3 attempts to get the alignment correct on one vehicle and its still not right. One the 2md vehicle, they installed 2 different size tires, also claimed I needed new struts to paddle inspection. Took it to the dealership and simply told them to put on new struts. Dealership called back and asked why. They said absolutely nothing wrong in any way but informed me about the different tire sizes. Has yet to be seen if they are going to take care of that. They also Don't understand the concept of properly balancing wheels. Lots of weights used. They told me I'm wrong then I told them to remove the tires, spin them on the rim then remount to eliminate the need for truly excessive weight. They are either incompetent or dishonest. Either way, never dealing with them again. That's 3 strikes... oh, I forgot, they messed up the under cover, zip tied it back together and said nothing

This is the best local tire and inspection locality in Beaver County. (Center twp)All that work there are exceptional howevermentioning Mike and John for my encounter today.They back their tires and do so much more beyond that!!Personally know customers and are reasonable in pricing.Thanks all!!

This place is a rip off. I have no idea how they are even three stars. First off they started by failing my girlfriend s car for inspection stating she needed four new tires. It was even written on the paperwork. Then I drove up there being that the tires were only 6 months old and less than 10k miles, then they back peddled saying that it was just a suggestion that they weren t all bad. We came to the determination that 1 tire was actually borderline bad. Told me to replace the tire and they will put the sticker on. Turns out that after we returned for the sticker they disposed of our paperwork and we have to get a new inspection. Pay a second time while we re holding the receipt and paperwork they gave us! Incredible! Then when I asked for a manager the kid at the desk taunted me calling names and had the nerve to say it s not our fault you don t take care of your vehicle . I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I m also calling the consumer protection agency as recommended from an attorney. BEWARE!

At least they take walk-ins. But don't expect a walk-in to be speedy (obviously).With my old Chevy, they broke off a door handle and neither told me about it nor replaced it. Lately, every time I've gone in, they've run my battery all the way out and charged me 4 figures. They ran the battery out on my old car also, which left me unable to start the car in their parking lot when picking it up after hours more than once. I get the sense that they push you exactly as far as you'll go when it comes to charging for work to "pass inspection," especially if they can tell you don't know as much about vehicles as they do, or you're desperate to get the work done. I honestly wonder if they train their guys to up-sell.

Best tire shop in the county. They even beat Costco's tire prices!! It's a one stop shop! They do it all with the exception of body work. Mike and Scott are great! (21 year customer.)

DO NOT GO HERE! Incompetent is me putting it nicely. I had the worse experience of my life. I was forced to call the Better Business Bureau (which i strongly suggest everyone who has had a bad experience in doing so).After filing a complaint, one of their suggestions was to contact an attorney. They are going to respond to this post and play it off as they are in the right somehow but thank god for interior camera.

I remember back to my airline days when I worked as a flight attendant. You can make 1000+ people happy but then there is that one person that is generally miserable in life and that is the person that took the time to write a negative letter to the company. It's a shame when we have a great experience that we don't take the time to post accolades!! I recently purchased new tires and had my car inspected at Center Exit Tire. Unbelievable customer service, quick and timely and very very GREAT pricing. I could not be happier with the wonderful caring service I received. Scott....kudos to you and your staff!!! I appreciate nice people and quality service!

I went here on December 2nd to get my car inspected. I paid $166.43 for the inspection and oil change. They told me I would have to get a new tire because my ONE tire wouldn't pass. Meanwhile, all 4 tires were replaced all at the same time. Told them we had to go out of town they never stated we only had a time frame to have the inspection. We went there today to have them out another sticker on the guy who came out was very unprofessional said you are 15 days past your inspection we threw your papers away. You will now have to pay for a whole new inspection. When he was told we were not told that we had a time frame he said not my problem. Not my fault you don't take care of your vehicle. Worst place around. They are a bunch of scammers to screw hard working people over.

