This review is not meant to be an insult to the business or anyone who works for the business, I'm leaving the review because I believe it's important for businesses to know how their customers feel and think when things like this happen, (it was just confusing) because the businesses is scheduled to close at 2:00 p.m. on saturdays, and I was there to make a payment before 2:00 p.m. And there was another man on his way there for something else, so I was surprised to see the business closing before 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday. It feels inconsiderate, because people who traveled all the way to the business find that it closed a little earlier, this is how customers feel, my feelings are not meant to be an insult to the business or anyone who works there, I hope you understand, and I'm sorry if the way I communicated this insulted anyone.

The people here are great! i got a vehicle from them and paid it off, have had no issues mechanically other than normal wear and tear. I made my payments and paid it off! we got a 2nd vehicle for my daughter and someone ran into the back of us and the car was totaled. they worked with us to get us into another vehicle and that one was also wrecked so back we went for another one. again they worked with us to get us into another vehicle. they do all of our oils changes and inspections too! I definitely recommend working with them if u need a reliable vehicle with a good pay here company that wont rip you off.

They are wonderful to deal with and I have bought 2 cars there the best cars I could buy. The last vehicle we bought is a Rav 4 and it s run fantastic that even my 24 year old daughter loves it. And it helps her get back and forth to work when it snowed

It s not about mistakes, it s how mistakes are handled. I recently got a minivan from this dealership and about a week after I got it there was problems with the alternator, which sucks, but the owner Dean and the gentleman in the shop Dave were especially helpful through it all. They more than made it right and got the van all fixed up. This is how business should be done. Thank you Good To U.

I have bought two different cars from this great place. Where buying a car from a "buy here/pay here" dealership, you can do NO better. Just dealing with Good 2 U, is a positive in a world that doesn't know what good customer service is. These guys EXCEL in Customer Service. Stand behind their autos and are NOT scam artists. Communication from both sides is of UTMOST importance. They have worked with me through some very troubling times over the last two years and I'd recommend them to anyone. ESPECIALLY those with below avg credit. You will not be sorry

This place was a godsend. It's so simple. You take 2000 to them pick a car, get your terms, sign your paperwork and drive away. The time to get it all done is still long but the process is way less stressful. No bank dealing no credit checks. They even fix it if you need them to at a discounted rate and 20 oil changes

My family has purchased 4 vehicles from here and 2 of them were lemons. My son recently paid off his car and now it s not working. We took it in several times to have it checked and they said nothing was wrong with it. Now my kid is stranded on the side of the road because the car is not working and it s the transmission. Not happy at all. So upsetting with how businesses do business nowadays.

Staff are really friendly and professional. I m on my second car from these folks. They put a hole in your head from these monthly payments but I would highly recommend this place especially if you want to build credit and don t want your credit ran. They also offer credit checks if you want it. Only a specific down payment to receive the car with the option to put more of course. Just a great place overall. First car was a Lexus es350 to where I wouldn t get approved for a car loan any where else. Now, on a Prius that runs great.

Awesome! My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles and we found EVERYONE to be friendly, helpful and honest. I have to say I was skeptical about a buy here, pay here car dealer but once we met the staff, test drove the cars I was quite impressed. I bought a Chevy Sonic and when it rained I saw the car had even been waxed. Very clean, runs great. love my car.

Excellent staff, great service, has definitely helped my credit score a very happy customer. I'm loving my van. Never ever thought that I could have a nice vehicle till I came here. Wow you can even make your payment online. My only downfall is they keep your second key until it is paid off.

Very good folks. Honest, transparent, eager to help... we had 3 cars waiting for a test drive based on what we told Beth we were thinking about, and she was easy to work with. Helped sort out financial issues, without being overly pushy. But she was still doing the useful sales things. We got a good vehicle, at a reasonable price e, with reasonable terms, and it only took an hour or so to figure it out. Big thanks to these folks, and highly recommended.

Dean runs a good business and solved a problem when we had a rocky time. Got another vehicle from here after that. Beth is great and has been there for me every time I needed anything. Service pricing is fair and I really appreciate that they don't run the bill up like many other shops.

This is the only buy here pay here I think I ll ever shop at. I shopped here once and they allowed me to test drive all of the cars that interested me! They also helped me decide between my top 2 picks, and choose the one that best fit my needs. Absolutely hassle free process and I drove away with the most reliable vehicle I ve ever owned!

This is an updated review. I have increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars based on my ongoing experience with this company. Things got off to a rocky start but I feel they have made an effort to improve. Customer service is polite and efficient. The buying and payment process is straightforward. My only complaint is with service. I brought my car in for repair and the work was outsourced to a place that I would never take my car. (Park Place). The work was performed without notifying me of the cost. Luckily, I could afford the repair but I have never had a repair service not call me and tell me the cost before they did the repair.That said, my experience has been positive overall and I want my review to reflect that.

