If anyone is interested in purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Dana! She was very nice and did not push me whatsoever if I didn t like what I was seeing. I told her in detail what I was looking for and she made it happen. It was very difficult to find what I wanted, but Dana found and helped me purchase this beautiful F-150. Huge thanks to Dana!

Rob and Rich were great to work with. Made my first buying process easy and stress free. My new Ford Ranger is getting delivered personally to my driveway to save me another trip to the dealership! This place has a huge selection. I will be back for my next purchase!

The process started off pretty well until we got to the numbers! I was working with a gentleman named Nick Yen he kept doing the back-and-forth numbers game, in the end I wasn t near the number that I wanted. He then started to get a bad attitude with me. I said I m sorry I can t do it, told him it s not personal it s only business! He then said I can t believe you can t make this happen. I said I m sorry I m just gonna have to leave, The numbers weren t just right for me. He assumed what I could afford. He did not like that.. He stormed out of his seat grabbed my keys, didn t look me in the eyes and walked away without saying anything else. It wasn t until I was 10 minutes down the road I get a call from a sales manager saying it seemed like it got pretty heated. I think we can make your deal. I spoke to that gentleman and i purchased the vehicle. Nick never acknowledged me once, when I stepped foot in their showroom the next day! Very Unprofessional in my opinion, James Platt was the one they had with me to sign paper work. The finance gentleman, Cory was very nice and polite so was James. I would definitely work with them again not Nick Yen!

Dana was wonderful I would recommend anyone that wants to buy a car to come see her. She was very helpful and doesn t try to push you to buy. She will help you find want you are looking for. Richard McCoy was excellent for the financing. He helped with finding the best interest rates and warranty s that we can afford. They will be the best to see if you come here. Ask for both of them.

Greg did an awesome job with selling us our Expedition. He was a pleasure to work with, and was able to answer all our questions. Rich McCoy was just as awesome to work with. I recently purchased a 2024 Escape from them and I am very pleased with my experience. Charlie was the one who showed me the vehicles. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When I returned days later to purchase the vehicle, unfortunately she was not there that day and Dana and Greg helped me. They were both very friendly and wonderful. They gave me a great deal on my Escape. I just want to say thank you! This is the place to go if you are looking to buy a new Ford.

I went in to dealership looking for a used Ford Expedition for my wife. I had spoken with the salesperson, Dana Bowman, several times before having a chance to drop by. The only day I had available happened to be on Dana s day off. She agreed to meet me nonetheless. She was there at 0900 as promised. She quickly showed me both vehicles and immediately started to work with me on the one vehicle that I decided to deal on. For the record, I absolutely hate the dealership experience of purchasing a vehicle. Dana and the rest of the KennyRoss team made the process as painless as possible. In the end I am satisfied with the deal that we got and the overall experience. From this experience I would this dealership without reservation.

We didn't tell Kenny Ross about the recent event that rocked our family to our very core. Even without knowing this, Dana was the person we needed to work with. She wasn't pushy, and she looked into everything I asked her about. If you buy at Kenny Ross, ask for Dana. Finance side of things was a little more iffy. The back room folks leave a little to be desired. They tried to short our trade in value by $3,000 until I showed them my kbb valuation. Even then, they were pushing for every dime they could get (and they did get). Business, I get it, but then they keep asking for a review. So honestly... 3.5 stars for the back office folks, 5 stars for Dana. I would leave 4 stars, but Kristy the sales manager said anything less than 5 stars would be "a failure for your salesperson." (Can you see the issue with the back room folks?) So... Dana, 5 stars for you. You were a pleasure to work with, and the only reason I stayed at Kenny Ross.

I Came here because I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in and Dana helped me out tremendously! Rich in finance and Dana got me a low rate and low monthly payment. That s the exact reason why I came in the first place. I traded in my truck and got a great deal on that too. Between them, it was a great experience! Come on down and get you a new or used vehicle!

It was a rainy afternoon when I stopped in to check out the the new 2024 Bronco Outer Banks. Charlie Savage was right there to help and assist with the dilemma I had regarding it fitting in my garage. She was so helpful and understood my concerns.After driving it home to check the fit of course I had to buy it .lolCorey CJ Musnug was so helpful with all the paperwork and explaining the warranties.Oh I can t forget the lot boy ( sorry I didn t get his name) he stuck around to get the car ready for delivery. He sure was a sweet kid.I forgot to mention that all this took place after 6pm at night which was past closing time.As far as I can say is they deserve 6 stars.I know I will have to use the service department and I hope they are just as wonderful as the people I have came into contact with so far.

