Just bought a 2011 Prius from Sam s. It was a 1 owner and has been very well taken care of. Alianna is a complete sweetheart and answers any questions you may have. The guys in the shop were super nice as well, even though my four year old was throwing a fit (kids, right?) In ALL honesty, this was the EASIEST it has ever been for me to buy a car, especially my first hybrid car. I never thought I d be driving a Prius but gas is expensive and I needed something that was super easy on gas because of driving for work. I absolutely love my new to me car!

I purchased my first electric vehicle (PHEV) at Sam's last August and wanted to see how the first few months went before giving my review. I have to say Sam's Auto was so great. They were friendly, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They made everything easy during a stressful time. Victor made sure the car came with a brand new fob and charger for me and Aliana helped me get tax credit for purchasing an EV even though it was not something she had done before, she took the time to figure it out for us. I was so impressed and really felt that was above and beyond. The car is driving great, we love it and plan to return to Sam's when it is time for maintenance and repairs.

We love Sam's! My partner and I each have a 2005 Prius. Sam has kept them running strong. Every time my car needs a repair he is honest and does his best to get me the best price. He has always honored his warranties. Aliyana at the front desk is a great communicator. I would highly reccommend Sam's to any hybrid or electric vehicle owner.

Sam s Auro made it easier for me to buy a car than upgrading my cell phone.This place is awesome. They left me alone while I looked around at their cars and they let me test drive without someone even coming along. They also gave me the ok to have my own personal mechanic inspect it. The car I got was a great price and the transaction was super smooth. Thank you so much! I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone looking for a car.

Had a great car buying experience at Sam's Auto. We arrived shortly after opening. I had already done my research on the car and was able to take it for a test drive within 10 minutes, no one tagging along or pressuring me on the sale. I liked the vehicle, the paperwork was started and Sam recommended Members 1st for financing. The loan process was simple and pain free. I was happy with the loan terms and had a check well before Sam's closed for the day, everything was in order, off to the notary and I was able to take the car home the same day.Really happy with the fair pricing. The staff was professional and efficient; Sam runs his shop and auto dealership well. If you are in the market for a replacement vehicle and really dread the back and forth negotiations and fluff just go to Sam's Auto and skip all that hassle. Thanks Sam!

We just bought a 2011 prius yesterday. We test drove 3 of them. They have a lot of used priuses. No pressure sales which is nice. I'd recommend them for a vehicle. Cars are clean and a good value for the condition that they are in. Some cars had scratches but the prices reflect the damage.UPDATE: Purchased a 2nd Prius about a month ago and it runs great! Still have the 2011 (Currently at 250k - was 160k when purchased)And it hasn't had any major problems since purchase. I just wish that used cars weren't so high right now but unfortunately with the economy in the state it's at it is what it is. Looking forward to a long life with the 2nd prius too. When my son is ready to purchase a car I'll be checking the inventory to see what's available. Keep up the good work!

I purchased a 2012 hybrid Honda two months ago and have driven it extensively. The entire process was the easiest I ve ever experienced. I have had no problems with the car. Plus it s fuel efficient and fun to drive! I would purchase from them again.

I have a Chevy Tahoe and my Hybrid battery needed to be replaced. I called Sam s Auto because the Manager at a local auto parts store said he is the BEST mechanic in the area and works on hybrid vehicles. Sam and his ENTIRE STAFF are true professionals and know exactly what needs to be done on your vehicle.Customer service and expert mechanics are important to me, especially when it is a major repair and Sam s Auto is second to none on both points. Not only do they have the BEST service in Lancaster county, they actually understand and care about the customer. The team SAVED me THOUSANDS of dollars. Sam s Auto has a customer for life and really deserves a 10 STAR RATING!

Bought 2 cars from Sam and that was a great experience years ago. Recently my van needed work and they were able to get to it and complete the job. Great price and great experience. Highly recommend Sam if you want someone who is fair and legit.

I have bought several used cars at Sam s Auto over the years, one used Prius lasted me to 280,000 miles! Sam and his team are top notch mechanics also, with fair prices. I highly recommend Sam s Auto!

I had a great experience! I came in as a single woman and did NOT feel like I was getting ripped off! Sam was honest about the car and agreed on a reasonable price and even fixed an issue I pointed out right then and there! Friendly carsalesman that gave me my space to look at the car myself instead of being right beside me hovering over me!

I bought an '09 Prius from Sam about 2 years ago and she's still running better than expected. I ran into a few issues along the way but Sam helped me out. I'll definitely be back for my next Prius!

I've just had my first experience at Sam's Auto; I can honestly say it was fantastic. Sam is a great and helpful person. It was a quick and easy car-buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car (esp. Prius!).

My husband was interested in buying a Prius from Sam's Auto, but when he asked to test drive one, they told him he could only drive it if he filled up the tank with gas! I don't know if this was an act of discrimination/racism or just bad salesmanship, but it was shocking. They obviously weren't interested in our business.

Appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. Allowed us to take our time to think through options carefully. Sales team and mechanics were friendly and helpful. We compared a number of cars at Sam s along with a variety of other dealers. Sam s pricing is fair, and it seems they care about treating customers well.

i bought a used truck from Sams auto and it had low miles and is in great shape. I realized the stereo antenna was missing and I called Sam, and they ordered the parts and installed the new antenna. I am very happy with my purchase from Sams Auto. They have nice used vehicles, reasonable priced, specialize in hybrids and have a professional garage to service your vehicles.

I went to Sam s last month looking for a roomy car with great gas mileage. I didn t think I would find one. I found a Prius V, test drove it, and bought it that day! It had a chip in the windshield, so he ordered a new windshield and replaced it 2 days later. I traded in my old car, got a great deal on the Prius, and left that day with a car in great condition for way less money than I thought I would spend. The customer service was great and the test drive was easy. They just gave us the keys and let us go on our own. They made my car buying experience very quick and easy and I love my car!

Sam's Auto is great! I bought an older Prius, 2009, and it is in very good condition. Their knowledge of hybrids and electric cars is well known and well deserved. And they are just very friendly, helpful people. Highly recommended!

Incredible customer service! I could not be happier with the buying process. They gave me a great deal for my trade-in and a fair price overall! They were very knowledgeable and transparent and I'm very satisfied with my 2011 Prius. Highly recommend!

Sam is very knowledgeable about Toyota Prius'. He prices each vehicle fairly and offers a very reasonable 6 month warranty on the Hybrid batteries. Sam was very helpful in assisting us, he wasn't 'pushy' and it was apparent speaking with him that he works hard to maintain an honest business supplying quality second-hand vehicles. I don't typically trust dealers, but it was clear that Sam works with integrity and backs a good product. I would more than happily recommend him to others. An additional bonus is that Sam offers competitive rates for ongoing servicing and repairs, we will definitely keep coming back to him as we know he will look after us and our car.*Edit 5/9/16: Since writing this review some warning lights came on in the car out of the blue. We called Sam and he had us straight back in to sort it out. It took a couple of goes, but he stuck at it until a solution was found. He didn't charge us for the work and did a great job. Very professional.

Ali showed & provided keys to test drive 3 of their used cars...she is a friendly & helpful employee... I might have bought the 2012 Honda Insight they have for sale, but the price was almost $2000 above retail value per N.A.D.A. A $300 price reduction was the maximum that Sam had offered. Therefore, I continued my used car buying search at Lititz Motorcars (check out that review I posted).

After searching high and low for the perfect hybrid, I ended up at this small dealership off the beaten path. I bought my Prius in January 2017 with 130k miles on it. Sam wasnt pushy about selling me a car at all. He was very patient with my west coast credit union. The radio went out so he replaced it free of charge. I havent had any issues with it to date (July 2019).When ever I need routine maintenance I have always brought it back to his shop because I know they'll take care of my car and not recommend anything that I don't need. His staff has always been kind and respectful. They're worth the drive!

Shopping at Sam s Auto was a friendly and informative experience. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a vehicle from them because they are open and honest. The entire experience was very efficient and enjoyable! Highly recommended.

Sam and the mechanics here at Sam s Auto are the only mechanics I trust bringing my car to.They are knowledgeable and honest with their customers at all times. I have never felt mislead, lied to, or cheated in the many years I ve brought to repair and purchased new cars from Sam and his team. This is a locally owned business and you know you are working with real people who really care about their jobs and their quality of work.If this is in your available range to bring your car to, you don t need to look for another mechanic. Sam s your best bet and got you covered.

We recently bought a 08 Prius from Sam and the experience was extremely positive and pleasurable. He gave us a great price and knew a lot about the cars he sells. He is a very personable and was honest, friendly, and helpful. It's worth the drive as I highly recommend him for your next used car purchase!

Outstanding sale...highly recommend!!! I was in the market for a Prius and had the good fortune of finding them on the web as they specialize in these cars....a lucky find as they are experts on these cars. I bought the car from two hours away and they were fantastic to deal with via email. The car was exactly as they described and actually better in person. The car performs perfectly with 57.4 miles per gallon on the trip home. Well not perfectly today (lol) as after I went through the car wash the dash warning lights came on warning of a major failure. I called them and they were great in standing behind the car and the hybrid warranty. They said they would be glad to fix it and to bring it right in. However they also suggested a simple computer reset which I did myself and now it works perfectly without me ever leaving home. This is one good reason to buy a hybrid from them as they are experts on them and that really showed today. The car was reasonably priced and ready to deliver when I got there. Super dealership....highly recommend them!!!

I had been looking for a newer vehicle for months until I found one at Sam s. What s funny is that I bought a different vehicle than the one I originally went there to look at. Alianna was great at communicating with me throughout the process. After all was said and done, I left Sam s with a great car. A few months after having it, it s still in great shape and I am very happy with it and the service given.

Sam's is the best place for a Prius. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Cisco was super helpful in finding my car. I absolutely love it Very professional, and no pressure. You also get a 6 month, unlimited mile warranty on the battery.
