Parts department is second to none. They can figure out what you need and if they don't have it they will find it.

We've had great experiences with Messick's in Abbottstown. In spite of being short-staffed, John took the time to come out when I was having issues with my tractor overheating. He not only fixed the problem but showed me how to prevent it. He also took the time to show me some things I didn't know about the tractor - removing my front loader is way easier than I had thought! Will definitely be recommending Messick's to my friends and using them for any future purchases.

By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing equipment. I walked in to the dealership and there was no pressure by the sales persons.I approached a gentleman named Joe Black and the rest is history. Joe had all of the answers to my questions and made everything very clear. The knowledge he had about the Kubota product was very impressive.I actually ordered my tractor that evening from him without any hesitation. During the building process of my tractor Joe kept me well informed of everything that was transpiring. If I had any questions or needed anything I reached out to Joe and he was always there in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good about the way I was treated by Joe at Messick's.I took delivery of my new tractor and everything was as promised and error free. After putting some hours on the tractor I had a few questions and Joe continued to be very good with communication and answered any questions I had after the sale. Unfortunately, less than a month after the sale I managed to break out the door glass. I called Joe to see if he could get me a part number so I could order a new piece. Not only did Joe get me the part number, He was able to locate the glass and get it to me within one day. I don't leave a whole lot of reviews on Google but I think you should know how I was treated at messick's. I am and will be a customer for life because of Joe Black at Messick's. Thank you Joe you have gained a customer for life

Good place to buy tractor supplies and parts. They were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, conginal, friendly and nice. They got our parts quickly and fixed it quickly. Good experience. Handicapped accessible entrance, parking etc... Very helpful.

Had my kubota tractor repaired and was charged $3100. Used the tractor 3 x. Might have 5 hrs total use and it stopped running. Took the receipt to your store to see about having it repaired again and you all refused to stand by by your work. That is poor customer service especially considering we had been customers. for years! You all should be working hard to keep business not lose it Do better!!!

Ordered 2 grade 2 shear bolts and 2 nuts. Was told $3.48 each for the bolts. Apparently the nuts were also $3.48 each. Went to pick them up and was told $15 and change. Went to the local hardware store got all of the above for less than $3.48.When I bought my Kubota I tried the Abbotstown store first as they were closest. After stopping in and talking to the salesman then two un returned promised phone calls regarding options. I bought my tractor in Maryland. I keep giving Messicks in Abbotstown the benefit of the doubt and keep being disappointed.

Purchased a b2601 on 3/19 and was told up to 2 weeks by the sales man Kevin. Received it on 4/20. Was told that the backup was missing wheels, shortage, Covid, missing ballast box (which I never received), understaffed, sick staff, all sort of excuses for over a month.Received the tractor over a month later. Black paint splattered on the orange paint. Deep rusted scratches in the bucket. Welds are laughable. Had no hydraulic fluid in it. Contacted Kevin and he said someone would reach out by Tuesday. Nothing.Disgusting business practices. If this is how you think sending a customer equipment is okay you all won t be in business for many more years I wouldn t recommend anyone do any business with Messicks. They lie and do a poor job at preparing their equipment. Super disappointed in Messicks and the salesman Kevin Dotterer.

I wrote in looking for some parts for my vintage tractor hoping they would have them and got a very quick response. Unfortunately they did not have the parts I was looking for - BUT they provided a few recommendations of where to look and even where to look if i wanted that brand of tractor specifically. Talk about service! If I can ever do business with these folks - I DEFINITELY will!

Not sure if the service is good here or not... I've been there on 3 separate occasions. The first two time I waited 45 min to an hour to talk to a sales rep so I left. The 3rd time they were open but no sales reps were working. Maybe they are great when you get the privalige to talk to one of them but I was not fortunate enough. It's a sizable purchase and if that's what I would have to go through every time I needed something, I wouldn't be happy. 1st impressions are very important.

Bought a used NH tractor and tedder. Kevin in sales is great to work with. I would have been super pleased had the tractor been cleaned out and the few minor mechanical issues taken care of instead of me having to nit-pick. I realize it's a used tractor but it's still a serious investment.

I bought a grapple bucket from Kevin Dotterer about a year ago. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was going to go pick it up and Kevin offered to bring it to my home as he lived in a nearby town. I was so impressed that I will now drive past other dealers to visit my friends at Messick's. Thanks again.

Oh I have to say it again. Great job Messick s. I called my salesman Mark Miller today for a snow plow for my new wife's BX tractor. Mark hooked me up with a Land Pride ( owned by Kubota) plow. Gave me a great price. Showed me the way it hooked up and worked. He then had a mechanic put it in the bed of my truck. Very pleasurable experience again. Happy wife happy life.

We've tried to purchase a Kubota tractor from the Abbotstown location on three different occasions without success. We've waited an hour plus on two different occasions without acknowledgement from the sales staff. Even if they would've offered a callback or an appointment at another time that would've been satisfactory in my book. On our last attempt the parts lady was very rude when I asked what is the best way to get time with the sales staff as they were not available. For us this is a large residential purchase however Messicks customer service or lack there of will have us looking for a different Kubota dealership to purchase from.

Again it keeps bugging me to rate this so I'll rate again. Bought alot of Kubota equipment here and I do all my parts and supplies shopping here. service is excellent the parts counter is great and I highly recommend Messick's to anyone who needs tractors and supplies

Bought a few pieces of equipment from them and very pleased so far. One new piece and two used. Just got a used L228 skid steer loader. Kevin in sales and the parts people are very helpful.

Their service could be way better. Had to order the same thing 3 times and they said it was never on record. Have gotten several wrong filters for saws.. etc.

I had a small miscommunication issue here and ended up leaving without a product i needed to finish my task.however john keeports went above and beyond to resolve my issue and offered to send the part directly to my house and save me a trip back to the store. Thanks john, great service.Highly recommend shopping here.

Dealt with Kevin in sales, great to deal with, knowledgeable, knows most answers, gets you the answers he doesnt have. Does not try to sell items to you that you do not need. This will be the only place I return to buy my equipment.

I bought a Bx tractor that was in stock and was supposed to be ready for pick by now but because of people who bought stuff that wasn t in stock while production was down due to economic reasons now back order items are coming in my tractor keeps be putting on non priority make sure your what you buy is ready to go when you buy

I called after being referred by Agri Supply to see if they had blades for a John Deere 409 cutter.The associate was very rude & kept repeating,we are not a J.D. dealer.I will buy a new cutter before this Yankee outfit takes my money.We all have bad days,but let him come South to see what a bad day really means.
