This business deserves zero stars! Personal they need to be taken to court, but that clearly isn t my decision to make. My sister took her vehicle here for some auto body work after she was in an accident.It took this garage OVER 6 months to get my sister s vehicle fixed only for her to pick the vehicle up in horrible condition. Over spray paint splattered all over her mirror and door, foot prints on her seats, nuts and bolts left everywhere. The condition was totally unacceptable, so a request was made that the garage have the vehicle detailed. The garage agreed, but instead of taking the vehicle to a professional detail shop the garage decided to do it themselves. Need less to say the over spray paint is still all over the vehicle. Long story short I would save yourself the stress, tears and time by going somewhere else!!!!!!!!

I got my Toyota Yaris inspected at Fred's not even a month ago. They had told me they fixed my AC (which was still broken afterward) and charged me $300+ for that and inspection/emissions. They told me I needed several other things done in other shops for it to pass inspection, i.e. some lights fixed, parts welded, and my exhaust was leaking. I took my car to another garage today, only to find out that two softball size holes were in my rear frame, which Fred's DID NOT bother to tell me about and STILL charged me $300, despite the fact that I now need a new car. For the love of God, do not take your car here; the work is very subpar, they clearly miss obvious things, and they blatantly frauded me and put my life in danger. If you want a reliable mechanic, do not go to Fred's.

The service at Fred's Auto is top notch. They are honest and reliable. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else and I highly recommend them!

Fred, Darryl, Don, and Kathy were great to work with. They were honest n what I needed n helped me prioritize what needed done. Also it was cheaper than what I thought needed done so I appreciated that too!!! These guys are the real deal! Drove all the way from Washington county because they re the only ones I trust!!! THANKS DARRYL!!

Fred's Auto is simply the best in the area. Head Mechanic Jesop's expertise and skills have kept the wheels turning on my vehicles for over 2 decades now!! I do my my best to break them, but Jesop and Fred's are always there to get me back on the road!!

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had when getting my car fixed!! Every one was so nice. The mechanic and especially Fred. Even before I made my appointment, the office manager was so nice on the phone. I am so happy I chose to come here and am relieved to know that I now "have a mechanic" that I will always be happy to take my cars to!!

Great pricing. Desiree at the front desk was very helpful and knew what she was talking about when it came to my repairs. They can help you out with just about anything instead of going to a dealership. So that's already a ton of help. It's nice that they're a little cool and they seem to get pretty good business at least when I've been around.

Great shop. Friendly, helpful staff. It s nice to find a small business with fair prices that doesn t try anything shady just because you re not a local. I highly recommend this business.
