I was blown away by the entire experience at Caliber from the front office (Tori) to Tony Garcia our customer service rep. My car came back looking and smelling brand new. They were friendly and patient and the turn around time and communication could not be matched. Best experience!!!! Thank you!!!!!

My experience with caliper was excellent from the beginning to the end. They kept me informed the entire time of my repair and my repair was completed earlier than expected early and the work they did was exceptional

The repair was completed before the estimated finish date which was great. They worked with my busy schedule to get my car in for it s repair in a reasonable time. The staff was communicative and everything was efficient from the time I went in for my estimate to the time I went to pick up my car. They took care of my rental car appointment and I was able to easily drop my rental car off there when I picked up my car. The repair looks great and I m very happy with the work done. This is the best Caliber Collision in the area. I ve used them a few times and the repairs and customer service are exceptional ALWAYS. The entire staff is very kind and they keep you updated on the progress of the repairs. I ve used a different Caliber location in the past and they don t come close to this location. My experience at caliber collision was great! Took my CLS in on Tuesday done on Thursday and they delivered on everything! My vehicle was not only repaired very quickly but the staff were very pleasant and informative throughout entire process. We had two cars vandalized at the same time. Our insurance company listed Caliber as one of their approved repair facilities and I can understand why. In both cases, the cars were repaired quickly and it was as if nothing had ever happened. They worked hard to find a replacement taillight for our 2002 Maxima and now it looks like the car just came out of the dealership. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My driver side window dropped on my way from work. My coworker recommended caliber collision on Easton road, because of their good work.I looked it up, drove up the caliber collision.The receptionist was very pleasant. She told me the technicians left for the day but she has someone who can help.John greeted me with a smile on his face, I told him what the problem was, he told me to hang on while he take a look at the window. It took him less than 15minutes to figure out the problem. He was able to pull the glass up so my window can be covered and got me outta there With no time wasted.Edgar was wonderful and helpful during the entire process.Great teamwork! Excellent customer service!

I don t usually do reviews but caliber collision on Easton Road warrants one. First thing- communication, they let us know everything that was going on with our car in a very timely manner. Second-speed! These are tough times for parts and supply chains, but they got the work done in a very timely manner. We were shocked that everything was done in two weeks. Third- quality of the job. You could never, ever tell this car had been in an accident. It looks perfect and everything runs great. Finally- attitude of the staff and leadership. Everyone was friendly, communicated clearly and did what they said they were going to do. Really good people. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This team is amazing and my cars were so well taken care of there I ve now brought 3 vehicles to them and couldn t be happier with their service. I recently came for my truck which sadly was the T word, and they looked over the work on my car that they did about a year ago to make sure it was all good still! They remembered my car and cared enough about their work to make sure it was correct and too shape over a year later! I got into a small fender bender and needed repair work. My accident was in July and they couldn't get me scheduled until September. Between those two months, I drove around without any issues. After my work being done at, my car stopped in the middle of the road 3 times... once with my infants. When I brought it back to them, I was told it's not their fault and was turned back from getting additional work. I was super happy with everything that was done up until this point. I just can't believe they are being so irresponsible to just turn away a customer.Service: Body & Trim
