Awesome experience throughout the car shopping and buying process. Andrew offered me a deal that I would've been crazy to refuse. No pressure sales, great cars and personable service. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience! My current vehicle wouldn t pass inspection. Stopped to see what they had. Asked Dave a few questions, he answered them gave us his card & said if you have a future questions please give me a call or stop by. NO PRESSURE at all!!!! Stoped back the next day took a test drive, talked numbers, gave us a trade-in quote without seeing my vehicle. Left giving him a deposit. Went back 3 days later to pick up my new ride! Couldn t be happier!!! Dave & Andrew are simply the best! Absolutely no sales pressure!!!

My wife (who is currently recovering from triple-bypass open-heart surgery) purchased a 2018 San5a Fe from Seidel Countryside Auto Sales inMy wife (who is currently recovering from triple-bypass open-heart surgery) purchased a 2018 San5a Fe from Seidel Countryside Auto Sales in February 2023. It has been discovered that the vehicle has significant known issues pertaining to massive oil consumption. The service department performed an oil consumption test and tried to convince my wife that the vehicle was using about 1 quart every 1000 miles and that it was "normal."The last time the vehicle was in for service the oil level was topped off and the vehicle was driven approximately 1300 miles when it was discovered that the engine had no oil and a leaking valve cover.Several phone calls were placed to the dealership in an attempt to make contact and resove the issues but no one answered the phone. These calls were placed during normal business hours.I believe that the dealership was well aware of the oil consumption problems with the vehicle but intentionally witheld the information about these concerns at the time of sale / purchase, and failed to inform my wife. Now they are nickle and diming my wife to death to pay for additional oil changes and parts / repairs.In my personal opinion these people are snakes in the grass and take pleasure in taking advantage of any poor, unsuspecting customer who walks through their doors. After what we've experienced over the past year I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. You are better off elsewhere.

Buyer beware, make sure you do a full inspection before purchasing a car from Seidel. Twice now, conversations were had in regards to issues with our purchase on 9/26/22. 1/4 of gas on pickup, wipers needed replacement, grass in car and windows dirty so NOT detailed. No biggie right? Well how about the fact that brake caliber bolts were not fastened by whoever put the brakes on the car, not Seidel tho of course even though they drove it over 3000 miles and the pads are fresh, all the while I am driving around with my toddler in the car with a possible brake catastrophe. Pretty much told us not their problem, we can fix it but leave you without a car while we do. No thanks I will take it to a reliable mechanic. Such a joke! If I didn t love the car, it would of been shipped back to them with a inappropriate image on the back windshield.

Dan C is amazing, gave us a fair price on our trade in, was super quick with responses and had nearly everything ready before we got to the door (took approx 25 min to buy the car itself)! Stand up guy, great car, fantastic service! Would highly recommend to anyone!

We went there on a whim. I happened to see a car in their lot that I was interested in. They were so cool to work with. They did an assessment of my car while I test drove their car. They came up with a more than fair price for a trade-in. It just so happened that I was not financially ready to pull the trigger on a newer car yet, but I will definitely go back here when the time is right. These guys know how to treat a customer and in my case, a not yet customer. They were fair, courteous, respectful of our time and didn't pressure us in any way shape or form. Will return again!

Purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave from this dealership in March when they were still Seidel used cars on Lancaster ave. Salesman was very helpful and prompt the day of purchase. It was a great experience, until the moment we left the dealership. The same day we took the vehicle off the lot we had an airbag malfunction light come on, as well and multiple other electrical malfunctions with lighting and stereo system in the vehicle. Called the dealership and they basically said if it s off the lot it s a warranty issue, however warranty doesn t cover any of those things. So less than a full 24 hours in and we were stuck with a car that had issues. In the last 6 months we have had the vehicle in the shop for multiple warranty issues, which the dealership has been very helpful for. However, the vehicle warranty does not cover a rental car, the dealership does not give loners, no one covers towing, and we are out of a car for how ever long it takes to get looked at and fixed. It s has been one thing after another, with no remorse from the Seidel regarding the fact that we have had issues from day one, and now we are told our best option is to trade in the car we have had for less than a year and BUY A NEW ONE! Very disappointed.

Searching for a quality, pre-owned car, I visited over 15 local dealerships after scouring online listings. Mostly, I found disappointment with cars that failed in person to live up to their online hype. Not so with Countryside Auto Center. The Subaru I was interested in not only had low mileage but looked fantastic on the lot. My mechanic performed a thorough inspection and gave me the green light, saying I can t find anything wrong. Countryside made buying a used car easy. Thank you so much, Countryside, for your honesty and great selection!

Great people to work with! bought a Lifted Jeep Wrangler about a year ago, soon after having it I noticed Coolant was Disappearing. Told them it was the Head gasket however when they were taking a look at it the shop said they found the leak and fixed it. Said they pressurized the coolant system and said it was ok. took it back a few weeks later for same issue. this time they said it was the head gasket. they fixed it no issues and the jeep has been fine ever since, didn't have to pay a dime nor did they use the extended warranty I got with it ($100 + Tax) deductible. it was all on their Dime. I only had to replace a few things that is normal wear and tear of a 10 year old vehicle. Would buy another Vehicle from them.

Acquired a very collectable rare 2003 20AEgti VW from these folks 2016. I had found this car available for a very fair price online. Spoke w sales rep Joe re: online images. Joe was completely honest on the phone answering relative concerns upkeep,timely maintenance, any blemishes etc. I was confident in Joes honesty and thoroughness. I was offered financing through F.C.U. as discussed prior. Although minor vandalism occurred prior to acquisition these great people took care w repair quickly. Countryside Auto have been excellent with me. Recommend them with confidence is my opinion based on experienceHonesty with integrity are always the best traits. Be weary!!!I financed a vehicle from here about a year ago, biggest regret of my life... From the very first day, spark plugs needed to be replaced as well as the shock absorbers. Not to mention the vehicle was listed at 3,500 and now when I went to check the papers at home that very day it said I owed 8,000... Can t wait to get rid of this car!
