. STILL NOTHING - they don t even have record of my email .I have no idea why I m getting a his run around from this store, or if they even know what they re doing. But I won t be going back. I ll pay more somewhere else before I ll go back here.

O`Reilly Auto Parts in Alliquippa is a welcome addition to the area. The service and courtesy of the staff make auto care alot less intimidating. Thanks for letting me know about the oil and how to care for my vehicle.

O'Reilly is my go-to for automotive parts. Their store employees are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If they don't have the part needed, they will find it or have it ordered immediately.

I really cant complain. Their customer service reps made great conversation, and they had the parts I needed. Sure it may have taken more than one trip to get everything, but with people like that behind the counter, it is enjoyable to come back.

Had a minor problem. Dealership closed on mem day. The worker thought out of the box and realized that a 2015 part was on a 2016 car. The 16 part was not correct for a 16 car. Thanks, Drew saved a major issue.

Customer service was terrific. Shout out to Cody whose help was top notch. I went in for a cabin air filter, engine air filter, and new wipers. Not only did he help make sure I got the right filters and wipers for my vehicle (allowing me to avoid flipping through those phone book-looking guides), but he walked right out to the parking lot and helped me install them - really a great experience today.

Cody was extremely kind and helpful. I went in for a simple headlight bulb, which, in my own ignorance, I couldn't even do correctly. He explained some things to me without being demeaning or rude. He even warrantied the bulb that broke due to my own fault. I never feel like competent going into auto parts stores, but this will be my go-to from now on.

I want to thank Seth at the aliquippa store. He was a Rockstar! He changed my battery on my 2016 chest malibu. It was not an easy change, but he along with a little help from another associate did it! I will definitely go back when I need auto help!

Cherish is an awesome csr. She is knowledgeable and helpful every time. It's so uncommon to find someone working at a parts store that understands what I'm asking for and even helps with tips and diagrams

I lost a brake caliper bolt on 376 on my way to doctor appointment. Stopped by advanced and auto zone with no luck. Stopped by your store and guy behind counter told me he can order and have first thing in morning. Came to get part and it was wrong. Both guys from behind counter started looking everywhere in store to find correct part and they did. Thanks again to the 2 guys that worked on Saturday morning on the 19th of feb. I appreciate you 2
