From start to finish Mike made the experience a pleasant and quick one. I came in and told him I'm not one to haggle, and my time is limited. I let him know the car I was looking at and the budget I had. He was able to get me into the right car at my price point. He even went as far as changing out the antenna on the car as it did not fit in my garage with the factory antenna.He remained in constant communication with me between the time I test drove it and came to pick it up. Everything was all set up and ready to go when I arrived for pick up. Highly recommend!

Ongoing issue ive been bringing it in for a year for and get brushed off finally broke while driving to another state. Ernie lied about what the issue was and was rude. Told me they don t work on exhausts, even tho that s what was allegedly fixed last year and was brought back in for a few times as it was still loud and smelled. He said it was all rotted under my car and would all need replaced and prob run me about $3,000. Took it elsewhere where I was told something was put in backwards when my exhaust was worked on and my clamps came loose. $200 fix is a BIG difference from $3,000. I just think if you are a female and aren t educated on mechanics of cars you get taken advantage of here. There s better dealerships out there than this one. Or if you choose to go here make sure you get a second opinion somewhere else too. Not my first bad experience with Ernie either. A decade of going here and family and friends too and I will not be returning.

My service was prompt and well done.They really pay attention to detail.Even the whole car buying experience was pleasant back in 2021.Would definitely recommend going there to any of my friends, relatives, etc.

I could have taken it somewhere else and got it done for cheaper. And Bower's actually willing to work with you. The work I was pleased with and I was really pleased with that part of the process.

Surprisingly, I got a same day appointment which was much needed and I got the service that I was accustomed to getting, everything went well. The dealership seems a little "down", not a lot of cars, not a lot of people moving like it used to but the quality of service in my opinion has not gone down. Thankful for the knowledgeable technicians, nice to see some familiar faces (service manager and mechanics) and meet some new people (customer service at check in and out) as well.

Took my 23 lease Colorado in for the first oil change. The first oil change was covered and also got a replacement battery which was under warranty. Thank you for taking care of the silver fox. May you be well.

Edited to add: I took my Trax back in for, what I thought was the same issue as before. I wasn't able to pick it back up until after hours, but the tech who worked on it was still there. He took the time to breakdown every test he put it through, explained in great detail what everything meant, what he thought the issue was, even though he couldn't duplicate it, and answered all my questions. All after he had already ended his day. I was beyond impressed with the service I received.***First Review: The techs were able to diagnose the issues with my Trax in no time. I had previously taken it elsewhere numerous times with no luck. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and explained everything that was done.

I love this dealership. Always have been honest. Never over charge me on anything. The service team is grate and Ernie is the best if he tells you he going to get something done he dose. They just fix the exhaust on my 2022 blazer. Noth star was going to change me $250 to fix it. Took it to them $80 that's a $170 I save. I will keep going here no matter what

As always, my service was done in a professional and timely manner. I've had all good experiences at Miller & Son, from purchasing several vehicles, and continued routine maintenance.