This is the absolute worst place to buy a car or get one serviced. I bought a car here a year ago. I brought it home and it had an oil leak. I took it back to get it fixed. They changed the lines for the oil cooler. I brought it home and it still had an oil leak. I took it back 4 times to get it fixed and it was never fixed. They replaced the timing cover gasket 4 times and tried to tell me it was the problem. It wasn't. Finally they had to take it to their chevy dealer to fix it. Turns out the block was warped and it needed a new engine. Why it took 5 times to figure that out is beyond me. They got a replacement engine then told me it was ready to pick up. I came to pick it up and they said it's not ready. The computer didn't reset the emissions yet. So why didn't you do that before I got here? Plus they never called me throughout the entire process to let me know what was going on. I had to call them several times just to get information on what was going on. Awful customer service. I will never ship here again or tell anybody to buy a car or hey it survived here.

This review score comes with a MAJOR asterisk...The initial sale through Tough Trucks seemed like went great, I would give them 5* for that, but after that it went completely downhill. I spent 5 hours sitting at the dealership waiting to buy a truck with cash, and after I left, the radio was suddenly defective, which wasn't happening when I test drove it. I called them back and they immediately said they would speak with management on helping reimburse the cost. That was May 2023. This is March 2024... I JUST finally got my reimbursement thanks to Greg in Service. I had to go back and forth with him via text, call and email for literally almost a year to get the reimbursement approved. He is the reason this 5* rating exists. If not, it would be a 1 or 2* at best.

I couldn t have had a better experience with Jimmy Platt, the salesman and CJ the finance guy! They were so thorough, efficient, and kind; genuinely showing their care and concern for my vehicle needs. I had serious anxiety coming into this because of current life circumstances and just the general stress of buying a car, but they were the epitome of excellence. We appreciate how painless this process was. We will be back for another purchase when necessary!

The best place to buy a car! Everyone went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our wonderful Escape! It s absolutely perfect. Rae Ann Morris and Mike Good were a pleasure to work with. The finance manager Rich McCoy was great. He made the signing process very quick and easy. Lastly, Brian Smoody, our salesman was awesome! He showed us all of the features of the new escape we picked out. Making sure to show the differences between our older escape and the new one. Thank you Kenny Ross Ford!

Bought a Ford Maverick from Braden... If you work with a salesman and have a choice he is awesome. rich helped with financing and it was nice to not feel pressured into any added packages that I didn't need/want. He also shopped around to find the best rate for me which saved me some money. If you're shopping for a Ford you should do it at Kenny Ross Ford.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, and made everything that much easier. Greg was great, he built a maverick with me, and kept me in the loop with its progression up till delivery. And Rich went through and explained and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I'd definitely go back, and suggest it to anyone!

I was very happy with my experience at Kenny Ross. My sales guy Brian was great to work with. Also, the sales manager Kristy was very helpful and friendly. I got an outstanding deal on the Ford Maverick that I bought and the whole process was quick and easy. I especially liked the electronic paperwork which made the process much easier and the finance manager Richard was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Aunt Penny would be proud of all of them, lol!

We were in tonight to buy a vehicle and our salesman, Mike Fisher, was very polite and accommodating to us. He was so easy to work with and speak to as well. We are endlessly appreciative for his help in our new car purchase! Also, the financer, Corey Musnug, was extremely efficient in our closing numbers and paperwork! 10/10 recommend this dealership and these employeees!

I just leased a 2023 F-150 from Kenny Ross Ford. The staff was amazing. Smooth as could be from sales (Raeann/Vinnie) to finance (CJ). They worked with me on the price and were straight forward. They did not pull out some random # s at the last minute like I have experienced with other dealerships in the past. Great experience all around. Thanks

I meant to leave this review back in August 2023 and never got around to it! Mike from the sales department and CJ from finance did a great job helping me find and pay for a car (Jeep Patriot 2016). The only thing I had to put into the vehicle was routine maintance (such as oil changes). This is a great place to find a quality car!PS: I sadly lost this vehicle due to someone commiting a hit and run & it had to be towed to their collision center. Ashley from the collision center was so helpful with next steps for what to do with my vehicle and they worked well with my insurance!
