Hineman s does a great job in caring for their customers as well as their customers cars. I personally sat & listened as they explained all options and all pricing considerations. They truly care and they know their customers situations. I was very impressed.

This place is very good, when they are in doubt they will take cost off and do things to help the customer out, very quick and good at communicating everything. Highly recommend

Absolutely terrible! The lady at the counter huffed and puffed every time someone walked in, like she couldn t be bothered helping another customer. I walked away because it didn t seem like they wanted any business anyways!

I have aaa with roadside I was near the area for hinemans and when the gentleman I believe his name was Chris was extremely helpful. He even looked under the hood of the car for me. Amazing service..

Needed an emergency tow, AAA estimated a wait of 1 hours, driver was there in 15 minutes, even gave me a lift home.

Hineman's Service Center is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and fair auto service centers in the Greater Pittsburgh region (Aliquippa). I found Hineman's a year ago and am so glad I did. Their attention to detail, customer service, and willingness to repair your vehicle is unmatched. Plus, every time I have had a repair done at Hineman's, I always check both the national and Pennsylvania averages to repair the specific broken auto part. Hineman's is ALWAYS at the average costs specified on the Internet - or in most cases lower. I finally have faith in an auto repair facility to not overcharge me, fix the repair professionally and timely, and to not find "hidden" or unnecessary problems. Rich Hineman and his staff are excellent.

I came across Hineman's when my car needed towed. I spoke with 2 drivers . The first one was very helpful and informative. He was pleasant and offered me alternatives and suggestions . The second driver who actually towed my car was just as nice. He was prompt and easy going. If I had not already called my dealer , and because of the wonderful guys I met that day I would have taken my car to this garage to be repaired. Thanks for making a stressful time a little easier.

I came across Hineman's when searching for AAA garages. My personal experience is they tend to be honest, old school mechanics. I was very pleased with how everything went. They had open communication with me throughout the day about the work being done and the prices were fair. The flatbed guy was excellent!!!! They were busy & all trucks were out at the time! I just wish they would've kept me more better informed on what was going on! But the tow driver himself rates 5+ stars himself!!! The guy on the phone? Well?

I went to take my son to his soccer game today only to find that I had a flat tire. I called AAA to get it changed and they always send out Hineman's. The tech, Mike, was here in less than 20 minutes and had my spare on in probably less than 20 more minutes. He was very kind, professional and quick. Anytime I've had Hineman's come they've been great.

I just recently had my car towed by Hineman's Automotive Service. The service was quick and easy. The distance of my tow was 40 miles, so I was very happy that Hineman's was able to assist me. Several tow company's in the area were not willing to travel such a far distance. Thank you Hineman's.

I have been a customer of Hineman's for close to 25 years. I am extremely pleased with the service and care given to all of my vehicles. The owner, Rich Springer, Darla and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up!

I have taken my Toyota highlander in to Rich at Hineman's for a timing belt replacement and for an ABS issue. Both times the work was performed on time and for a lot less than what the Toyota dealership had quoted me. Will definitely send more of my auto work their way.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I had my vehicle towed the saturday before Labor Day over to my repair shop. I gave AAA the correct address and also confirmed it with the driver. The driver said he would put the keys in the drop box there, because he was familiar with the place.I called the repair shop on wednesday to check on the status of the vehicle's repairs only to find out that they didn't have my car there?! I called Hineman's back and they said they dropped it off at the correct place and verified thee address, so I have the repair shop review their security footage during the time frame that it would have been dropped off just to confirm. Whelp, it was NEVER dropped off! So at this point, no one knows where my car is and it has been missing for nearly 4 DAYS!!!I called AAA and flipped out and about 30 minutes later I get a call from the repair shop stating that they found my vehicle, at the WRONG REPAIR SHOP in COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TOWN (Never once apologizing)!!! They said because it was later in the day and the repair shop was closed they won't be able to get the keys from them and haven't it towed over to the correct place, but promised to have it done first thing in the morning.10:30 am the following day, I call the repair shop it was left at in error, to confirm that it had been picked up. To my utter amazement, IT WAS STILL THERE!!! So I in turn call Hineman's AGAIN, to see what the heck they are doing and come to find out, they "FORGOT ALL ABOUT IT, but they'll send someone right over" Still an apology was NEVER offered!So in conclusion to my "Emergency Road Side Service Call" it took 6 days to get my vehicle towed from my house to a repair shop about 12 miles away!!! (Needless to say, I was out of a vehicle way longer than I needed to be because of their negligence. I will never get any vehicle serviced here and if I have to use AAA again, I will insist that they send a different company to my aid. WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

Couldnt simply get an O2 sensor put on due to not purchasing the part from them. It is an OEM part but didnt seem to make a difference. There are a lot of options for where to take your car for service. I recommend taking your car somewhere else where they want your business

Called this place to schedule an emissions & inspection, and whoever answered the phone sounded like one of the most miserable people I've ever spoken to. If they can't speak professionally on the phone, then chances are they don't work like professionals. I asked if they had an opening on saturday and they said "No, uh uh" and that was it. Didn't offer any other times or ask what they could do for me. Will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.
