I stopped in here to get some drinks and snacks one day while passing through.They had a great selection of drinks and snacks. The store was clean and well organized which made it easy to find what I am looking for.They also have made to order selections which are a nice change over other gas stations that dont have much to choose from.

Talk about a great meal on the go Temporary rest stop and charging station Thank you Sheetz the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. My phones, stomach, and state of mind needed that

I am giving this Sheetz store 5 stars because i have visited a numerous Sheetz stores, and i like bratwurst hot dogs. And believe it or not, this store was the second one where they were able to make hot dog which is not falling apart and you need only one napkin for your lips after eating it.Thank you!

Very good made-to-order food, very convenient for quick shopping trips, frequent deals, friendly employees, and the only gas station with clean bathrooms. There's a reason why, when I moved back from Utah, Sheetz was the first place I wanted to visit.

Bathrooms are clean, store is somewhat clean. Staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. They act like the customers are an inconvenience. Gave the wrong food and didn't want to fix the problem. Probably will make my next stop at a different convenient store in that area.

I usually end up here on my way out of Pittsburgh. I've always had a fine experience. It's a clean store with a kind staff. The other day I watched them manage a swarm of orders from a local schools sports team in record time. They definitely deserve a higher rating than they have.

Sheetz stores are always clean... Countertops at soda machines, by coffee makers & food ordering/pick up areas. The floors are always swept & clean too. I have never been in a Sheetz in PA or WV that wasn't clean & didn't have friendly help. I'll choose you guys every time I can!

The staff is really nice, the MTO food came out hot and fast, but was missing bacon...that i paid extra for and there was a hair in my egg). The store is freezing cold (like 'take your breath away cold') and the bathroom was disgusting. The doors were gross, the floors were wet, one toilet was clogged, and all three toilets were disgusting and gross.

I hate to say it, I didn t expect much as far as food wise from sheetz, but to be so salty I could eat it, worst food I ever got from a sheetz in my life

Ehh...$40 for 4 meals okay good deal....get home and my sons burrito fell apart with the first bite. The chicken on my sandwich was oddly tough and the top bun was hard as a rock, rather difficult to eat and very unsatisfying.

Sheetz has certain operating standards that are company-wide. This location appears up to Sheetz standards regarding cleanliness, product availability and customer service.

One of the best Sheetz around.Service is always good, food is hot and fresh, and is usually ready very quickly.Bathrooms are usually clean as well

The one thing that ALWAYS keeps us coming to Sheetz is their clean restrooms and fresh coffee. I travel often and have never been disappointed in the cleanliness of the restrooms...until tonight. I visited the Sheetz in New Alexandria and the restrooms were filthy. Toilet paper, paper towel and other debris all over the restroom floor and sinks were a disgusting mess. As a mom with a pre-school, I couldn't even let her get her own soap for fear of getting drenched leaning on the sink to reach.This Sheetz needs to get with the program in regards to the cleanliness of the rest of the company. This Sheetz just made our list of places not to go!

Third time they forgot the nacho cheese they are fast and the foods good but they constantly forget sauce and nacho cheese

The worst service ever!!!! The staff was very rude!!!! I was asking her about my order because I had the wrong order and she kept ignoring me.

Ordered mini hash browns and paid for them but never got them and didn t even see till I got home. Disappointed with the service the bathroom mess and parking area was a mess as well. Probably won t be back
