Awesome store, o e of the best I've been in. Larry (I believe) was very attentive and helped out. Missy, the manager, was also very pleasant even as she trained a new store associate. She assisted Larry several times w my transaction while still effectively training. Great job to the team at this Advance. Highly recommend for your parts needs!!!

Went there this morning. The man behind the counter is lazy. I told him I need a bottle of this ( held up empty coolant container). He said it's over on that wall. Couldn't take the time to try and assist me. Refused to help me when I asked if he could help me put it in . I left and went across the street to AUTO ZONE. Great customer service, 3$ less expensive for the same product, employees treated me like a queen and filled my coolant for me. Great customer service! Big difference.

But I went in there looking for a turn signal bulb I was unsure of which one you get. It looks like they no longer have a book that you can come through to find the bald or any bald that you need. One of the guys working was more than helpful when he came over at me if I need any help and took care of me to the best of his ability and succeeded. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to the store

Went in for the oil change special, it was $29.99, assistant helped me get the oil and filter for 1st car, but said didn't have the oil for my 2nd car (0w 20) in a 5qt container...I went back and saw 1 qt bottles (same exact oil) so I said I'd take 5 (1 qt) bottles since they were out of 5 qt bottle....they refused to honor the oil change special and said it must be in the 5qt bottle...they offered another oil chance special which was a higher price....I'd like to say they were polite and friendly to me but it's the principle that they had the 5qts but did not honor the advertisement.....went to auto zone directly across the street and got the same product at the same price....

Extremely friendly and attentative staff, but I left without buying what I walked in for because the oil I use (high mileage Pennzoil) was almost $8 for a quart, which is double the price of what I pay for it at Kmart or any non-auto store. Decent windshield wipers were mostly $20 and up, and so they lost a sale on that as well. Very disappointing prices overall. I left without buying anything.

Worst experience ever. Staff was rude and management was worse. We have been buying parts for 20 years and were told there was no record of any purchases ever. Management then proceeded to say that warranties are not honored. Customer support verified that their system purges after 2 years. There is no communication between stores. If you purchase anything, take a picture of your receipt or you won't have a warranty.

High prices and boring set. In the car world you have to get excited like you have to be screaming in the store because you are in the store. Automotive people are quite crazy about cars. There is not a single thing in that store that excited me. It's great if you need a part. Go to the counter like a zombie and keep repeating the part until it lands in your hand then just give them all your money and run out of the store with your big tail between your legs.

I have pulled engines and rebuild them, restored cars, and fixed everything mechanical you can imagine. Changing my windshield wiper blades is pretty easy, but for the life of me I couldn t find ones that fit at advance. I did what no car guy ever wants to do, I asked for help at the counter. They found the Very special wipers that I could not find and made sure that I was able to get them installed. Most importantly, they didn t laugh and point at me, LOL.

Always impressed with the crew at Advance. Kenneth H saved me a few bucks by suggesting a special tool over replacement parts. Doing what's right for your customer. I like that Thanks!!

Aliquippa a store employee was completely lost. Had to go to Monaca store to get the correct parts. I've been a commercial customer for 25 years. Switching to Napa

I will never buy anything at this place again. If I have to walk 50 miles to a autozone I will. So bought a trans for my truck $2000, it went bad less than a month later. Said was my fault because I didn't change oil cooler. . I did, I put 2 on it. But because I didn't have pics they wouldn't replace it so another $2000. I am a ASE certified mechanic. Bought life time warranty shocks, bad in n less than year. Sensors and a bunch of other stuff bad in months. The kicker is now a alternator I bough Nov 10 went bad in 2 weeks. Nobody will take responsibility for it!!!

I went in for a battery 2 hours before close. It s really cold but getting colder the next few days but I could tell the battery I had wouldn t make it as it already started giving me problems.The salespeople hesitated when I asked for a battery and installation. They did look up the information and said there is a battery in stock but the recommendation is for a premium battery and I should look for that but it s my decision. I admittedly know nothing about cars, but I drive an Elantra. There is nothing premium about that car but I left because I didn t want someone installing it that wasn t willing to do it right.I m get not wanting to be outside in weather this cold, but that is part of the job. I went to a competitor and purchased the same battery and was given excellent service.

Worst customer service ever, I came into the store vs auto zone across the street expecting better customer service but I was wrong. They wouldn t even help me find the battery I needed and no help as to what exactly I should be looking for.

Working out of town and have a commercial account registered at a different location. Home location who I had on the phone during this transaction priced out some tail light bulbs at $2.50 a box. This location priced the same box of bulbs at $27.00. Manager at this Broadhead location had no desire to price match or offer any other options. Auto Zone across the street was happy to price match the Mckeesport Advance. After 25 years of Advance business, I am done. Many other options available to the consumer.

The salesman that waited on me struggled with finding an oil filter and oil. It was extremely frustrating! If i was getting parts for a more time consuming project i would have definitely left and shopped somewhere else.

This company almost always has what I need, when I need it. If not, they are willing to order the parts. The staff is Very helpful and informative. They know what they are doing.

This store is one of the distributors for the other stores in the area. Because of this, they have many more things stocked than the other stores around. Makes doing work on cars a much easier experience.

Go across the street to AutoZone. The girl who works at this location is more concerned with the food she's putting in her mouth than trying to help customers. I ended up quietly walking out annoyed

It's a nice place to go get your parts for your car that you need or any vehicle but it's also better to order your stuff online it's way cheaper and then you just pick it up.

Must of the employees don't know anything about cars, shame on AAP for poor/none training. They don't even want to take the time to look up for parts in catalogs, really? That's how you gain/keep customers. No more AAP for me, Auto Zone or NAPA get my business for a while now.

I don't know it just seems like people be miserable so I go in there ask about a product and it felt like the guy looked at me like I was an idiot then I go to exchange because online mess up instead of trying to help you push it off to someone else I'm just tired of people who work but hate their jobs so it seems overall Advance Auto has the parts and things needed for my car so it is what it is but sure enough will try to go to another Advance Auto Part every chance I get now I'm not saying everyone in that stores like that but my first time being there didn't feel warm and welcoming

Everyone is friendly to talk to. Subtracting a start because the warehouse keeps sending broken parts. Not the store fault but still a PITA when trying to get a car fixed fast.