I got my tires replaced here and also my breaks. It was short notice but they were able to get me in quick and fix my car and make it drivable again. Guy at the desk was very helpful and my car was done sooner than expected. Great work and I thank you all again!

SCAM..I took my Chevy Truck up there to get a part on the driver side fixed. They ended up replacing almost the whole entire front end and it didn't even need it. they just threw parts on and hoped it would be fixed They charged me $1100 and they didn't even fix it. I took it back and they had it for a whole week I called 2 different days and couldnt get ahold of anyone. Come to find out it was just sitting not being worked on. If they wanna make it right with me, they know how to get ahold of me. If not, I will do what I gotta do.

I'm a car guy. I know cars pretty well. Been wrenching on my own vehicles for 45 years. When something comes up that I can't handle, these guys can. They're knowledgeable, fair and honest. They go the extra mile to help people. Can't say enough good about them.

My car smelled like ciggarette smoke when I picked it up. I was so nauseas and allergic hives to my face started .My car didnt seem to drive any better after 1000.00 of work

I've gone here twice to have my air conditioner fixed. Both times I've been charged $250 for what they did to try and find the issue. So now I've spent $500 on my air conditioner that still doesn't work. Basically you're paying for trial and error over and over until they finally know what the issue is. Pretty crazy. I won't be returning. If the next car shop fixes this problem first try, I know I was scammed by center exit tire.

DO NOT GO HERE! They lie and then laugh in your face when you confront them! It is not just me- check the amount of 1 star reviews- speaks for itself! I had a nail in my tire, they said it could not be replaced since it was on the wall of the tire. Left my car, came back, and went on my way. 3 days later I noticed the nail was still in my tire. They replaced the wrong tire. Had to stay home from work to take it back over. They said that nobody specified which tire needed replaced and that they changed the one with the lowest tire pressure. LIARS! The guy was in the parking lot looking at the car with me and said it needed replaced. This was a complete lie. They did not even apologize - instead said "Mistakes happen" and laughed at me. They knew exactly what they did- they fixed the wrong tire so I would get another new tire. It is a very big mistake to mess with someone's car. What if I was far from home and my car broke down because of this? Dishonest and arrogant. Do not go here.

Only place I know locally that can service custom wheels and tires .Had a nail in tire ,they did a great job with that repair and I had a rotation done aswell .When I got my vehicle back there was damage to one of wheels and a stud was damaged. 7 spline lugs not supposed to remove or install them with an impact . When I brought all these issues to there attention all heard was excuses ,they did not want to assume any responsibility even tho I brought my vehicle in with no issues or damage . I meticulously clean my wheels and tires so I know if they are damaged or not , they were perfectly fine before they handled them .I was in and out of there shop so they could look at everything ,last I heard they would look at they cameras. Never heard a word from them after that . Watch out for insults from management, they don't put the same value of your property as you do .Check your vehicle before you leave !Service: Tire rotations

I'm not a miserable person, I post fair reviews good and bad. The experience I have is they lie to you about tires you need for your car. I took my car for a second opinion, and they basically tried to get me to buy things I didn't need. Buyer beware.

Group of extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Made appointment for 1:00, but had to drop my car off around 9, figured I d pick up around 3:00. At 12:00 they called me and said my car was already done. They had the time so they went ahead and inspected it. This was great because I just happened to have a ride to go pick it up. Now I had my car back way earlier than expected so I was able to go get some stuff done.

Brought my 2015 Mustang GT for two front tire exchange, when I left there was compound all over each each rim (I cleaned the compound off before taking pictures). As you can see in picture 3, there is old 3M tape residue from the weights and some scratches that'll need buffed out!I do realize this isn't Ford or a high-end shop, but I do wish they would of cleaned up the mess of compound residue and at least used black wheel weights.Overall, not terrible service, just wish they would pay more attention to detail on Muscle and Sports cars.