Great place to buy a car. They work with your finances and make sure you can afford it. They have many safeguards in place to make financing efficient for both you and them. They are also a garage, so you can forward work done towards your loan payments. I have also enjoyed their affordable van rentals. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Great selection of vehicles too.

Thanks to the team at Good to U I experienced a water pump issue, and I appreciate the staff being timely to address my issue so that I could get my vehicle back in time to go back to work a few days later. I thank them for being honest about pricing also, I know some garages charge an arm and a leg for services but they were very reasonable, thanks again Good to U! - Vivian.

My favorite place to buy cars. They also service vehicles with honest transparent prices. If you buy a car with issues from them they are quick to respond and resolve things. I send everyone to them because I know they only sell good cars and are honest to work with while making payments. Cannot recommend highly enough! True rating 10/5 stars!

We rented a van for a local tour group. Good to U staff was friendly and very helpful. They did not have a 12 passenger van available but gave us a 15 passenger van at the same price. Upon returning the van after hours, I realized I left something in the locked vehicle. The staff promptly returned my call, found the lost item, and held it until I could pick it up. Great customer service. Fair prices and early morning opening hour was appreciated.

These people are great we had just brought a vehicle from another dealership had it for 6 months and it was totaled in accident that was not my fault. We have had the vehicle for about a year now and we never had a problem I diffently would recommend them the reason why the down payments are high is to lower your monthly payment. They go out of their way to help you and to me that is important.

Reliable cars and great customer service. This is a very honest business and they're providing a reasonable option for anyone who wants a decent used car or has to build their credit. I had bought a 2006 Prius back in 2012 and the car is still running like a champ with well over 250,000 miles on it and hardly any maintenance or repairs needed. I actually passed it on to a coworker in need after I had paid it off and got another vehicle. I would buy from them again.

I'd stay shy of this place. I'm a car guy and have helped people find cars for over 30 yrs. My grandson asked me to help him find his first car. He found one that caught his eye here. It turned out to be a good learning experience for him. They were asking $3000 more than KBB price. This place takes advantage of people.

Our family found out our 2004 Toyota Sienna was no worth repairing less than two weeks before: a. The inspection expired and b. We left on our summer vacation. David, Beth and the team patiently worked with us, answered all questions and went above and beyond to insure we got the best vehicle for our family. Our 2009 Honda Odyssey is great and we highly recommend this team of caring individuals.

My family member got 2 good cars and they were used so had some problems but they fixed them for us and one was still under their warranty. They also work with us on the down payment ( only had - 500 DOLLARS - used down) so that was great!Just be clear about what you can do and if you are late- contact them right away but make your payments because they need to get paid like you do!They are a BUY HERE PAY HERE for your information AND DO LANCASTER COUNTY PA . No credit needed so that was even better!My only request is they do a longer warrenty then they did for us but I see now they DID increase it and double the length of time so yeah we will be back!

Bought a car here a couple years ago, Mary is very RUDE not only was I always paid ahead they never had to call me for a payment EVER, I changed insurance companies forgot to tell them they got a letter of cancellation from the old company without even a phone call she shut off my car I of course thought there was no reason they would have shut off my car so I called a tow truck my mechanic figured out it was turned off by GOOD to You when I called them rather upset Mary was as nasty as could be like I said multi years of payments never a payment issue and not even a phone call THEY ARE NOT GOID TO YOU. I have stopped quite a few people from buying there and I'll continue to do so!

My husband and I had a very good experience here at Good To U..One thing that did happen to us.. We were out running errands one Friday ..made a stop in Ephrata..Came back out,our car would not start!!We figured out rather quickly what had happened..They had shut our vehicle off!!We were up to date on payments, insurance was on vehicle. Full Coverage!When I called they tried telling me our insurance was canceled that they had gotten a cancellation! The facts are these right here.We did change our insurance company ..called Good To U to get their fax number so our new insurance company could fax our new information to them.. I called Good To U back about 20 minutes later to make sure they received our new information about our car insurance..I was informed by one of the office staff that everything was received just fine and they updated our account.. Then came the day our car was shut off which was approximately 3 weeks after we had changed insurance companies.Not a phone call .. NOTHING!! To ask a question..if they wouldn't be so quick to shut our vehicle off they would have realized the fault was with them not us.There should be some kind of communication from Good To U BEFORE the vehicle is allowed to be just shut off!!!Heaven forbid we could have been in a very dangerous situation when Good To U shut our vehicle off!!I had to go through the same process I had already done 3 weeks prior.This really did upset both of us .. There was absolutely no reason for this to have happened.Something needs to change about the way this is handled.I understand thing's happen but take time to make sure all paper work is placed promptly in it's rightful place ..EXAMPLE - Customer's Files.The staff and mechanics are all great people and we will continue to do business with them. But please update the steps Good To U.has to take before shutting anyone's vehicle off. Could be a very dangerous situation.
