this place is great for prices and parts HOWEVER, THE SO-CALLED EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE AT NIGHTS NEED TRAINED AND RE-TRAINED ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I phoned store several times during day and spoke to same employee. He gave but mumbled his name, he was very helpful and told me to come to store to order, which I did. When I get there, there were 4 counter employees standing there, NO ONE ASK ME WHAT I NEEDED OR IF I NEEDED HELP until I walked up to counter, then 1 guy asked (cocky) what I needed. I told him I just spoke to a person there about an ORDER ITEM, he said you didn't talk to me and ask others and reluctantly they said NOPE. I had to go through whole schpill about item in which I left all info at home and had already explained to original clerk, If you need to order parts I suggest do so during the day this guy was knowledgeable and courteous

The best parts store around! Puts auto zone and advanced right in the dirt!! Not only are the parts quality, the customer service is beyond quality. Everybody is friendly and gets you exactly what you need! Also, if you are a auto body garage reading this: Deliveried parts are always prompt, quick, and delivered with a smile!! 11/10 you should be shopping for all your automotive needs at Napa.

Knowledgeble employees available to help u find what u need. Even if they have to call someone else or look n computer to match replaced parts #s. Glad I stopped n!