DO NOT GET CAR FIXED HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!Took my car in for an oil change and state inspection, asked for them to check ac because it was not working. They ended up vacuuming it and recharging it and adding a dye to find a leak. Without telling me or calling to confirm price was okay. $275. It stopped working two days after but I did not have the money to take back right away. Recently I took it back and the uv was not seen, so they ran a diagnostic test on the ac $104 and added more refrigerant $40 they then told me the test showed no leak and no issue with my compressor. They wanted to just end it there and charge me for the test and more refrigerant with no fix to the issue. I asked them to check the air filter, assuming they did the first visit before charging me $275 for a leak test and assuming they did this time before running a $104 diagnostic test. They did not check air filter at all. They found ants and ant eggs in my engine air filter, so basically when I asked them to check air filter they checked the engine air filter not the cabin air filter, they checked the filter that has nothing to do with the AC. So in total I was charged $475 for absolutely nothing being solved. I definitely feel scammed and taken advantage of.I do not recommend going to this shop.

They get no stars from me. They are scammers. Do not go to this place. They pretended to fix my car and charged me $500 and never fixed it. The lights came back on. They will charge you for work that they did even tell you they were going to do. They said they tell you the cost after it's done as if you have unlimited funds and then they don't even fix the real issue. They threaten to have your car "dumped' if you can't pay the magic number they come up with after ruining your vehicle. Stay far away. This business needs shut down.

I would give them five if they could figure out their timing. Three stars because the quality of service is good and the customer service is also great. But they constantly over promise and under deliver. If they say an hour it ll be 2. Every time I chose to stay and not come back for the vehicle it takes considerably longer. The pricing is mid range not the highest or cheapest in the area but they seem to always have stock even for odd sizes. 6 years I have been going here and still wish they could sort out their timing and provide a reasonable expectation for their customers. Easier to navigate proper expectations than to over promise just to get the business and leave the customer with a bad taste when they leave.

I called Center Tire about 35 minutes before they closed for the day not too long ago because I had a large piece of metal sticking out of my tire. They took my car in and put on a used tire even though they were working on other cars. My car did not get a head of any one else's but they worked over to take care of my issue. I work in Monaca but live in Lawrence County and will be moving my business to them for their courtesy, professionalism and prompt action. I couldn't be more impressed with them and thank them for their help!Service: Tires

I took my business car here for an oil change and to get a diagnosis for the check engine light that was on. The oil was changed super quick but the mechanic told me it was still under manufacturer warranty and they wouldn t be able to work on whatever the issue was, I d have to take it to the dealership. He was honest with me and said it didn t make sense to charge me $90ish to diagnose it when he can t do the work. He could have made a quick buck but displayed integrity and gave me the best advice. I appreciated that. Also, the other workers in there who I interacted with were all pleasant as well. I ll definitely go back here for oil changes at least.Service: Oil change

I love that they are always honest and willing to go out of their way to help me out. I also appreciate greatly that they don't try to scam me because I'm a woman (unlike another place I used to go). One time, they even refused to do work on an old car of mine because they told me my car wasn't worth the price of the repairs. So, instead of making a quick buck to uselessly fix it, they advised me to get a new vehicle (which I later found out was in fact the best advice they could have given me). DO NOT GO HERE! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to get a tire replaced because it had a screw in it and they changed the wrong tire! Unbelievable considering I pointed to the tire and the screw on the back left tire and when I got the car back, the front right tire was changed! The equivalent to needing surgery on your right knee and the doctor replacing you left shoulder. When confronted about the mistake they stated "Mistakes happen" and did not compensate me for the hours I sat and waited for my car to be fixed. They should rename the business to Center Exit Mistake. Not the way to run a business - never going back and spreading the word of this "mistake" that could have landed me a flat tire miles from home if I didn't catch it.Service: Tires

I have been using them for years (6-10) and have always been happy with the service. They are friendly staff and efficient. Always do the work needed and my car has done well. Hard to find a good mechanic you can trust.
