Friendly and knowledgeable . They always seem to have a smile on their faces.. This is my go to store always.. I know my way around the toolbox and some other places will belittle the customer if they themselves either have the knowledge or if it s a first timers first set of wipers their always there to help

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. What I thought was impressive was the employees were communicating with each other. They worked together to help me make the right choice for my issue. Excellent work ethics!! Especially when I'm a novice and trying to save money doing the job myself.

The employees are always knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all patient. They helped me figure out I only needed a small part instead of a new car. The store is always clean and smells good. Great job Aliquippa Auto Zone!

Never order anything from autozone unless you want your parts all busted up i order a car battery on Saturday came here all busted up at the bottom

Very dismissive staff. Three associates one of which was a manager passed by me at the register without greeting. Waited until the manager came back and cashed me out. Disappointing as O'Reilley's is down the block.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Tyler. He was very easy to talk to and helpful!!! I will recommend everyone in the area to this location. I m extremely grateful for him. In the day and age we live in where people complain about everything, I wanted to take the time to give credit where it s due.THANK YOU TYLER, YOU ROCK!!

Staff was very friendly and courteous. When I walked in the 1st thing I noticed was how clean and shiny the store was. I wish allstores could model after this store that I was just in then shopping would be a much better experience

I sometimes go here it's not to bad with customer service accept today. I stood waiting to pay for 2 items for 10 minutes while one was busy with another customer and 2 others kept me waiting cause they was busy behind the wall. I left my products and went to Advanced Auto. Today was worst service they knew I was there one employee said just a minute I waited 4 minutes.

I'm a truck driver from south Mississippi and I was in Aliquppai, PA on 4/12/16 delivering a load and got to customer and found I had a broke radiator hose clamp.So I Called this store to see if they had one to fit and they did then I was trying to find away to get there to pick it up. I found a taxi but they said it would be a little bit before they could take me there it was about 8:20 pm so I called the store back and asked if they would wait on me if I couldn't make there by 9 or if I could pay for the clamp over the phone and the guy put it outside for me. It was pretty chilly and I wouldn't be able to run my heat without the clamp and this super nice young man named John asked me what the address was to where I was at and my phone number so I told him and he brought me the clamp after he got off work is his personal car and on his time and wouldn't even let me pay for the clamps or gas or nothing. I'm not sure if he understands how much I appreciate what he did or not but I am so thankful for his kindness. Thank you again John

wait was longer then needed to be on Sunday, everytime I call in I am on hold at least 10 minutes, only good part about store is 90% of time parts in stock. plus cant use reward points if you dont have your auto zone card. so over all a 1 star only

Very helpful and knowledgeable! I went in to have the check engine light checked and have my battery tested. Got the parts identified by the trouble codes for a pretty reasonable price. Now to see if that fixes the problems I'm having. Thank for the help AutoZone!

Horrible customer service, they have sold me so many wrong car parts and they don t make it a priority to help you find what you need. Then once you do, they ignore the register so your standing in line for about 15-20mins before being checked out. (Was an issue way before Covid even hit.)

Best place in town to get parts, even if they do not have it in stock they look it up in the catalogs or internet and try to find it for me. They even try to cross reference numbers, this is how a loyal customer is built. Great customer service, even when they are busy they keep people moving along.

The Manager on this day was absolutely horrible to his employee, right in front of me (THE CUSTOMER) !!! He made me feel uncomfortable. My transaction was unprofessional !
