From service to parts, this place is top notch. Tom and his guys definitely know their stuff. Their Cummins tech figured out an electronic issue that plagued me for almost a year. Had a few minor slip-ups with repairs over the years, but they were taken care of promptly and professionally. Rates are relatively reasonable. Parts prices and availability are pretty good too. I ve limped my truck home with baler twine and duct tape a few times, just to get it in here. Thanks guys!!

Highly recommend. I arrived in the morning at 11 am, quickly found the problem and by 6 pm I was already on the road! And they got a fair price. Good service

I bought some Weapon Shield Solvent from Watt's online. I received my order and unfortunately I was sent oil. I called and they sent me the correct item no questions asked. It unfortunately arrived leaking and just about empty. I called and Jon in parts sent out the solvent the same day. We all make mistakes and these people owned up to it and took great care of me!! If I still had my old R Model I'd drive the 350 miles to have them work on it. Good people!!Jon

As a small business owner. (Owner/operator), I would highly recommend Watts Mack to anyone looking for parts, service, or towing. They have helped me out enormously to keep my business rolling, and my truck on the road. From the delivery specialist, to the parts counter personnel, to the mechanics, account, and service writers. You couldn't ask for better service. A important valve for my air system, fail on my truck. Barry in parts had the replacement valve within 3 hours, of me calling. Tom in the shop scheduled me in for an emergency repair, that same day. Had me operational and underway in under 3 hours. You will be hard pressed to find, better service...

Not a customer never bought anything from this company , however I stopped in because my vehicle was smoking and needed antifreeze it also had a busted hose. I asked for help I didn't know what to do I spoke to the most kind people i have ever come across. My husband and I was treated with the utmost respect from the people that was there they did everything that they could to help us and did it with a smile I will be forever grateful I highly recommend this company. Thank you

Had to pu a couple of fuel filters on my way home ( bad fuel I guess ) Employees were great ang friendly. Would recomend this shop to anyone in the area

Good , honest service. I'm not one for change but I was a first time customer yesterday to have a enhanced inspection done on a vehicle. The mechanic was honest and didn't try to pull any bs like a lot of shops now days.

Great place to get your semi worked on the only part that takes so long is waiting on parts and if they find something wrong with your truck that you didn't know about they call and ask before fixing it so there is no surprise charges
