Outstanding Auto service. Has taken care of every car my family owns. I have recommended him to all my work friends.Now think about that, have you ever had an Auto mechanic like that.He earned every 5 star review. As a women, I hate trying to find a good mechanic. I hate when it is assumed you will pay for a service that is overpriced. After taking my car to two other places for tire replacement, Tom and sons gave me a decent price!! They took my car and worked on it in a timely manner. I was so happy I am going to take my car there again when inspection is due. I dreaded when my long time mechanic retired, but hopefully have found my new go to guy!Will update if things change, but very happy customer right now.

Had my inspection and oil change done. I have to say this was the most professional and least painful experience i can remember! I came early to my appointment and they took me right away. The service was quick and efficient and definitely did not overprice! I am more than happy with the service i received and would highly recommend Tom and Sons. I've had plenty of inspections and oil changes before and i always dread it and put aside the whole afternoon for it. I was in and out in less than an hour. We are lucky enough to be able to walk to Tom s and drop off our car but that s not why we use them. My wife and I have had nothing but honest and friendly experiences with Tom. I appreciate honest mechanic (my father was a honest mechanic) and Tom never has disappointed us. Tom and his mechanics are literally a diamond in the rough. It is so hard to find HONEST and good hearted mechanics in the area. I have been going to Tom for maybe about 5 or 6 years now because I ve built a trusting bond with him and his other employees. I always recommend him to people I know because the best thing about a mechanic and their employees is honesty, good intentions, and amazing service. That is what Tom & Sons Auto delivers every time I put my car in their hands. Thank you so much for being the best!!

First of all let me just beginning by saying if I could give this shop 1000 stars I would. From the very beginning of the process i have received top notch customer service. I had my transmission repaired at this shop and It was great Tom provided immediate communication, quality work, quick service and on top of everything else a great price. This is definitely my mechanic for life now... I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing a repair and an honest mechanic . You will not be disappointed! Great little shop!For years we took our cars to another popular shop one town over and never had an issue until last summer. Bad luck caused both of our cars to have major issues at the same time. After $2500 at this other shop both cars were still messed up.We tried Tom and Sons this time and we were not disappointed. Called and explained EVERYTHING even showed me some things that prove the other shop didn t do what they said. The price was very fair and when I came to pick the car up he walked me through exactly what they did.We will absolutely be bringing our cars here from now on!

I'm compelled to write this review because of how much I love the guys at Tom and Sons auto repair. Tom's the most trustworthy mechanic I've ever met, the customer service is great, and he's very professional. Something I find hard to come by with mechanics at times. I've had big problems and little problems fixed at this place and in both situations I've been taken care of and still have not had any issues. I'll basically be coming here forever, and I'm so thankful for this place.

Amazing knowledgeable customer service.Messaged the business and Tom responded in lighting type fashion. Left me a voicemail describing his thorough vehicle inspection process I might purchase.Called Tom back and we spoke about his services and superior knowledge about classics. Walked me through the process that he takes to inspect a car methodically to ensure it is sound. Also asked about a compression test and he offered me a great price for it.It's amazing how intelligent and kind Tom is over the phone, too bad he was a little to far for the seller of the vehicle. Very pleased with this shop. I took a truck. I was planning on buying from a local dealership to them and they were very accommodating to fit me in and thoroughly go over the truck, ensuring that it was mechanically sound. Best shop in the area!

We were visiting from out of state for one day and ran into brake issues on the way up. Tom was willing to squeeze us in when he heard our situation. He did an excellent job at a great price. There is even a warranty in the work that we can use back home if anything happens.He defiantly saved our trip and saved us money.

WOW WOW WOW! What a very different experience from most auto body type shops! Every employee I came across was extremely polite and friendly. The work was done efficiently and timely. I made an appointment, but then realized I'd be about an hour late the morning of. They made the accommodation to take me at the adjusted time and still got me out within a reasonable amount of time. They also honored an online discount that I asked about with no hassle. Amazing. The location is not close to my home, but I will return. There's no comparison to having great customer service. I will also personally refer them business as I know many people in Southampton and Huntingdon Valley. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Awesome customer experience! Came here for an inspection a couple months ago and was very satisfied with quality of work and transparency. I bemoan the time, money, and effort spent at other repair shops. It's a little out of the way for me, but I will definitely go back for other issues. I have become distrustful of some auto shops, but Tom and Sons is very honest and doesn't try to trick and take advantage of you.

Tom is legit the most straightforward mechanic I ve met. No BS...straight to the point. And the effort to fit you in to have work done even when he is jammed up, is second to none. Would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thanks for all you ve done Tom, greatly appreciated. Can t wait to see the Tesla/Porsche swap!!

I have used this shop for years. Honesty is the catch here.Tommy is a straight forward guy. I lived a walking distance from the shop. Now, I am at over one hour away, and still go there despite the distance.The only draw back, these days, is that it takes a bit of time to get my car in the shop, and again it is a good sign this place is busy for a great reason.Black Pilot Terry.

I cannot say enough how good and satified I am with Tom ans sons auto repair. I read the reviews online and want to give it a shot. Tom is truely a master and honest mechanic. He will not make you fit something if its not necessary. His price is fair too! I am so glad i found you, Tom! I will be bringing my cars and i will tell all my friends about this place! You will not be disappointed!

My daughter called them about a problem with her Beetle. They told her to come in an hour. I brought the car and he immediately took the keys, drove it inside, put it on the lift and made the repair in about ten minutes. Just so you know we ve never been a customer so he didn t know us and didn t even charge us. Will definitely be back with my car and will recommend to anyone. Great customer service. They got the job done fast with quality service. I will definitely be back with all my auto repairs, installs ect. I would definitely recommend tom and sons to anybody who wants great service with a really fair and unbeatable price. People get taking advantage of all the time by high priced mechanics so this place is refreshing.

I almost dont want to write this review because I want to keep this place a secret. But honestly Tom and Sons deserves all the praise. This is the best shop I have ever been to. Wont try to sell you on something you dont need or give a bad estimate. Honest, down to earth, trustworthy mechanics. You know exactly what you are getting and what it will cost coming here. All these possitive reviews are well deserved.

I went here for a state and emissions inspection. Tom is wonderful; he is a straight shooter. No upselling whatsoever. I will absolutely be going to him for my car care needs in the future.

My Altima's belly cover broke and I brought it in expecting to pay $100-$150. They did it for free after knowing that I am a new customer!!! My manager comes here all the times and she had great experience too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
